Victoria (8/5): Very good - Loved the location. Apartment comfortable and clean. Someone met me at the apartment with the keys and instructions. Comfortable bed. Overall lovely space. Quiet. Overall just minor things that didnt affect my stay. The appliances didn't fit the electrical sockets. Adaptors provided didn't either. Only one towel supplied for three nights.
Aimee (7/5): Lovely and traditional! - Excellent location and lovely to stay in a traditional apartment! It was like stepping back in time which was super fun. The downsides to a traditional apartment that we didn’t think of: - No lift (4th floor apartment) - Old plug sockets which didn’t fit our adapters (or the facilities provided with the property i.e the kettle!) - Old layouts (fuse box and other electrical goods in the very narrow bathroom) Obviously, all of this is said with a pinch of salt as in retrospect as we should have probably expected this.
Natalie (5/5): Passable - so many mosquitoes, toilet seat broken extremely hot and stuffy, cupboard door in bathroom broken so couldn’t walk through to the toilet easily
sharon (8/5): - Clean and comfortable enough little apartment a little out of Florence city centre. Handy for the station.
Li Ming (2/5): Don’t book the apartment - So bad experienced. Never recommend and never go to stay. Located on the top of the building without elevator , without air condition. It is suffering in the summer season. Extremely hot and have to close the window as the bugs may come in. WiFi is there but almost no data. No reception so no bags storage available. Required check out as early as 10:00am and euro60.00 is needed for the cleaning fee. It is awful staying experience!
