• Francesca (6/5): Senza infamia e senza lode - Il proprietario ci ha contattato e guidato alla struttura. La ragazza della reception è stata deliziosa Abbiamo dovuto pagare appena arrivati è in contanti perché il pos non funzionava. La stanza era attaccata alla reception. Durante i check-in ci siamo svegliati. Il bollitore e il microonde non erano in camera ma alla reception. Dalla doccia usciva poca acqua. Il lavandino in camera non funzionava. C'era un solo comodino
• Alexey (1/5): A stressful and unpleasant stay with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the owner. - The owner behaved very unprofessionally. Upon arrival, he asked me to transfer money to his personal account and insisted that I cancel my Booking.com reservation, saying it would be a “free cancellation” and that I would pay a few euros less and get “free breakfast.” The so-called breakfast was just a packaged cookie and instant coffee. Later, he and his staff seriously asked me to let another guest stay in my room, and only after I firmly refused did they claim it was a “joke.” This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. During my stay, the owner ignored all my requests regarding a date change, and I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the room. After three nights I couldn’t stay there any longer — I left two days earlier than planned and even had to change my flight. The owner didn’t refund me anything. Overall, the atmosphere was untrustworthy and stressful.

• Simon (4/5): Not our cup of tea, and don't leave an honest review or you'll get a message from the owner....!!! - The location was near the train station and close to the edge of the Old Town. Difficult to get in as the receptionist was out in. The hotel was on the 4 floor (112 steps) with no elevator (yes there was one being installed but the owner failed to mention this at the time of booking). Breakfast was a biscuit and a coffee, but you where frowned upon for having tea (no milk) and the sink in the room was not functional with no tea or coffee making facilities in the room although the photos show a sink and cupboards ( cupboards are empty, no cups, plates, spoons - nothing - whats the point?) the reception staff knocking on your door at 8am asking what time you're leaving didn't feel friendly. No toilet roll when we arrived and had to ask reception when she finally arrived. Bathroom smelt of blocked drains. Room was on an intersection and traffic noise and sirens was loud and constant ( till midnight and started at 5am ). And if you leave an honest review you get a text from the owner giving you a you a hard time.
• Aysu (1/5): Scammers - The location was close to center but hard to find. You should whatsapp owner From start to end everything went bad. When we arrived it was hard to find the hotel and when arrived the buildings elevator was down. We went to hotel with knowledge that we would pay 15 euro per night for garage but ended up paying 25 instead. Also, After going up 5 floors with our luggages, without any help, we came into a room full of toilet smell(i guess the wind was in off direction). There was a do not use sign on the sink in the room and there were stains on the bed sheets and dust over the room. We asked to leave the next morning with refund for the following two nights(paid full amount 242 euros for 3nights), and they refused to get on the phone. From start to end I feel this was a scam of booking. Never come here. I highly recommend our second pick hotel on the other side of town. Pinto storey.
• Hikmat (8/5): Naples remains in our memory as a city where garbage was thrown out and the streets smell - The location was good due to being close to train station. We liked the view from the window. The bathroom room was very comfortable. There was a large shower cubicle. The place was clean. Since our hotel was on the 3rd or 4th floor, we had to use the elevator and it costs at least 20 cents. Sound insulation was not good. The mattress was very hard. The capacity of the air conditioner was not suitable for the room. It took a long time to cool the environment. Due to the location of the hotel, the streets did not feel safe.
• Octavia (5/5): Nice place, not the best neighborhood - Nice clean room with pretty decor and aircon The location is close to the main station but it's not a nice neighborhood. Better to taxi or metro to a better area, especially if you are female
• Michal (9/5): Superb - The room was nice and clean. Staff was good. A little hard to get up the steps and you had to pay to use the elevator.
• Youssef (9/5): Nice experience and you will get use to the noise - The host was so welcoming and helpful, Glory assist us to fix some issue It’s not only about this property but in general all properties in the area their windows are not soundproof , so you can easily hear the outside however after 10 pm the area is quiet and you can enjoy your night
• KATTIA (2/5): No se cumplió von lo acordado - Muy mala cuando llegue me dijeton que no tenia reservacion. Tenian libre 1 noche y me cobraban mas del 150% del costo dr lo que habia apartafo.
• DONGHO (2/5): - 호텔스닷컴으로 통해 비용 지불 다했는데 숙박 주인이 현지에서 익스피디아 1박에 60유로 가량 올라와 있고 호텔스닷컴은 40유로 가량 올라와있다고 그 차익만큼 더 내라는 거지같은 경우는 뭐죠? 주인이랑 티격태격하다 일정 망칠까봐 돈 지불 더 하긴 했는데 거기에 대해서 호텔스닷컴은 확인해보겠다는데 아직도 깜깜 무소식 한국 가면 진짜 그냥 안넘어감
