Guest Reviews
- Arjen (9/5): - Locatie en ruimte waren perfect Er waren geen bruikbare koekenpannen en er was wel wat lawaai van het verkeer
- Kunal (8/5): - Good location and nice apartment
Niente in particolare
- Michele (10/5): - L’accoglienza e la disponibilità
La grandezza dell’appartamento
Zona centralissima e vicina alla stazione
- Olga (7/5): - Amplio, bien situado Ruido
- Ilona (8/5): - Keskeinen sijainiti, viihtyisät huoneet ja hyvin tilaa. Keittiöstä puuttui astioita: juomalaseja ja kahvikuppeja.
- Chris (9/5): - very good communication for check in heaps of room for a group of 7 adults, surrounded by good food and drink be aware it is on a main road so can be noisy, didn't bother us

- Facundo Lima (7/5): Not bad but could be great with some improvements - Conveniently located, well appointed, host was nice but preoccupied that we will do something wrong or damage something and with electricity consumption Street is noisy you never open the blinds and feels like night all the time... no AC in the living room, AC in your room you need to empty the watwr container from the AC on the balcony if you are using the AC... not fancy, do not want to thing about it... we were offered treansfer to the airport but they have never confirmed it and that was not nice as the transfer to the airport should have been at 5 in the morning... we worried and at the end managed to get someone to take us to the airport... do not offer it if you can not pull it off...
It is not a whole house... it is just a nice large apartment... can fit a lot of people but does not have a lot of rooms
Nice toiletries should be there if yiu want to sell it as fancy nice big accommodation...
- Mark (10/5): Very happy - The owner met us at the property promptly and assisted us with our bags. He then showed us the property and explained everything to us. He also came back the day we left promptly and collected the keys and helped with the bags again. Great location, very clean, and spacious. Nothing other than it cost money to use the elevator (very little). It was only 2 floors up however so it wasn’t that bad.
- Yuk (8/5): Recommended: Authentic at a good price.. Forza Napoli Sempre! - An immersive authentic experience in Napoli: Family flat with original decor in a 140 year old building. Remarkable sitting room with balconies projecting onto the Corso below. Very clean, good location in historic city center. We were checked-in & checked-out by the owner, most hospitable & helpful. The bathing facilities (Bath, Shower) a little outmoded & tedious to use. The noise of the traffic below may disturb some.
- Lyudmila (7/5): Good - Apartment is huge and very clean, it has everything you might need during your stay. It's close to Naples historical centre and Central station, so the location is pretty good. The only thing we didn't really like we're window covers and actual windows joinery. It was so thin that even closed you feel like you're trying to sleep on the street.....and the street is busy all night long
- Joanna (10/5): Lovely stay , beautiful apartment, very polite hospitality.Excellent location. - Beautiful, spacious apartment. Fantastic location. Street noise
- Jason (8/5): We didn't want to leave - This was almost like staying at your Nonna's grand apartment along the Corso Umberto 1. There were five of us and three -- or was it four? -- bedrooms plus lofts. The apartment was immaculate, with a big table in a pleasant kitchen for breakfast. The apartment is ideally located for walking tours of the Centro Storico and is surrounded by small, local restaurants and cafes. Our only gripe was that, while there was an elevator, it was coin-operated. We were traveling with my sister, who has some knee and hip issues. Also (and I didn't mind this so much, but it's a caveat), the French doors onto the street are original -- i.e., they're not dual-paned, so you hear everything below all night long. And Napoli is not famous for being a tranquil city. That said, I slept like a baby.
- Maria (5/5): NO lift without 20 cent coins. Steps to access some beds not suitable for everybody. - The double beds were comfortable. Good wifi. Near the train stations for Pompey, Ercolano and Sorrento. Good, friendly staffed cafe nearby. Walking distance to Duomo and centre. The living room was fantastic. Shame it's not being well looked after. There´re beds for 10 people. But the bed distribution was not great. There are not 4 bedrooms. Bedroom1 was good with an ensuite shower-room, so they had to keep their door open for the rest of us. We couldn´t manage with just the only other bathroom in the corridor. The shower floor was dirty.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 had a double bed and an open landing above with a single bed each, with an access via a steep, narrow staircase, not accesible for some of our family members. We didn't know about this.
The "fourth" bedroom is not such but just another open space above the kitchen, with the same staircase type to access it, no privacy whatsoever.
Also, the automatic lights in the corridor disturbed those who slept above the kitchen as well as those in bedroom 1 who had to keep their door open and share their ensuite bathroom.
The sheets and pillow covers were clean, but the duvets were in need of a good wash. One pillow was ancient.
The kitchen was a complete mess and shockingly dirty. We had to clean the microwave oven to heat something up. The toaster was terrible. The coffee maker and all pans, out of the question. Some drawers were full of junk. Hardly any washing liquid left, dirty scourer, no tea towels, only one sheet of kitchen paper left. So, we had to take all our meals out, including breakfast.
Horrendous, constant traffic noise.
About the lift. There is one, yes, but it only works with 20 cent coins. The host has his own device to activate it, but he doesn't leave it for you. He helped us take our luggage up and that was it. He didn't even ask if we had any coins to be able to go out. Since some of us needed the lift, we were lucky we had one coin. Then, we spent the rest of the holiday collecting 20 cent coins for the lift. We paid 1500e for four days... Couldn´t he leave a few coins? On the last day, he didn't even ask how our stay had been.
- Nichola (10/5): Exceptional stay - Excellent location, amazing apartment with everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay. The host was exceptional and did what he could tous out when a situation arouse out of our control. There was noise from the road but nothing some ear plugs didn't sort and to be honest after all the walking we did around Naples etc earplugs weren't even needed for us to get rest.
- Malgorzata (10/5): Recommended!! - The apartment is like on photos. Many rooms, with style, high doors and walls- impressed, in the old appartament building. Comfortable and in the historical center. We visited all "must see" by foot.
The owner extremely helpful- we needed urgent medical help and he did his best to provide us with all information although IT was midnight and 6 hours to the fly. Nothing.
- Sarengradac (9/5): Superb -
- Dargie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant - plenty of space and a big apartment. comfy beds. Central to the station and activity pick up areas. The noise of the traffic! 24/7. No kettle - had to use the microwave to heat up water. Rusty towel rail in bathroom. would have liked bedside lights.
- Tanya (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful host, big living room beautifully furnished and big rooms with high ceilings.
- Joanne (8/5): Stunning, elegant apartment - A really stunning apartment, with enough beds to comfortably suit a large group of friends or family. The apartment is on the second floor, served by a super silent, old style lift. This 3 bed apartment is furnished so beautifully with magnificent features including 3 floor to ceiling windows that open out to small balconies. While the location is great, very close to Garibaldi rail station, the incessant noise from the very busy road is very disturbing.
- Živilė (8/5): Very good -
- Carina (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, spacious appartment with many facilities, good location, thank you!
- Hristo (10/5): I recommend! - Excellent location! The apartment is very large (even you can get lost in it 🤭) and comfortable. The owners are very kind and friendly! It's 5 minutes the distance to the first raiway station and it's very convenient because that is the way to get to Pompey and Sorrento. Every one gets on at the second station when you are comfortably seated, which in this case matters because the journey is long.
Also there are a lot of stores close to the apartment if you like shopping. There are a lot of cafés near when you may have also and something for breakfast!
The perfect place if you want to visit Naples!
