• Katriina (9/5): Mukava asunto erinomaisella alueella - Sijainti paras mahdollinen, lähellä kaikkea mutta rauhallinen.
• Emma (9/5): - Everything from the arrival. The communication was great, too. The place was located right in the heart of Rome. Near everything you need. Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping. I think having a few garbage cans throughout the apartment would of been better. Or maybe just one in the bathroom.

• Onur (9/5): Comfortable, Clean, Modern accommodation and perfect location - Its place was at a point where Piazza Navona, Castel Angelo, Vatican could be easily reached on foot. The house was very clean. It had facilities that could comfortably accommodate 6-7 people. It makes a difference with its kitchen, dining table, large screen smart TV, electric fireplace with all kinds of equipment. If I went to Rome as a group, I would definitely like to stay in this house. In addition, My extra Home employees gave us all kinds of support, starting before they even got home. Special thanks to Silvia and Francesco.
• Abel (6/5): Won’t stay there again. Location is amazing. But not worth it. - Location was great. Needs a bit updating, cleanliness, couch needs to be replaced and or a deep clean. I usually adjust to the situations but I won’t be staying there again. Main bathroom, needs more cleaning, the sofa bed as well. Uncomfortable and needs to be replaced or a deep clean. The apartment is ok, location great but they need to put money back into better mattresses, update main bathroom and couch.
• Laura (7/5): Great located flat - Location is really great. Close enough to walk to most attractions and sites. It offered enough space for all of us and having a kitchen helped when traveling with a toddler. The staff was friendly when contacted about a blocked shower The sofa bed mattress needs to be renewed and a bit of the cleaning (nothing major but seemed quite dusty and floors could do with some moping)
• Ganimete (8/5): hope to get back again! - Location perfect, as it is in the photo is inside the apartment. I had a wrong phone number to call PROPERTY, because we had an early check in from 11-12, and the property call as after 12:30 to know where we were and in 15 min, they came, and everything was ok.
• Benjamin (8/5): You can’t find a better place that is in the center of everything. The hosts were excellent at communication. Would reco - Location was amazing! The bathroom toilet seat wasn’t working properly.
• Abby (9/5): Superb - Amazing location for our first visit to Rome. We loved the neighborhood and the ease of walking to all the major sights The bunk beds were quite small and the ladder to the top bunk was not sturdy
• Lisa (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - I usually don't like to book rooms where there is no front desk, but I reserved a taxi through Navona Charme customer service and the taxi driver called the property manager so that he was already at the apartment to give me the keys. The apartment was in a great location and was quiet, comfortable and had air conditioning. I went with my parents, husband and children, so there were 6 of us in total. So we needed to use the fold out sofabed. (There is a main bedroom with a large bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, so if you have less people you don't need the sofabed). The sofabed was not so great and my parents were not able to get comfortable enough to sleep, especially my mom who has a bad back. My husband and I were able to sleep in it fine, but not everybody would be able to.
• Panagiotis (9/5): Superb - The best location! Right at the center of the old town, but not crowded. The apartment was big. It had everything we needed for a five days stay, and the veranda was the highlight for taking our breakfast or spending some time before going to sleep. It is located on the second floor, but the stairs were fine for my mother, who has a problem with her knees. The internet was great to work and make video calls. It is true that the furniture and the equipment are not the newest, but we found that charming and everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable for us.

• Petr (10/5): Exceptional - As advertised, it was a very nice apartment conveniently located in a historic building in the historical part of Rome. Everything went smoothly with "check-in" (meeting a representative at the apartment upon our arrival to Rome to collect the keys and to show us some of the features of the apartment). Everything was great - nothing negative to report.
• Aaronbauer (10/5): Perfect for a central stay in Rome. - The location was incredible, and the property managers were good to deal with. Their pickup from the airport and key handoff service was very efficient. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. The location was quiet, and the terrace was great. The only coffee maker that worked on the induction stovetop was a 1-person moka pot. Worked well though.

• Tessa (8/5): fantastic location, comfortable apartment - The location was fantastic, and the space was great for a family. It was a nice little apartment - cute, clean and comfortable Nothing significant - the property owners were slow to respond via the customer service tab on booking, but pretty good on direct communication. Any negative about the apartment are very small - the shower heads are not amazing, and there’s no bowls in the kitchen. Nothing important
• Linda (7/5): Great location! - Great location, close to many good restaurants and walking distance to attractions. The balcony was a plus. The hosts were great. The appartment had two bathrooms but the shower in one of them didn't work.
• Alon (4/5): Will not come back... - It's an old apartment that needs renovation asap before it can hosts guests. We stayed at another apartment for the same price that was nice clean and new. So go elsewhere 😂

• Andrea (7/5): Fantastic location and friendly and accommodating hosts. - The location of Navona Charme was fantastic, right between Piazza Navona and The Vatican. The street the apartment is on is also lovely with great shops and cafes all close by. The apartment is spacious and the hosts are very friendly and accomodating. There were also some good facilities in the apartment. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes in the washing machine. The apartment is tired and had some maintenance issues. It could use a renovation and thorough maintenance check - drains cleaned out, etc. It really needs also a thorough test and upgrade of some of the appliances. Don’t expect luxury and you will be fine.

• Daniele (10/5): Ubicazione fantastica - Appartamento situato in zona eccezionale, vicino a piazza Navona a un passo da tutte le attrazioni turistiche della città di Roma. Ottimo anche il Wi-Fi. Ho avuto problemi con le tempistiche di consegna dell'appartamento: siamo arrivati alle 17 e ci è stato consegnato alle 19 perché in ritardo con le pulizie. Un altro punto dolente i bagni : quello piccolo non aveva la porta della doccia e quello grande aveva il tubo del doccino troppo corto, ciò ha causato allagamenti ad ogni doccia. Nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole godersi la città senza usare i mezzi di trasporto ma muovendosi a piedi.
