• Silva (10/5): - I've stayed at this hotel before in 2023. I booked it again purely because of the great service, very quick check-in, quiet neighborhood, lots of dining and shopping in the area, and most importantly, a 1-min walk to the train station with trains that can get you anywhere in Tokyo. I plan on doing another Japan trip in 2027, and no doubt I will book this hotel again from my Tokyo stay. My one suggestion though would be to include tea-bags and sugar along with the room kettle and cups in the room.

• auroraribkam (8/5): Compact but complete - I stayed at this place for 3D2N in late November to early December. This accommodation is very compact but the facilities inside are quite complete. You can see in the picture I attached. The location is strategic, only a 2-minute walk to the nearest train station. Around the accommodation there are konbini and also several places to eat. The price is affordable, the check-in service is quite practical and to check out you only need to leave the room before the cut off time, because access to the room uses a code instead of a card. So for those of you who travel to Japan to spend time at tourist attractions and not for a staycation, I recommend this accommodation.

• Rave (10/5): Great hotel for first time otaku visit to japan - Staff was very friendly very helpful did not get the name of the man running the counter but he deserves a raise. Very close to akihabara about 18 min train ride, station around the corner, convenient stores and grocery stores right across the street with plenty of restaurants in all directions some even 24 hours will definitely be back next year for our next trip and will rebook in a heartbeat. Very affordable would love an option to opt out on cleaning/ towels or atleast only a few days.

• Mia (10/5): Cozy hotel in East Tokyo - This hotel is only 2 minutes away from Shinkoiwa station in Tokyo. Shinkoiwa station is only 12 min from Tokyo station if you use a rapid train. The room was very small but this is pretty average in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Leila (8/5): - I was satisfied but not more than that. It was clean but they will not clean your room unless you stay for longer. The room has a dvd player and a tiny cooking area which was nice if you need those things. It was affordable and i could stay again.
• Ab3lrocks (10/5): The train station was 1 minute walk away. - This hotel was very convenient. The people at the front desk were really kind and helpful even though there was a language barrier. The check in process was really easy, they have a lot of amenities like razors, combs, body sponges, etc. Also, they give you a calendar where they let you know the days they’re going to enter the room to clean or change towels. The room they gave me was very clean. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but my friends loved it. There’s a lot of different convenience stores nearby and also a pharmacy. I actually enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it.

• Tomohiro (8/5): - Very convenient location close to Shinkoiwa station, where access to Narita airport and the central Tokyo is easy by 1 ride. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. Some were open till very late at night or open 24H.
• Nrorihiro (10/5): - 設備がとても綺麗でびっくりしました。ちょうど寒い日に宿泊しましたが空調も強すぎるくらい強力で全く困りませんでした。WiFiがあるので良かったですがホテルの部屋の中はdocomoの電波が弱かったので電話される方は外か窓際でする事になると思います
• Mia (10/5): Good price, good location - 2 minutes walk from Shinkoiwa station. There are many shops, fast food restaurants in the area.
• Hiroko (10/5): 自分の部屋のように過ごせる - 駅から近く、夜0時まで営業しているスーパーやお惣菜屋さんも近い。コンビニも前にあるという立地にあわせて、部屋にはミニキッチンがあるなど長期滞在にありがたい。 鍵も暗証番号だし、自分の部屋のようだった。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 快適でした！ - 私は喫煙者のため喫煙可で駅近が宿泊の絶対条件です。 こちらはそれに加えて目の前がコンビニで宿泊料金も格安で最高でした。 カギを持たないで外出できるのも便利で良かったです。 また機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。
• Tyrone (8/5): - This is a business type hotel that mostly caters for japanese business people and travellers. Like all Japanese Hotels - expensive and less expensive, the rooms are quite compact. However the accommodation is ideal for a couple or single traveller. There are no frills and you hardly see any staff, but the rooms are clean and had a microwave, jug and some diningware. The hotel is located about 30 minutes to the east of Tokyo by train (quicker if you hop on a rapid train) on the JR Sobu line that goes directly to the Haneda airport - Shin-Koiwa.station is 1 minute away. We stayed there mid November 2023 for 4 nights because we want to stay in varied locations whilst in Tokyo. No downsides! - Would stay again. If you pay more that A$80 - A$120 for decent accommodation you have too much money - especially since you are only using it for a base to sleep.

Overall I like my clean, spacious room, close to local train station Shin Koiwa- 4stops to Tokyo central station and supermarket, eateries........ I do not mind to stay here again and recommend it to people.

• Daniel (10/5): - The location is great. Less than a two minute walk to the sobu line, restaurants and the bus. A few more minutes to even more restaurants and shopping. Less English speaking than central Tokyo but everyone is very friendly with great service. Laundry on site but don’t rely on the dryer.

• Allonetie (8/5): Useful little hotel - Not a four star establishment to say the least but if you need to be in this area and you’re on a budget this could be worth a look. Hotel really provides no service at all except a room and that includes clean up during your stay. However the clean small rooms provide all you need. A good supermarket over the road provides great food or there’s plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Shinkoiwa station is two minutes away providing access to airports and downtown. I will be staying again.
