Vanessa (8/5): Beautiful, modern hotel - The hotel is very modern with big rooms, very clean and well located. The pool area on top is beautiful and overall we were very happy with the hotel. On our floor some guests had a party in the night and were loud. We had to call the reception several times before it got quiet. We offered to change the room to another floor but they said no. Because of we were there before peak season, they didn't have a breakfast buffet we had to choose an a la carte menu.
Janan (10/5): AMAZING 🤩 - Amazing hotel with a very nice location, beautiful rooms and everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the reception and the guys working at the hotel and restaurant. They made us feel comfortable from the first moment and were always kind and helpful. Lovely people, great atmosphere and excellent service. I will certainly come back and I 100% recommend this hotel.

Shane (10/5): Loved the hotel and dispite the small negatives I would stay again - Fantastic staff , lovely property , staff literally could not do enough for you. No food served after breakfast, now I know it was the start season but when you consider there are not many food options of quality around it actually made you leave rather than stay and spend money so although you may spend on wages for Kitchen staff the area is crying out for good food

Roman (9/5): Klare Weiterempfehlung für einen Trip in oder um Sarande - Neu, modern, sehr freundliches Personal und gutes und gesundes Frühstück. Kleine Distanz (50min zu Fuß) von der Innenstadt. Wenn man ein Auto hat, sind die Straßen vor Ort sehr abenteuerlich.

Catriona (10/5): - Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)

Sam (10/5): Luxurious stay in Sarandë with top staff - We had the junior suite with sea view balcony, which was lovely. We kept the windows open at night and heard the sea rushing. This hotel is very new and of course nothing is perfect from the first go. As coffee enthousiasts we like to have a coffee in the morning, there was no espresso machine in our room. The TV was a bit awkwardly placed, it would be nice if you could swivel it to the bed or couch. Please mind these are two very minor points of improvement, the rest was PERFECT.

Agnidhar (10/5): - Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door.

Leonita (4/5): - Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön. Leider war das Frühstücksbuffet nicht wirklich gut. Es hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Ich ging nur die ersten Tage essen, dann nicht mehr. Es hatte nur einige Brotscheiben in der Auswahl bei den Broten. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel mit dem Auto ca 7-10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt (mich hat das nicht gestört, aber für diejenigen, die im Zentrum sein möchten). Dafür ist natürlich der Strand in der Nähe. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Wir haben einmal Chips gegegessen, da war in den nächsten Tagen immer noch Dreck zu sehen. Genau gleich im Bad: Wurde nicht gereinigt - meine Haare vom Vorabend lagen noch am Boden - auch die Dusche blieb mit Resten übrig vom Strand und wurde somit auch nie gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche wurde auch nicht gwechselt. Das Personal an sich war freundlich.
Jana (9/5): Rund um sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen - Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl. Der Pool war sehr klein und es gibt keine Sonnenschirme für Schatten.

Elena (10/5): Excellent stay, beautiful view, comfortable and welcoming - Excellent hotel ! Highly recommend. Underground parking is a huge bonus makes everything much easier. Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities, good breakfast, nice view. The pool was awesome with a great view too!

Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel Coffee was not great. Had to pay for better coffee. Pool was a bit smelly but view and plenty of sunbeds . Quite a walk from centre which is fine but not great bus service.

Gugandeep (7/5): Good hotel - Good room size, good parking, very clean all round the hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff! Used as a base to visit Gjirokastër and Blue Eye Location is not good - not really beachfront. The streets are very dirty and messy, didn’t enjoy.

Hatice (10/5): Ich würde immer wiederkommen - Ich war in diesem Hotel in Saranda und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und waren jedes Mal tipptopp sauber. Besonders begeistert hat mich der Rooftop-Pool mit der wunderschönen Aussicht über die Stadt und das Meer – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und die Auswahl völlig in Ordnung. Für den Preis ist das Hotel wirklich unschlagbar und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

רוזנברג (6/5): - הצוות בקבלה ממש מנסה לעזור ולהיות נחמד עם האורחים. בריכה למעלה מאוד יפה עם נוף לים. לא אהבנו בכלל ששילמתי 1561 ש"ח ל 2 לילות סוויטיה עם נוף ישיר לים ומה שקיבלתי בפועל זה חדר עם נוף לעצים זה ממש ביאס אותנו. אם אין לכם חדרים עם נוף לים אז עדיף לא לתת כי התחושה של הבאסה גדולה.
Soufian (3/5): Photo, trompeuse - Je suis très déçu, j’ai réservé sur Booking avec une photo avec une vue dégagée sur la mer depuis notre chambre. C’est la raison pour laquelle j’ai réservé cet hôtel, je vais mettre des photos en description. Les deux premières photos sont les photos de Booking et les deux et les deux dernières photos sont les photos de notre chambre réelle. Si j’avais su que j’allais avoir cette vue, je n’aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel. Je suis très déçu par ma réservation via Booking. La photo de l’hôtel montrant une vue dégagée sur la mer depuis la chambre a été déterminante dans mon choix, mais à notre arrivée, la vue réelle est très différente et ne correspond en rien à ce qui était présenté. Je joins des photos : les deux premières montrent notre chambre actuelle, et les deux dernières sont celles publiées sur Booking avant la réservation. Cette représentation est trompeuse et m’a induit en erreur. Si j’avais su que la vue réelle serait si différente, je n’aurais jamais réservé cet hôtel. Je vous demande de bien vouloir prendre en compte ce problème.

Would recommend - This hotel is wonderful, very spacious clean rooms, a great balcony overlooking the ocean, incredibly helpful staff and a great breakfast. The rooftop area and pool can get crowded but is a great place to relax for the afternoon The rooms were a little bit loud and as Sarande is a party town you could hear people coming home very late

Jovin (10/5): - Het was een topvakantie! Het hotel is op wandelafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Het personeel van het hotel was ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze zijn super lief voor kindjes onze dochter van 2jaar heeft een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Een klein minpuntje is dat het ontbijt niet uitgebreid genoeg is, maar wel heel lekker. We komen hier zeker terug naartoe! 10/10 🇦🇱

Piscine sur le toit avec magnifique vue. Suite 2 chambres magnifiques avec vue sur la mer La vitre de la salle de bain donnant sur la chambre, qui laisse entrevoir la personne assis sur les toilettes quand on est dans la chambre ! Je comprends pas le délire ! Plage à proximité peu accessible sinon payante.
Nessrine (7/5): - Location was good. Easy access to lots of places, we had a car so it was easily accessible, parking was also provided. Rooms were quite spacious. Staff were really nice and hotel was clean. Rooftop pool was gorgeous. It didn’t meet our overall expectations. Breakfast was poor, not a lot of options to offer. One of our rooms AC was broken so sleep was uncomfortable. And unfortunately a pair of our Tommy Hilfiger slippers was taken from the room, when brought up with them they just said it hasn’t been seen, with no further intervention.

Lieux très propres, joliment décorés, petit déjeuner avec des produits frais de qualité (recommandons les petulla !), chambres spacieuses. Utiliser ECO TAXI pour se déplacer (moins cher). Nous avons toutefois vaillamment rejoint à pied, à l'arrivée, du port l'hôtel (45 min).. Pas de bouilloire de courtoisie ou de cafetière. Toutes les plages proches sont privées.

Sarah (9/5): Ist sehr empfehlenswert! - Etwas außerhalb von Sarandë aber mit dem Auto kein Problem, das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage was bei der Parksituation sehr gut ist. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten am meisten Kontakt mit Joni, Armando, Riko und Klaudia welche unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein guter mix aus traditionellem sowie Brot, Aufstrich, Früchte und einer Müsli Bar. Wir waren als zwei Freundinnen dort und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sarandë kommen, würden wir das Hotel erneut buchen und jedem dazu raten!

Harje (8/5): - the staff were great but there are two major issues with this hotel. 1: There are no canopies near pool so you will fry in the heat, there is no natural shade either. 2. they can serve drinks at pool ising whatsapp but there are no snacks or short menu for snacks like pizza, burger etc. there are places outside hotel so not a major issue 3. also if you book for a partial sea view make sure you are on 3 plus floor. we were on 1st floor and diabolical and can’t understand why we paying premium 4. the sofa bed is for children only. if only it was longer you could sleep on it as 1 person as was comfy

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel - The hotel is new and beautiful. Located on the south part of Sarnada. The breakfast is good. There is a parking lot. No private beach, although it was promised via corresponding. On the first evening we didn’t had hot water in the shower and when we asked why, we were talled it because everyone in the hotel used the hot water and we need to wait for a while until it will be warned again…

Marco (7/5): Tolles modernes Hotel in trubeliger Gegend - Super tolles modernes Hotel, mit kleinen aber auffallenden Mängeln (siehe unten). Lage top, 2 min zum Strand oder zu vielen Restaurants/Cafes etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer riesig mit tollem Ausblick (Zimmer 3 Etage mit Meerblick), bequemes Bett. Parkgarage großes plus, da in der Umgegend eh schon Verkehrschaos herrscht. Frühstück toll vorbereitet, große vielfältige Auswahl (Kaffee kostet Aufpreis), alles frisch. Personal muss ich sagen, war nicht so herzlich wie im Rest von Albanien, eher gefesselt an den ganzen Luxusrichtlinien. Das Hotel ist aber definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert, wenn man den Preis zahlen möchte. Die Kommunikation vorab war schwierig, da ich Buchungsänderungen vornehmen wollte, diesen aber nicht statt gegeben wurde. Kaffee beim Frühstück musste man zusätzlich bezahlen, zudem wurde ab 09:30 das Frühstück nicht mehr aufgefüllt (obwohl bis 10:30 angegeben). Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hörte quasi alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Preis- Leistung auf diesem Niveau für albanisch Verhältnisse nicht gegeben.

JULIE (10/5): Inoubliable et reposant - Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans la suite au 5ème et dernier étage de l’hôtel avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. La suite est très spacieuse et extrêmement cosy, propre et confortable. La terrasse est superbe pour y voir le coucher du soleil. L’accès à la piscine est juste au-dessus, il suffisait de monter les escaliers et de profiter de ce rooftop bien aménagé avec des beds, des transats, des canapés et une petite piscine. Tout le personnel est agréable, souriant et disponible h24. Le parking situé au sous-sol est gratuit et facilement accessible. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Vous pouvez y trouver dans la rue des boutiques, des commerces, des restaurants, des magasin souvenirs … Je recommande ce très bel hôtel en Albanie. La proximité avec les voisins et aucun transat sur la grande terrasse de la suite
Cristina (3/5): No recomendable el precio que pagas por el servicio que recibes - Ubicación No recomendamos este hotel porque la calidad de sus servicios no corresponde al precio que se paga: 1) a pesar de pagar extra por el 3r niño en una habitación doble, no le dieron cama (dijeron que no tenían) y el niño acabó durmiendo en el suelo sobre el colchoncito que habían puesto encima de la cama de matrimonio, en un apaño que hicimos nosotros. Estuvimos 3 noches y en ninguna de las 3 nos pudieron ofrecer una mejor solución. Para pagar 235€ por noche y habitación nos parece lamentable que un niño crecidito de 10 años tenga que estar durmiendo en el suelo… 2) habíamos reservado según Booking habitación con vistas al mar y cuando llegamos a la habitación las vistas eran parciales, veíamos mitad edificio y mitad el mar, cuando las fotos que se enseñan antes de reservar dan a entender que ves el mar frontalmente. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación pero el hotel estaba lleno y no tenía ninguna habitación libre 3 noches seguidas más que la nuestra… 3) la noche anterior pedimos alargar el check out por un vuelo tardío, se nos dijo que no era posible pero que podríamos ducharnos sin problema. Cuando llegamos al mediodía nos dijeron que la ducha no era posible ni en el área de la piscina ni abajo porque estaban limpiando tanto arriba como abajo (a las 14.30h!) Francamente, por este precio en otros países hemos tenido muchísimo mejor servicio en un hotel. Albania no es un país caro, cenamos de miedo por 45€ 5 pax, en cambio el precio de este hotel es de 5 estrellas GL y su servicio claramente no lo es.

We really appreciated how much they made us feel at home. Particular shout out to Armando, Yoni and Rico. It felt like a hotel that could have been an adults only hotel (particularly with the pool size).

Majlinda (7/5): Das Geld war es nicht wert. - Die Unterkunft war sauber und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Morgenessen war okey jedoch nicht ganz ausgefallen. Wir wurden öfters gestört bezüglich den Strandtücher. Wir hatten sie jeweils direkt retourniert und wir wurden dann jeweils 1-2 stunden später angerufen und gebeten diese zu retournieren, obwohl wir es bereits getan hatten (an 3 abenden von 4 wurden wir angerufen). Sie hatten eine starke Unordnung und haben uns immer mit anderen Gästen verwechselt. Zudem hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick gebucht und dafür auch gezahlt wir hatten jedoch eine Aussicht auf die Bäume welche den Meeresblick versperrt haben!

Lewis (7/5): Nice place, goody staff - The location was pretty nice and it had garage parking which was nice because street parking is very limited. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were very strange at times helpful, but at times had very strange rules. For example, they tried to stop me from brining a box of leftover food from a restaurant I had just eaten at up to our room saying “food was not allowed in the room, because it makes the room smell bad”. I continued anyway and yet another hotel staff member blocked me and tried to explain the same ridiculous policy. I told them they could call whoever they needed to, I was bringing the box of plain pasta to my room. They also had some weird towel exchange policy that they tried to explain multiple times to no effect, but it was clumsy and not guest friendly. It seems like the gist of it was towels needed to be turned in before 20:00 because they don’t do laundry after that. Ok, not my problem just give me fresh towels or at a minimum take the towels I’m giving you or at least offer to exchange them in the room. One staff member went so far as to stop my elevator door from closing to drone on about the towel policy. Again, it felt like I was being reprimanded by a 20 year old goofball whose job it was is to ensure a nice guest experience. On yet another occasion when we asked how to get the AC working because we hadn’t been able to ourselves, an unhelpful young lady said “just turn it on”, as if we hadn’t tried that, vice just offering to send someone up for assistance.
