• NHAT (8/5): Trừ vấn đề dụng cụ bếp và cách âm thì tôi thấy ổn - phòng rất rộng và sạch sẽ, có máy sấy, dầu gội, dầu xả và sữa tắm. Phù hợp cho du lịch gia đình. Cách âm không được tốt lắm, tôi có thẻ nghe rõ tiếng nói chuyện của những người sống ở tầng trên. Tôi cảm thấy tiếng nói chuyện của chúng tôi cũng sẽ bị nghe thấy nên hầu như chúng tôi không làm việc gì quá ồn ào ở trong phòng. phòng bếp chung có đủ dụng cụ, nhưng không gian khá hẹp nên không dám nấu quá nhiều. Chủ yếu chúng tôi sẽ sử dụng lò nướng và lò vi sóng, tuy nhiên lò vi sóng có vẻ khá cũ và hơi bẩn nên tôi hơi không thích khi sử dụng.
• NATSUKI (7/5): アクセスが良く静かな宿でした - アクセスが良かった 部屋が広く清潔感がありゆったり過ごせた ドライヤーやシャンプー、タオル等も置いてあった キッチンも一通りの設備や食器、カトラリーがあった 設備や備品の詳しい説明がサイトに無く 宿に着くまでわからなかったので先にわかっていたら 荷物を減らす事ができたので どこかに表記していただけるといいのにと思いました

Not too far from the airport too. - Very clean, spacious room and near the train station, laundry service and grocery stores. Would be nice if the room has its own mini kitchen and small fridge. But not a problem at all.

• Aida (9/5): - Muy tranquilo lugar, con espacio, camas super cómodas, cerca del metro. El sofa de espuma en el suelo era muy incomodo. Había huéspedes en el edificio que hablaban fuerte cuando bajaban y subían la escalera, justo delante de la puerta. Parecía que estaban dentro.

• chan siao ru (9/5): - 他離今宮車站很近車站對面就是超市可以買東西，如果要交通更方便可以走到大國町站（吃的這邊也稍微比較多一點） 房間超級大，三個人住錯錯有餘！！ 但日本垃圾分類我覺得可以再明確一點實在很多不知道怎要分類啊！！ 廁所排氣有點慢有人上大號會有很重的味道，我們自己買了噴香劑除臭很管用😆

• JAMES (9/5): Sinsei Guest House - Nice wee spot ,we got ground floor which was good too many cases, easy access,nice beds,close to train and restaurants . Kitchen space on 1st floor Toilet and shower bit cramped if you are on the big side. But all workable
• jieun (7/5): 위치가 너무 좋아요. - 가장 좋았던 점은 위치입니다. JR이마미야 역에서 걸어서 5분 거리에 위치하고 있고, 다이코쿠초 역에서는 걸어서 10~15분 거리에 위치하고 있어요. 양쪽 노선 이용하기 편리했어요. JR난바역까지 1정거장이고 20여분 정도면 걸어서도 갈 수 있어요. 숙소에서 10~15분 거리에 이온 맥스밸류가 있어서 큰 마트도 이용하고, 5분거리 이마미야 역 앞에 다이소(3층)와 마트(2층)가 있어서 가깝게 왔다갔다 하기 편하고 좋았어요. 공용 주방이 있어서 간단한 요리해 먹기 좋았어요. (전자레인지 있음, 냉장고도 큼) 방에 창문이 2중인데 열고 닫기 쉬워서 환기시키기 좋았어요. 오사카를 여행한다면 가성비로 다음에 또 이용할 계획입니다. 더블룸 예약했었는데 4층 꼭대기 층 배정 받았고, 엘베 없이 계단으로 캐리어 들고 올라가야 해서 좀 힘들었어요. 계단 폭이 좀 좁고 높아요.
• Tsang (8/5): Functional and goot value for money. - Comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, Very close to JR station. Very well organised and immaculately clean,, with lots of good signage in the house to give everyone clear instructions. Room was very functional and everything worked as expected. Excellent value for money The policy of stored luggage was not very clear, on booking.com it says you can store luggage (after checkout), but a sign in the house entrance says you cannot. I needed to store luggage for 2 or 3 hours before going to airport, but as I was not sure, I decided to take the luggage with me rather than storing it at the house.

• Melissa (10/5): Clean, comfortable and great value for money - The property was located very close to more than one metro line and a short walk into the Namba area. It was really clean and had great amenities, like the shared kitchen, washing machine etc. Overall, a really good stay and great value for money.
• Thao (6/5): Invasive communication and camera at the home. - The bedroom including bathroom is nice enough. It felt like big brother watching you and communication was poor and invasive. I didn’t take off my shoes entering the home because I didn’t pay attention to the sign and the owner sent me a message asking me to take off my shoes shortly afterward. There was a communication issue and the owner texted me over Whatsapp instead of staying within the Booking platform. Also there was no communication about the rules prior to booking, only a paper in the room. Generally communication felt very invasive and poorly managed. They should have done a proper communication of rules, check out etc.. Furthermore the bed and blanket is very small for 2 people.

• Renata (10/5): Nice, well-located flat in a calm neighbourhood - We had a nice stay in this hostel thanks to the comfortable flat, air conditioning, tiny but practical bathroom. Our flat was on the top floor and the stairs are really quite small, so I would not recommend it if you come with luggage, but if it's just a backpack, it's okay. The flat is also well-located, a few minutes walk from JR station and 10 min from the metro lines. Also, it is in a correct distance if you would walk back home during the night (as transport stops quite early). It was a nice place to stay, we will probably return for our next visit in Osaka.

The shared kitchen in pretty convenient and enjoyable if you feel like cooking japanese cuisine with ingredients from the nearby markets ! Yaping can speak clear English and is very reactive Careful to the overlooked :)
• Mintra (9/5): Superb - The guest house is nearJR imamiya, so it's easy for travelling if you use JR pass. The stuff is so nice and quickly to answer whatever you wonder. It does not have elevator here, so it is hard to bring the large luggage to go upstairs. The towel is bad smell.

• Liew (9/5): Superb - Bedroom and bathroom are clean. There was only a narrow staircase and it’s very inconvenient if you own a large luggage.
• Connor (9/5): Cute cosy comfortable apartment. - Comfortable beds in cute cosy apartment in Osaka. Came with everything you need. Host was communicative and friendly. Location was a little bit out of the way, but not too far. There was no elevator which could be an issue if you have heavy bags. There was no way to store your bags after leaving (not an issue for us however).
