• Sarah (9/5): Home in Rome - Fantastic location. Very clean, bright property with plenty of room and lots of storage space. Great meet and greet on arrival at the property and good local information given to us. Really small things.... All I would say, is hand held showers are tricky, it would be good to fix the bracket for that. Also, just make sure all light bulbs are working. Other than that, loved it.

• Saša (9/5): - Outstanding location, with all major landmarks within a maximum of a 30-minute walk. Directly in front of the property, there is an excellent restaurant, bakery, shop, fast food outlet, and bar. The property also offers a view overlooking the main square. There is a bit more noise in the evening hours. Small elevator.

• Andrés (8/5): Vacaciones en Roma. Apartamento muy céntrico - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente. Todo muy limpio. La cocina dispone de poca vajilla. Tuvimos que comprar útiles de aseo personal pues los que proporcionan son insuficientes. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no es demasiado cómodo, es excesivamente blando y se hunde en el centro.
• Vicente (9/5): - La ubicación. En el centro, con vistas a una plaza preciosa. Cerca tenía lugares buenos para comer. Me encantó el sitio donde está ubicado. El apartamento es bonito y amplio. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la limpieza al principio pero se solucionó muy rápido. Tal vez debían mejorar la descarga del baño y los medios para limpiar durante la estancia.
• Laurent (10/5): - Appartement très agréable de par ses volumes généreux, sa luminosité, son emplacement idéal pour la visite de la ville à pieds. Par ailleurs, petits restaurants très bons à proximité et un glacier excellent sur la place. Conclusion : appartement exceptionnel !
• Anna (1/5): Nie polecam tego miejsca ,jeśli chcesz miećudane wakacje. Obsługa tragedia! - Położenie obiektu jest bardzo dobre - blisko kawiarnia oraz bary i sklepy oraz główne atrakcje. Najgorsze moje doświadczenie jakie miałam we Włoszech kiedykolwiek ( a jestem 2 razy w roku )odnośnie komunikacji i spełniania potrzeb. Dnia 16.10 napisałam do obiektu zapytanie o dodatkową pościel - były nas 4 osoby w tym dwójką nastolatków 14 i 17 lat ( chłopiec i dziewczynka), więc chciałam ,aby każdy miał swoją własną pościel, po odważ spanie pod jedną pościelą z babcią czy ciocia uważam za niestosowne. Odpowiedź odmowną na moje pytanie otrzymałam w piątek ok17.00 a w niedzielę rano był wylot, więc już nie było szans na zmianę parlamentu. W dniu przylotu po idiotycznej dyskusji o tym ,że pierwszy raz słyszą o dwóch pościelach w jednym łóżku , osoba w wiadomości prywatnej ( nie wiem kto to był ,bo nigdy się nie podpisywała nawet imieniem ) napisała ,że jak miksie uda spotkać sprzątaczkę w obiekcie zanim skończy to mam poprosić o dodatkową pościel a jak nie , to trudno. Nie zaproponowała nawet,że moce pomóc w czymkolwiek. Dziwił mnie również fakt,że obiekt kontaktować się ze mną w wyjątkowo niegrzeczny sposób , mając głęboko gdzieś nasze potrzeby w wiadomościach prywatnych - nie na oficjalnym czacie na Booking- nawet,kiedy zapytanie wysyłałam oficjalną drogą. Zarówno przed wyjazdem jak i przed powrotem musiałam sama pisać do obiektu zapytania i zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Nie było również możliwości pozostawania nieco dłużej walizek , więc musieliśmy skorzystać z przechowalni bagażu w mieście ( koszt ponad 20 euro). Nikt się z nami nie pożegnał ani nawet nie przywitał- byliśmy pozostawieni sami sobie , tak samo jak nasze potrzeby. Podkreślam jeszcze raz - jestem regularnie we Włoszech i w Neapolu czy Florencji czy Amalfi mieliśmy super gospodarzy , którzy naprawdę byli serdeczni i czuliśmy się zaopiekowali - tutaj jesteś jak w korporacji. - osoba na czacie nawet nie wiedziała do jakiego obiektu mamy przyjechać i odpisywała na wiadomości bardzo rzadko, co było stresujące.

• Ewelina (10/5): - Apartament w samym sercu Rzymu okazał się strzałem w dziesiątkę! Lokalizacja jest po prostu genialna – wszędzie blisko, można dojść pieszo do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. W okolicy mnóstwo uroczych kawiarni, świetnych restauracji i fantastyczna lodziarnia tuż za rogiem. Idealne miejsce, by poczuć prawdziwą atmosferę Rzymu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament każdemu, kto chce zwiedzać miasto i jednocześnie cieszyć się klimatem włoskiej codzienności.

• Caterina (8/5): Guilia Charme a charming place to stay in Rome. - Loved the location and amenities nearby, Supermarket, pasticcerie, gelateria, panificio & eateries. Lived the vibe of the neighbourhood, we were within easy walking g distance to all the main sights, it was pleasurable just to wander the little streets nearby & see artisan shops. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was great to be able to break up the day, come back to the apartment, relax, eat, cook. Rest & recharge before going out again. Conflicting and confusing multiple texts & emails re; transfer pick up location post our confirmation pick up & time from Fiumicino , they went to Termini! Staff on phone were rude, told us someone would meet us at apartment but there was no one came. Bedding needs improvement. Only 2 sheets, no underlay on mattress, and it didn't feel hygienic. Additional items would be useful; chopping board, and washing machine. Most importantly, we were not told about the works that were happening outside our doorstep, they were rebuilding the piazza, noise at 6.00 am with Jack hammers & excavators.

• Diana (7/5): Good - The property was big as the pictures and it was airy with big windows. Not so clean
• Arya-marie (10/5): Central flat close to all the most famous sites - Central, very good communication with the staff. The flat is bright, with comfortable bed and sofa. The staff was also super kind and let us leave our luggage after the check out. The flat is within walking distance to all the main attractions, we didn't use transportation. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars around.
• Yaren (8/5): It was a good Rome stay experience. - The location of the property is great, within walking distance of many historical sites and restaurants. There are many places around where you can meet your needs. Additionally, many things you will need (kitchenware, towels, shampoo, etc.) are available at the facility. We had a heating problem during our stay. The heaters were not on 24/7, and we could not use the air conditioning because it did not have a remote control. Except for this situation, we had an overall pleasant accommodation experience.
• Manuel (8/5): Great location, kindness of the host, and size and decoration of the apartment are a big plus - The location and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the kitchen crockery could have been better and maybe leave some coffee for the guests too. Also, the process to get the keys can be a bit complicated. It could be easier with a key box. Just as a suggestion.

• Elizabeth (6/5): A good stay and great memories! - The apartment is beautiful and we loved the area. The main bed is comfortable. When you open the shutters in the morning, you get a hit of coffee aroma from the cafe below. We arrived very late at night and were sent instructions to enter the property using a key chest meaning we didn’t incur an extra charge of €30. Great communication. The sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable and extremely noisy (squeaky). The shower goes hot and cold. It is very noisy all through the night (from the bars/street cleaners/bins/cafes and you definitely need ear plugs. I think this is the same for any similar place in central Rome. Just take earplugs!

Over all a very nice flat with great locatuon on a amall piazza sofa bed not that comfortable and air conditioning could have been better. kitchen not that well equipped.

• Iga (9/5): Superb - It was a very comfortable apartment in perfect location. Close to most touristic attractions. Never had to use a public transport. It was quite difficult to have balance between hot and cold water in the shower

• Predrag (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful old roman charm, really good quality - Location and quality 10/10, old building in very good shape in quarter with unique historical charm. 10 min walking distance to Trastevere, 5 min to Piazza Navona, very nice pasticceria just next corner (can see it through the window). Big pluss for owner who let us to check in 11 o'clock :) Easy communication.
• Тодор (9/5): Superb - Everything was well organized - transfers from and to the airport, earlier check-in, etc. The host was very polite. Location is just 15-20 minutes walking distance from most the the tourist attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes near by.

• Elena (8/5): Muy buena opción - El piso está muy bien situado, en una zona tranquila y accesible por bus, un poco lejos del metro, pero no es necesario. Las principales cosas están cerca. Las ventanas aíslan muy bien del ruido y el aire acondicionado muy silencioso. Cuando llegamos el piso no estaba del todo limpio. El espejo del baño sucio, sin barrer, las sábanas del sofá cama sin cambiar.. Sin embargo, lo comaunicamos a la agencia y se ofrecieron a mandar a alguien a limpiar.
