- Linda (10/5): Very nice and clean - Could be the cleanest pool area I have ever experienced, you could really notice that the cleaning staff took good care of the hotel! Never a problem to find a free sunbed by the pool and they also had some really nice big pillows to relax at. Spacious and modern room, great with the parking garage since it’s almost impossible to park in the streets here. Nice and fresh breakfast. For us it was nice to have the hotel just a short walk from all the hustle, still convenient and some shops just nearby.

- Lili (10/5): Très bien et à deux pas de la mer - Très bien très propre et chambre spacieuse et neuve. La piscine aussi est un gros plus. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et bars dans le quartier ce qui est très pratique mais le soir ça peut être un peu bruyant. Le personnel est au top (Lorelie nous a accueilli avec le sourire) !

- Miguel (2/5): - The hotel is in a good location and boasts high standards in terms of its facilities. However, the staff’s attitude falls short of what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. One receptionist, in particular, was not very friendly or helpful, making it seem as if any question was an inconvenience. Upon our arrival shortly before 3 p.m., our room was not ready, even though check-in starts at 1 p.m. Additionally, our room was located next to the laundry area, and from early in the morning, staff would leave the door open, speaking loudly to each other, with no consideration for guests trying to rest—especially those on holiday who might want to sleep after 7 am. Another frustration was the hotel’s unreliable Wi-Fi. Despite having several networks to connect to, the service was constantly down. While disconnecting can be a positive on holiday, if you're coming from the EU and don’t have roaming, it becomes quite frustrating. While the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, the service left much to be desired. The morning waiter struggled to communicate and seemed irritated whenever we asked for coffee, which, although included in breakfast, had to be requested as there was no self-service coffee machine. Overall, despite the hotel’s high standard the unfriendly staff spoiled our experience making our holidays feel more frustrating than pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, this may not be the best option, as the staff's lack of care can be annoying
- Derick (6/5): - Enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall but felt there is room for improvement at almost every point. We arrived around 16:00 but our rooms weren't quite ready, although the wait was not too long. Despite a request for our two rooms to be next to each other, they were not even on the same floor. Subsequently, there was a problem with the air-conditioning in one of our rooms, which they were dragging their feet about resolving so we had to complain to our tour operator the next day and they then miraculously moved us to the room next door to the other one. The lift is extremely dangerous, as pointed out by some others as the door closes unexpectedly, even if the "open door" button is pressed. The hotel is in a good location with short walks to the promenade, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. The downside of this is that loud music can be heard each evening until midnight, which is not ideal when staying there with a family and young children. The pool is small but there were always enough sun loungers available and the pool was not overcrowded. Staff seemed friendly but not overwhelmingly so. Housekeeping was friendly and arrived promptly each morning. Breakfast was decent with plenty of space and reasonable choice. A better selection of cereals would be appreciated but everything else was good. The window for breakfast service could be longer. (08:00 - 10:00). We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times for convenience.
- Krzysztof (8/5): - It was big surprise that the hotel didn't have a privet beach belong to hotel and this was one of the reasons we choose the hotel. The receptionist explained that the hotel is not owning the beach any more and we must read an old information. Breakfasts were very boring, every single day the same very little choice, but tasty. No booklet information in the room with hotel information, for example there was a phone in the room without information what number should I call to reception. I tried random numbers but didn't work. Also no handle hanger with info for hotel staff: Please do not disturb - Please clean the room. But we still like staying in the hotel. Friendly staff, very clean hotel, nice food in restaurant in good prices, walkable access to Saranda promenade, shopping ...
- Jahid (8/5): Emplacement parfait - Tres bon sejour, hotel tres propre et bien entretenue, petit dejeuner correct, emplacement idéal proche de tous les restaurants et bar Petit bemol, la climatisation est bloquer a 23 degres, du coup un peu froid la nuit car pas de couettes et si on arrete la clim une odeur de meubles neufs vous embaume la piece, horrible

- Rose Lee (8/5): Very clean, great location - Hotel Agimi is clean and well-located just a short distance from the Boulevard. The view from the room is beautiful; we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. Special shout out to Griselda at reception for her hospitality; the young woman who works the evening shift is equally gracious (sorry I don’t know her name). The breakfast is good. The breakfast waiter was welcoming while strangely the proprietor(s) sat together every morning and never acknowledged us. The pool area is small but adequate, however, the music is awful. There is even a garage which is helpful for baggage handling. We went to Corfu for two nights in between our 6-day stay, and Agimi stored our luggage. I definitely recommend Hotel Agimi.

- Fredrik (10/5): Hotell vistelse - För de mesta var allt väldigt bra! Fint rum med fin balkong, lite trist att man inte kunde ställa in graderna i rummet och att de va en väldigt hård säng annars toppen.
- Maihan (10/5): Superb boende - Super fräsch hotell med härlig pool och utsikt över Sarandë. Trevlig personal och renligheten var topp. Även hotellrestaurangen var bra. Frukosten var super! Centralt och nära till allt. För den som kommer med båt är det någon km. Rekommenderas högt!
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Staff was friendly and solicitous. Located just off of the beachfront promenade, with expansive sea views. Great facilities with pool, outdoor bar, and patio for dining and drinks. Restaurant excellent and reasonably price. Five stars!
- Gwen (6/5): - The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but amenities were limited. Their was an expensive restaurant onsite, the food was always overcooked. Desserts weren’t good, no front desk staff, our room didn’t even have toilet paper when we arrived. The elevator was temperamental so we used the stairs more often than not. The view was nice, the balcony was enjoyed especially at sunset. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay, just wish we could have a kettle or coffee maker in the room. I would suggest taking a short walk to find food elsewhere prices are better down the road and so is the quality of the food

- Pia (8/5): Godt hotel i larmende by - Fint hotel godt placeret i byen med meget hjælpsomt personale og lækre faciliteter ifm. pool mv - og plads til gæsterne ved poolen. Der er dog en del larm om aftenen fra nærliggende barer mv. Stopper omkring midnat.
- Hasan (8/5): - Ideale ligging! Aan de boulevard en centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt het ontbijt was tot 10uur maar om 9u30 lag er al niets meer.
