• Sergio (10/5): MAGNÍFICAS VACACIONES EN EL CENTRO DE ROMA - Ubicación inmejorable, buena comunicación con el propietario, nos proporcionaron información de la zona. Lo bueno del apartamentos es que tiene 2 habitaciones y cada una de ellas está muy alejada de la otra, por lo que si viajan 2 parejas hay mucha intimidad, cada una tiene su baño al lado. Lo que necesita cambiar es el sofá cama, colchón muy incómodo, necesita renovación ya!

• Ramón (9/5): - Ubicación, muy espacioso. Es cierto que el aislamiento acústico es muy mejorable. Aunque no nos impidió dormir, se escucha todo lo de la calle en las habitaciones y el salón. Además, un poco de mantenimiento a las puertas y algún detalle de los baños no les vendría mal.

• augusta (9/5): - Location centralissima. Appartamento davvero splendido e spazioso Al telefono avevo chiesto se c'era un ascensore, perché eravamo con una signora anziana con problemi di mobilità. Ci hanno detto di sì. Peccato che l'appartamento è al 1 piano e che l'ascensore parte dal 1 piano, quindi ci sono obbligatoriamente scale da fare.

• Lisa (10/5): Perfect location, large apartment - This apartment was such a pleasant surprise. The unit is much larger than we expected. We loved everything about it. The location is excellent. The bedrooms are comfortable and very private (separated by long halls from the living room). There were multiple wine bars downstairs and an excellent restaurant across the street. I strongly recommend it.
• B. (10/5): Verkligen jättenöjd med denna bokningen! Rekommenderar starkt! - Perfekt läge! Så så nära till allt man borde se i Rom! Inte mycket jag inte gillade men ett par permanenta fläckar på golvet.
• Robert (10/5): - Property was great. The size of the apartment was perfect. The location was ideal for anyone wanting to visit Rome. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Most attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend this location. Check-in process was very simple, just make sure to communicate with the management company prior to arriving. Only one negative about the apartment is that there is basically nothing to prevent noise from outside. Not one exterior window is sealed properly to eliminate outside noises. You will hear every conversation from the street below. You will hear the trash being picked up early morning. You will hear anything outside the apartment.

• Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is a true gem! Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, it offers all the warmth and charm of a home away from home. You'll feel right at ease the moment you step inside!
• Naida (6/5): Pleasant - It is located perfectly, all major tourist attractions were reachable 10-20 minutes by foot. The pictures are presented much nicer and cleaner then it actually is. The apartment is very big, however the cleanliness could have been much better. We had a feeling like everything was half clean. The couch was not the most comfortable to sleep. The worst was the isolation of the windows. I went to bed and got up to close the window because i thought we went to bed with an opened window, however it was actually closed. we were able to hear everything and one day there was some construction work right across the apartment that started at 6 am.
• Tilda (7/5): Good - The apartment was big clean and the location was as good as it gets. Walking distance to everything and close to a lot o restaurants. We were 6 adults traveling together an me and my husband slept i the sofa bed. This was very unconfortble and worn down. The rest of my family slept i the two bedrooms and enjoyed the beds. It was extreemly hard to communicate with the hosts and they did not show up as they promised and then did not pick up the phone when we tried to reach the agian. It was very stressful not to be able to check in and leave out things in the room (it took 50 minutes before they let us know the code to the key).

• Aγγελος (7/5): A very good location in Rome - Top location, very good matresses and pillows at the double beds, spacious. Needs renovation at certain points in the bathrooms. The one in the corridoor looks at the back of the building. There is a bad smell coming from the window. You can't open it because of that, but also it doesn't close proofly. Although the bathroom is renovated and clean, it gives the opposite impression because of the old window pannel and little mould in the shower wall adjacent to the window pannel. If this can be renovated it should be fine. Also the bathtub at the other bathroom, would be better to be replaced by a shower cabin.

The location is perfect, near to a very good bakery and far ten minutes walking from major landmarks. Fransisco provides a very good service,welcome us on time and help us in every single order, he was available every single moment. A very recommended stay!! Nothing
• Nicki (7/5): Good - A spacious apartment, brilliant location, very comfortable and large bedrooms, great TV and lounge set up. very helpful staff. Very noisy, although largely from a party in the space below the apartment on the first night. Cleaning company issues meant we couldn’t check in and use the apartment when we needed to.

• Cathy (9/5): Superb - The location was wonderful for sightseeing as you can comfortably walk to many attractions. Francesco met us on arrival and was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about Rome. The kitchen was well equipped and the accommodation was spacious.

Great neighborhood location in city center with restaurants and wine bars conveniently located, but recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Air conditioning worked and was needed even in October. Only 1.5 blocks to bus stop and major road for taxi. Good wifi connection and Netflix on TV. Host very gracious and allowed us to store our luggage in apartment before check-in time. Also arranged spacious van to airport at good price. Definitely NOT on ground floor as advertised. There were 22 steps up to apartment door. Inside also on multiple levels--steps to living room, bathrooms, and kitchen. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen entry too short for my 6 foot 2 inch husband and son. They finally learned to duck.
• Gela (10/5): Recommended - Perfect location, separated bedrooms with individual AC units, really enjoyed our stay there. We were 6 people and would recommend 10/10, even though I couldn’t figure out how to close bathroom doors.
• Natacha (8/5): Very nice place - Location: 5 min walk from campo de fiori, walking distance to many places, but still very quite street. Appartment: the apartment itself was very big, modern, had everything needed, very clean Not much sunlight come into the appartment so it’s quite dark but I believe lots of Rome is like that. My husband did complain about the mattress, said he could feel the springs, but I was fine.
