• Jenyleen (3/5): Dirty room, misleading photos. - Dirty and disappointing stay. The room was much darker and more run-down than shown in the photos on the app, which felt misleading. The space did not feel clean at all, and I woke up with swollen, itchy eyes, neck rashes, and skin irritation during the night. I normally do not have allergies or sensitive skin, which made the reaction even more concerning. A pharmacy later told me it appeared consistent with a dust/mold reaction. I consistently felt better whenever I left the room. The shower had no proper door/separation, so the whole bathroom floor became soaked after showering. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and not hygienic. I also contacted the owner regarding the situation and received no response or assistance. Would not recommend staying here.

• Viola (9/5): Posizione comoda per girare e ampi spazi interni, completa di tutto . - Posizione della struttura veramente comoda. In pieno centro quindi comoda per raggiungere i vari posti. Ambiente grande e comodo anche per 5 persone.

• Naomi (6/5): Excellent location, but poor facilities - Location was excellent, host was very responsive No full length mirror (only 1 in a dark bathroom), we could hear everything in the next apartment and did not manage to sleep with so much noise in the middle of the night. Only 1 pillow each and shower door was broken

• Raquel (1/5): - Nada, que estaba a 5 minutos del centro ESTABA MUY SUCIO. Tengo fotos de manchas en la pared, moho, las cortinas ROTAS y con manchas, las sabanas ya mejor no mencionar. El lavabo era entre horrible y asqueroso. Estaba lleno de suciedad. El bote para poner los cepillos de dientes tenia su propio ecosistema y el espejo manchas que no quiero saber ni de que son. La cocina... ten cuidado que puedes quedarte enganchado para toda la vida. Es terrible. Encima me dicen que "lo van a solucionar ". Me tuve que ir a otro sitio porque no iban a comprar cortinas, sabanas, y quitar toda la grasa y porquería que había. De los peores sitios en los que he estado en mi vida. Encima no me querían reembolsar el dinero y tuve que que reclamar a booking porque ellos se negaban. Ah y el edificio esta que se cae a trozos. Y el olor de la escalera puede dejarte peor que una noche de copas. SUERTE SI COGEIS ESTE APARTAMENTO.
• Marianne (4/5): Attention appartement très décevant ! - Le logement est géographiquement bien situé. Le logement était vraiment sale bien que rangé en apparence (à notre arrivée : trace de sang repérée sur le mur près des toilettes, crasse le long du bas des portes de douche -une porte de douche était d'ailleurs manquante-, sol dégoûtant -nos chaussettes blanches étaient noires très rapidement-, pansement sale retrouvé sous le lit, trace de rouge à lèvres et de café sur une tasse...), mal équipé (2 tables de nuit pour 4, 2 couteaux et 3 cuillères pour 3) avec le minimum syndical pour manger (aucune attention du style sel ou poivre à disposition comme dans les 4 autres logements loués en Grèce pendant notre séjour) 1 seul sac poubelle, pas de sopalin ni de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, aucune poêle, 2 casseroles rayées (cancérigène), les lits n'étaient pas du tout confortables (mon mari et moi sentions les ressorts) et les rideaux étaient complètement abîmés (ils tenaient avec des bouts de ficelles, au sens propre, et coincés dans la fenêtre !). Et surtout, AUCUNE isolation phonique ! On aurait été dans la rue c'était quasiment pareil. Bref, hyper décevant car la photo donne l'impression que l'appartement est chouette mais franchement il ne vaut pas du tout le prix ! Attention, le propriétaire a 8 appartements du même type dans le même immeuble et apparemment et ils se ressemblent comme 2 gouttes d'eau mais certains ne donnent pas sur la rue donc peut-être plus calmes ? La photo sur booking ne correspond pas forcément à l'appartement loué (pour nous par exemple, ce n'est pas tout à fait le même lit ni tout à fait la même déco que sur la photo). Très cher pour ce que c'est.

• Madeleine (3/5): Would not recommend - Location is good. Super central and close to a metro line The shower cubicle is tiny and there was no holder for the shower head making it difficult to use. The toilet seat also leaked all over the floor every time we used it. The walls are paper thin here which isn’t ideal, especially when the neighboring rooms are having parties at 5am

• José Antonio (9/5): Perfecto para visitar todo A PIE - La ubicación es EXCELENTE. A 2 minutos caminando de la plaza de Monastiraki, centro neurálgico de casi todo en Atenas. Muy cercano a la mayoría de lugares de interés para visitar. Hicimos TODAS las visitas caminando, y eso que íbamos con niños. No fuimos capaces de encontrar una escoba para barrer durante los 4 días que estuvimos alojados (no digo que no hubiera, pero no fuimos capaces de encontrarla)

• Sandeep (10/5): Nice and close to all the main attractions - Location was excellent and very close to the main shopping area, metro and all the main attractions. The bathroom was a bit cozy—very much in line with the local Greek style—but it was clean and well-maintained. Just something to keep in mind if you're used to larger American-style layouts! Walls are very thin, could easily hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. Lighting could have been better.

Her yer hizmet sektörü için ya otel apart veya kafe restoran bar dolu. Yerel halk burayı ticari ortama dönüştürmüş ve sakin yerlerde yaşıyornolmalı. Dışarısı futbol stadyumu seviyesinde bağırış çağırış marş ve tezaurat yapan insanlarla dolu. Sürekli yüksek insan sesi var. Yakın bar ve eğlence alanları 03:30 a ve hatta daha geç saatlere kadar açık. Gürültü ziyaretçilerin eğlence anlayışı ve saygısızlığıyla ilgili. Uyumak için gündüz saatlerini seçmeniz yada kulak tıkacı, gürültü kesici kulaklık takmanız biraz işe yarar. Yerel halk tam anlamıyla saygılı ve kibar insanlardan oluşuyor. Bir sonraki ziyaretimizde bu bölgeden uzak yerel insanlarınnyaşadığı mahallelerdennyer seçmek gerekecek. Seçtiğimiz odanın yatak odası rulo perdessinin bir eksikti. Binaların iç içe olduğu bir ortamda perde olmayan yatak odası genel memnuniyeti azaltıyor.

Chyběli dveře u sprchy, takže voda tekla/ stříkala ven. Okna profukovala vecer byla zima a klimatizace foukala směrem do kuchyně.

• Gülçin (8/5): Memnun kaldık - Öncelikle ev sahibi Marios çok ilgili ve iyi biriydi her konuda yardımcı oldu bize. Evin konumu çok çok iyi. Atina’nın her yerini (5-6 mahallesi - tarihi yerleri vb.) yürüyerek gezebildik. İki çocuğumuzla gittik evin yakınlarında büfeler eczane vb. olması avantajlıydı. Odadaki çekyat yatak olarak açılıp hazır edilmişti. Kilit sistemi alışılmıştan farklıydı ama Marios tüm detayları nasıl açılacağının videosuna kadar paylaşmıştı hiç zorlanmadık. Bina eski. İçi yeni boyanmıştı. Sokakta grafiti ve karalamalar olması çocuklar da yanımda olunca beni düşündürdü ancak hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık. Little Kook’a 80 m mesafedeydi mesela. Diğer yer yere 1-1,5 km bandında yürüyerek ulaştık. Mutfak standı ve banyo güzel temizlenmiş resmen yıkanmıştı ancak lambalar yatak altları görünmeyen yerler toz katmanı tutmuştu. Su tankta toplanıyor. Arka arkaya duşa girmek yerine en az 20 dk arayla kullanmak mantıklı suyun birikip ısınmasına zaman tanımak gerekiyor.

• Christos (3/5): Κάκιστη! - Το ότι βρισκόμουν πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα ραντεβού που είχα να πάω ήταν πολύ βολικό Το δοματιο ήταν βρόμικο όταν μπήκα παρόλο που είχε περάσει η καθαρίστρια είχε ένα πεταμένο γάντι στο πατομα και κάποια σκουπίδια μαζεμένα σε μια άκρη τα οποία μάλλον δεν μάζεψε μετά το καθάρισμα! Το μπάνιο επίσης ήταν κάκιστο! Η ντουζιέρα πλημμύριζε νερά έξω με αποτέλεσμα να βρέχονται τα πάντα και να είμαι αναγκασμένος να βάλω πετσέτες παντού για να μην έχει νερά και γλύστρισω! Επίσης το ζεστό νερό τελείωνε μέσα σε κλάσματα και η βρύση του ντουζ έτρεχε όπως νανε νερό

A berendezés igénytelen, a tisztaság pedig hagy kívánnivalót maga után: a kanapén egy poros cipőtalpnyom fogadott minket. A műszaki állapot siralmas: a zuhanykabin ajtaja hiányzott, a hálószobában nem működtek a lámpák, és fűtés sem volt, így fáztunk. Emellett a hálószobáról hiányzott a redőny, emiatt nem lehetett besötétíteni, és a privátszféra is teljesen megszűnt. Senkinek nem ajánlom, amíg ezeket a hibákat nem javítják. —————— Disappointing stay – great location, but unacceptable conditions While the location is excellent and truly central to everything, the state of the apartment was unacceptable. The interior was poorly maintained and lacked basic care. Upon arrival, we even found a dusty footprint on the sofa. The amenities were in disrepair: the shower door was missing, the bedroom lights didn't work, and there was no heating at all, making the stay very uncomfortable. Furthermore, there were no shutters or blinds in the bedroom, so we couldn't darken the room and had zero privacy. The great location does not make up for these serious issues. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are fixed.

• Julia (3/5): Miserable - General location, reasonably clean, lots of space. I arrived late at night so it was difficult for the taxi driver to find down a narrow street covered in graffiti. Main issues: 1. the air conditioning didn't work on 'heat' but kept switching back to a default lower temperature and fan so I had to switch it off even though it was cold (January). 2. The bedroom has a large window only half of which was covered by a plastic curtain. With the street light outside on all night I found it too light to sleep -especially as it was also cold. 3. I followed the instructions to turn the water electric switch on half an hour before I needed to shower, but the water didn't heat. 4. The shower door was broken off. This had been mentioned in a post by a previous guest and hadn't been mended. So I had no sleep and also couldn't shower. I vacated the property and contacted the owner to request a refund but was told that I could instead move into another apartment in the same building, but I didn't trust that this would be much better and couldn't risk getting no sleep for 2 nights as was on a business trip.

• Karolina (1/5): - - es roch richtig unangenehm, die positiven Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht verstehen, die Wohnung befindet in einer Wohnung aus der 4 Zimmer gemacht wurden, man fühlt sich so unwohl in dem Haus und könnte meinen es leben Obdachlose hier. Und nein es ist nicht hip sondern eher beängstigend.

• Arti (10/5): - This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. We were only here for a night but it was very convenient to explore the city and then come back to our room with ease. The door at first does look a little bit sketchy but the building was felt safe inside thanks to have two stages of locks and the room was incredibly comfortable. It was spacious and there was a nice kitchenette, and good bathroom. Would stay here again. The location is in the middle of an ally so it can seem kinda scary.

Surprise !l Le logement n'était pas nettoyé et les hôtes précédents avaient mis le b😵‍💫... Quand nous sommes revenues, c'était impeccable, très confortable et l'hôte nous a bien guidé sur le quartier, les restos... Je ne savais pas qu'on pouvait mettre autant de b😵 dans une location... les gens sont vraiment sans gêne et je plains les personnes qui font le ménage. Ils doivent en voir de toutes les couleurs !!! Bravo à toutes ces personnes qui font que nos séjours se passent au mieux !

• José (5/5): A ce prix hors saison, j'y retourne, à deux pour l'accès au centre de la vieille ville. - Pas mal, très proche du centre historique et pour une semaine c'est super. confort très moyen, le lit pas adequat, heureusement le canapé devait être récent. Vaisselle largement insuffisante, prévu pour 4, 3 verres, 2 tasses, une fourchette, une poële de 10 cm et un faitout, on s'en foutait un peu puisqu'on a mangé au resto et des sandwichs. Mais ça fait un peu radin, pour pas grand chose de plus, le confort serait bien. Autre chose, on n'a vu personne, vaguement aperçu deux femmes de ménage, c'est en fait un immeuble de location pour touristes. J'ai oublié, mais c'est je crois général, la cour est recouverte de pompes à chaleur, en décembre le bruit est supportable ;-)

It has the potential to be a hug e earner but not enough attention is being brought to the location A lack of maintenance of the place is evident. Missing shower door, blinds that are ripped and slowly ripping further until they ended up on the floor, Air conditioning made our clothes smell of damp without any other option to warm up the place. Calls to managament were answered but nothing was done to assist. Lack of efficient lighting in bedroom. Finally the pictures shown only were partially of the place we stayed in.

Lovely big balcony The host responded quickly and helpfully to all communication. The building itself is not very inviting, although the room was just fine.

Sécurité d'accès au logement (camera, code, etc.) Bonne indication de l'hôte par messagerie interposée. Surface intéressante. Logement dans un immeuble vestuste (entrée taguée, porte vitrée brisée, pas de lumière entre les etages) Logement avec plusieurs dysfonctionnement (une lumière ne fonctionne pas, la lumière de la hotte non plus, une porte de douche inexistante et l'autre partie bancale, linge de lit propre bien que tâché mais pas changé pour ce qui est de l'alèse, chauffage très bruyant, rideaux non fonctionnels nécessitant une manoeuvre manuelle pour pouvoir le monter et le baisser) Logement mal insonorisé (ronflement des voisins et allers-venus dans le couloir tardivement et tôt le matin). Stock de matériel d'entretien et linge pour les suivants dans le couloir, a meme le sol pendant plusieurs jours. Vue plus que médiocre (aspect bidonville)

• Maria (5/5): - La posizione, centralissima, ma in un quartiere al tempo degradato, ora molto movimentato, soprattutto la sera. Il proprietario si é reso disponibile a lasciarci mettere i bagagli in un armadio l'ultimo giorno e ci ha fornito alcuni utensili (purtroppo non quelli di cui necessitavamo) A volte la pulizia permette di adattarsi anche a situazioni scomode. L'appartamento purtroppo era particolarmente sporco e odorova tantissimo di fumo. La camera non aveva luci, al di fuori di un'unica abajour con lampadina funzionante. Le altre sono tutte fulminate. Alla finestra mancava una tenda e abbiamo dovuto mettere un asciugamano. Il box doccia é rotto, in bagno mancava anche la carta igienica, in cucina mancava l'indispensabile per cucinare e mangiare. L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto popolare, la porta d'ingresso é tutta graffittata e le scale di accesso sono sporche e trascurate. Dispiace rilevare che basterebbe davvero poco per rendere il posto più accogliente e valorizzare l'appartamento.

• Dragan (9/5): - The location of the property is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from Monastiraki and Plaka, in Psiri the area full of tavernas and bars. As for the apartment, it offers plenty of space for two people, and it has all the necessities you need. The only negative thing is the air conditioner, which takes quite a long time to heat up the room. It wasn’t very cold now, so it wasn’t a big issue, but on colder or hotter days this could be a problem.
