• Sarah (9/5): Très bien, c’était très propre, je recommande fortement. - Identique aux photos, bien aménagé, très propre et confortable. On a passé un bon séjour. L’isolation phonique n’est pas optimale, et la pièce est très humide il faudrait acheter un déshumidificateur. On a laissé la fenêtre ouverte en tout temps.

Efficient communication with management. Outside the tourist zone. Light rail to centre close by. Ticket eur 1.7 good for 90 min. anywhere along the network. Tap credit or debit card. Warm central heating. Large soft towels. Quiet although bird noise starts early but if you’re going to be woken by something, I’d prefer this. Good gelato, coffee and arancini nearby. Safe operates with a key. Would prefer to use the touchpad. Firenze Statuto station is nearby. A closer alternative to F. SMN. BUT suggest that this is not a good option. Unmanned. No information. Graffiti. Save your time and attend SMN where you can buy a ticket with personal assistance.

• DESPOINA (8/5): - Το μέρος ήταν καθαρό, ήσυχο, περιποιημένο, 3’ με τα πόδια από το τραμ, πολύ καλή επιλογή διαμονής Θεωρώ λίγο υπερβολικό να χρεώνουν 0,50 την κάψουλα του καφέ για τις 4 κάψουλες που είχαν αφημένες στο δωμάτιο. Δεν είναι μεγάλο κόστος φυσικά για αυτόν που μένει να δώσει 0,50 και να κάνει έναν καφέ ή 1,00€ για ένα νερό, είναι όμως θέμα στάσης και φιλοξενίας.

• Mohammad (8/5): A great clean stay - Brilliant apartment. Nice big and comfortable which is the main things. Bonus was a nice wised bathroom with a bidet and a jacuzzi waterfall shower. There was also a nice balcony that we did not get to use due to the weather but on summer it would be great. Bus stop is close by and train station is only 10 minutes away. Very quiet area. All directions were accurate as were the code and instructions given before arrival. The long winded process to register pre-arrival. Needing to take photos of the passport and input all details which I can understand but then also needing to take a selfie with the passport is a bit ridiculous. Also every hotel / aparthotel I have been to provides free water but this one charges with no free bottles provided! For the price you pay for this room surely water bottles should be included. There is also a ridiculous amount of silly rules posted on the wall where they tell you how you should do things on your trip which comes across a bit harsh and has nothing to do with the property.

• Candy (10/5): - Une jolie chambre confortable a Florence. Tout est propre et l'emplacement est idéal. On peut se garer juste devant l'immeuble. Le Tram pour rejoindre le centre est a 5 min de marche et a 4 arrêts. C'est idéal. Attention a prévoir les pièces d'identité de vos enfants car toutes les photos doivent être envoyées lors de l'enregistrement sous peine de se voir refuser l'accès.

The room was clean and tidy and a good size for us as a family of 3. We accidentally locked our key in the room one day and the team came to our rescue within 10mins. So that was outstanding. Location is good as it’s very close to a tram stop with only 2 short stops from the main train station. It walkable into town in about 15-20mins.

The staff is friendly and self-c - It was not far from the central station, so accessibility was good, and the surrounding area was a residential area, so it was quiet and nice. Because it was on the second floor, it was easy to move even heavy luggage, and I would like to give it a good rating overall. When I first entered the room, it smelled like a bathroom and cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant. I was curious as to whether there was a lack of ventilation facilities or whether ventilation was a difficult area. It was fine from the moment I turned on the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan.

• Funnysora (9/5): Great experience, if it could be a little closer would have been perfect :) - Out of the 3 lodgings in Italy I have stayed so far, I like this the best. It's small but it has everything and feels the most like a regular hotel. Very clean and modern. The room we booked has a bunk bed for kids so it served our purpose well to fit the family. It's also in a slightly more quiet environment so not as much road noise. We can put our luggage outside the room in the common area after checkout which was quite helpful. Location wise it is sort of located away from the main attractions area where all the churches and museums are. The attractions are east and south of the SM Novella station whereas the guesthouse is in the northeast direction. It's a minimum of 15mins walk to say Accademia Gallery, and 20+ mins to Uffizi. Having said that, there is the T1 tram that can solve the distance issue, it's 2 stops to the SM Novella station. Overall it's still rather convenient it just depends on individual plans.

We did not have to use public transport at all. This apartment is a great value for money, it offers everything a person can ask for. I cannot say a bad word about this stay. Our window was next to multiple bins so sometimes there was a noise coming from the outside. Otherwise, the stay was amazing!

• Radu (9/5): Overall the stay was very good and nice and we enjoyed it. It’s a good choice, you won’t regret it. Very clean and every - It was clean and had a good location The fact that you don’t have slippers in the room, at this value you should definetely have them, the bath amenities were very small and the shower gel was already half used, for a 4 nights stay if you don’t come with your own you’ll make a shower only with water. The cleaning was very good but during the stay they don’t do it, only if you request it in particular, i really don’t get it why because when you pay for a guesthouse the price of a 3/4 star hotel maybe you should benefit for this daily services. Also that you are woken up every morning at 6am by the garbage truck, because the garbage bins are right in front of the property. There should be a better soundproofing for the window and the door, because also from the entry hallway you can hear everything.

• Cathy (10/5): Great place at a reasonable price in Florence - We really enjoyed our stay at Le Nove Muse Guesthouse. Andrea was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The room was spotless and well furnished. The shower was amazing! Even though we didn't have a scenic view or were right next to any tourist hotspots, we were close to a tram station, and it was only an 18 min walk to the city center. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Florence. Can't think of anything
• Heaven (8/5): Overall Decent Stay for a few Days--- Modern and Clean - We loved the outdoor space and that the entrance seemed secure. Although it was not super central, it was easy to walk and bike to things. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. We asked for a triple room, not a quad room. We were hoping not to get a quad room, because we knew that would mean a bunk bed. It was fine and not too un-comfy, although not the most comfy. but would have preferred a queen and a twin. We could've turned the bunk back into a "twin" but it was more like a sofa that converted to a bunk, so it would be too short to lay on as a sofa/ twin (I am tall). Also, the shower SO tiny! There was plenty of space in the bathroom to be able to make it larger and you could barely step into it.

It has a tram stop really close by, and it's a quick walk to the old town where you can explore all the sights and visit bars and restaurants.

Host was very attentive to our questions via WhatsApp. Snacks & beverages were reasonably priced. Location was the biggest drawback. Nearby dining options were limited. Many places were closed in that part of town. Too far from the heart of Florence. It was very difficult to get a taxi in the area. Shower was very small & the bathroom lacked counterspace. Our unit faced the street & there were people congregated out front late at night talking, laughing, etc.

It is not that far from everything , very quiet and elegant neighborhood. Near from public transportation and city center and most importantly it’s save and convenient for family with different ages range . I have notice also that it is available to have more than a room in the same place if anyone need it . Definitely it will be one of the most important option in my next visit . Nothing material to be reported If someone claim, it will be only the location which is about 2 km from hot spots. But value to money it is perfect .

The room was beautiful and there is a very clever way to safely leave your luggage after check-out for collection later in the day. Nothing, it was excellent.
