• María (10/5): Estancia ideal para tu viaje a Roma - Muy bien ubicado. Junto al foro de Trajano y muy cerca del Coliseo. Tiene abajo un pequeño mercado local. El barrio es muy tranquilo y con muchos sitios donde comer. Las habitaciones son muy grandes está muy bien acondicionado para el frío. Estaba limpio pero no demasiado. Aún así, hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia y repetiría si volviera.

• Ana (7/5): property and location was convenient and comfortable - Beds were comfortable and location was convenient. We were grateful for the elevator! Shower had great pressure and water heated up quickly. The storage room in the apartment stank badly! The gentleman that showed me the apartment opened the door and I was surprised that he acted like he did not smell it. I also mentioned it to the person that was communicating with me through WhatsApp, but the message was read with no reply. The water also leaked out of the shower and it made a daily puddle right outside of the shower.

• Psaila (8/5): - Fantastic location, you can see Colosseum from adjoining street, short walk. Apartment was a great size for 4 people Shower leaked from moment it was turned on. The bath matt was soaked after every shower.

• Ehlers (10/5): Comfortable stay in a prime location! - This was a great location with many food options nearby and walkable to top sites. The communication with the host was very much appreciated as we missed our connecting flight and our first night's stay. She was able to quickly secure an airport transfer so we were still able to make our pre-arranged Vatican tour, gave us ideas for where to stow our luggage when needed, arranged for self check-in, and had excellent restaurant recommendations to help us celebrate our daughter's birthday. The apartment was very comfortable and enjoyable for our family of 4. We had everything we needed and would stay again. Street noise may be present, but everyone was jovial and it did not bother us.
• Eric (8/5): - Great location 5 min walk from colosseum and tons of shops and dining options nearby. Cute street. Reps were nice and mostly communicated well, although there was a snafu with booking airport transport. Only complaints were that there were a LOT of flies, ants and mosquitoes in the apt and several things were broken and the shower leaked from almost every side. None of these were dealbreakers and we still had a great time in Rome and would stay here again.

• Richard (10/5): Brilliant, central stay in Rome - Brilliant central location, 10 mins walk to the Colosseum, you can see it at the end of the street as you leave the block. Walkable to most of the major sights in the historical centre. Good size rooms, sensibly laid out, very clean, modern decor, very comfortable accommodation. Good comms with the host company who met us at the property to check in, which was a very smooth process. Lots of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw of the apartment - although there is a little street noise at night, the property is on the second floor and down a side street so our sleep wasn't disturbed. Overall a great location for our six nights in Rome Only a minor quibble - though it has all the essentials, the kitchen was a little sparsely equipped.

• Valissa (10/5): - The communication with this property was exceptional. Francesco met us and completed the handover of the keys and run down of the apartment. He was so friendly and lovely. The apartment was in the perfect location to walk to the Colosseum and local restaurants were fabulous. We wished we were able to stay longer, and highly recommend this apartment.

• Giang (4/5): - Property has electrical issues. No safe. No dead bolt. Housekeeping / maintenance keyed into the room mid-stay and left the door wide open all day. Could have lost our passports because there's no safe. House keeping keyed into the room at 9:45AM on the last day despite checkout being 10AM. Don't stay here

• Greg (3/5): Disappointing - Location & modern in the actual apartment We encountered lots of issues meaning it wasn’t really a holiday, it felt like the property’s issues were up to us to sort out taking away from fun with our family. We encountered the following: Gas not working - had to stay in for someone to fix (day 1) Water not draining - had to wait in again (day 2) Both of the above were disruptive given we had a baby napping The location of the apartment was so loud from 6:30am until late and was listed as family friendly which it’s not! There was building work at the neighbours apartment as well as across the road which was loud all day. Also the accommodation was listed family friendly but we couldn’t get through the front door with a small travel pram! The standard of the facilities were not up to standard either with a rusty old kettle to use on the hob. We paid 10 euro for a cot and had to ask for bedding. The beds were made with no duvets or blankets which I had to ask for given it was October. The blankets in the cupboard were screwed up and old and Tatty and we wouldn’t have dared use. The couch and cushions also seemed old and worn. We found the experience laborious as if all these thing we had to sort out however it was our holiday so should have not been our problem for the price we paid. When we’ve raised these issues with the owner no accountability has been taken and no money returned
• Gina (7/5): Good location - Location was perfect. Easy walk to main attractions and restaurants. Water pressure was good. Large bedrooms. A good bolt hole. Cleaning wasn't great. Walls really scuffed. Made apartment look old. And grubby. Bathroom floor was dirty. Needs a good scrub and spring clean. Staff did respond and sent another cleaner. Just needs some TLC.

• Katherine (10/5): - Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The location was amazing and literally 10 min walk to colloseum and even shorter to Roman Forum. Very comfortable. Highly recommend and would have no hesitation staying here again.

• Mohammed (8/5): Great 2 bed apartment - A well presented and very spacious 2 bed flat within walking distance to colloseum and other attractions. About 25-30 minutes walk to Vatican. Lots of eateries around within 5 min walk.

Plenty of local places to eat. Lovely clean and comfortable beds. Lots of recommendations and support from the man who met us. Noisy aircon unit in bathroom, but couldn't hear it elsewhere - so no real problem.
• Robert (7/5): would stay at this property again without hesitation! - location was perfect, walking distance to all that the city centre has to offer, we even walked to the Vatican Miscommunication regarding the air conditioning, left us in 80* apartment for two of our days. the bracelet scammers would setup their shop after hours on the market steps smoking weed, drinking, and making a safe area feel unsafe.

• Pucha (7/5): big spacious apartment - it has really spacious rooms, we like when our bedroom is big.. the guy who met us Francesco such a nice guy, he explained everything what we need to know during our stay there, he came also when the water didnt work at the apartment and apologise bout the inconvenient. So 9 stars for that! the building has an elevator but only fit 2 persons. The second day of our stay at 9.20 am suddenly the water stop runs. the building was under construction so we didnt have any water. because they stop the water system, this is so inconvenient, we didnt know that would happend during our stay there. we waited until 11.30 but still no water. when we back to apartement at 10pm, the water runs again. So we complained to bookingcom and got 330 sek for the incovenient! I tried to call the emergency number of apartment but they didnt answer, so I chat & complained on their whatsup number & got response. I wanted to move to hotel and asked for 1 night refund but the apartment management refused it. so I went out without shower on that day and of course we couldnt wash dish or make tea for breakfast. Thats really annoying & frustrating. The apartment lacks some stuff also which is important & crucial, they only provide dishmachine, no dish soap. so we bought big dishsoap and leave it there. somehow the AC doesnt work well in the diningroom, its not cold enough. you cant turn on all AC , only 2! so we did only 1 coz we dont want something happen.

• Robert (8/5): Location location - Great location! Great apartment and facilities. The agreement you are asked to sign needs to be read carefully due to poor English and reduction of normal tenant rights. The instructions regarding the communal rubbish bins are not clear and at least one owner gets angry if the rules are not adhered to.
• Mel (10/5): Perfect location - Perfect location. All the sights and restaurants within walking distance. Washing machine was convenient. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms.
• Rod (9/5): Great location and we had a great stay. - The location was so close to the attractions and easy walk to restaurants. Monti is a great neighbourhood to base yourself.
• Sophie (9/5): Great central location for Rome - Location is very central (7 minutes walk from the Colosseum) and there are so many restaurants within only a few minutes walk. We had a late check in and we’re welcomed by Francesco who was also very helpful throughout our stay. Nothing!
