Hoci sme nemali raňajky, každé ráno sme si našli na dverách zavesenú tašku s pečivom, čo nám veľmi potešilo. V ubytovaní je aj spoločná kuchynka, kde sme si mohli pripraviť vlastné raňajky a spraviť kávu v kávovari zadarmo. Ubytovanie je trošku staršie zariadené, ale neuberá to na kvalite.

There is also a kettle in the room and bottles of water were provided every day.😊 The most important thing is that they have a kitchen where you can cook and a coffee machine that makes delicious coffee🤌✨ •Good location 👍 There is a park on the same street (little parrots flying around😍) and beautiful church✨, near to famous places 🔥🔥 Thank you very much for the comfortable conditions, we still remember them with pleasure😊🥰🫂🫂🫂♥️

• Maik (9/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würde es wieder buchen. - Das Gebäck hing wie angekündigt morgens gegen 08:00 Uhr an der Tür. Kaffee konnte man sich dann am Automaten zubereiten. Das war sehr unkompliziert und hat uns gerade deshalb gefallen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist sehr sehr sauber. Im Bad müsste mal die Dusche überarbeitet werden. Die Regendusche ist undicht an der Zuleitung. Die andere ist OK. Das Bad schwimmt etwas nach dem Duschen.

A lovely breakfast item was left in the morning & coffee in the kitchen. Had everything needed for my short stay. I liked it! It’s not direct entry so you have to buzz & wait to be let in. Not a biggy but just annoying if you’re left outside for a while. I went to rebook & it was x3 €€€. Not sure if that’s the platform or just taking advantage of being busy. So while it’s a nice property it’s not worth €300+ for 1 night!

Visszatérnék még! :) - Reggeli nem volt az árban, de kaptuk egy-egy croissant minden reggel az ajtóra akasztva (ez kedves gesztus volt a szállásadótól :)) illetve kávét is készíthettünk magunknak. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész! A csomagjainkat pedig kijelentkezés után ott tudtuk hagyni megőrzésre, mert későn indult a repülőgép. Tiszta törölközőt kaptunk naponta és takarítanak rendszeresen. A recepcióra belépve kellemes, friss illat várja a vendégeket. A bookingon látható kép alapján, jobbra számítottam. A fotó nem igazán tükrözi a valóságot, de a célnak megfelelt.

• Premal (10/5): Hidden gem - The service right from prior to check-in to check-out was the best of all as far as I can recall. The room was very comfortable and equipped with food, water, coffee and tea. The rooms were clean, pretty, secure and very functional. The elevator was very useful. At the beginning when we walked from Roma Termini to the accommodation, we were unsure of how safe the location was, but soon we realized it was very well located and at the edge of the very safe area. Nothing really.

• Sandrine (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon accueil et idéalement placé . Nous avons pu visité à pieds et les bus sont à proximité. Proche également de la gare Termini mais dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec de bons conseils. La chambre est très propre, joliment décoré, tout est neuf avec un frigidaire avec jus de fruit, yaourt , bouteille d'eau tous les jours. Tous les matins on nous offre des viennoiseries que nous pouvons manger dans une pièce commune pour le petit déjeuner. Café et thé à volonté toute la journée. Possibilité de laisser les bagages sans supplément après le check out. Une excellente adresse. Tout est parfait.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the rooms were delightful, and it was within an easy walk of the central station, and then on to the main sights (we started at the Coliseum) highly recommended.

The air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot days. The room was very clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, I can say the same about pillows. There was also a lounge area where you can heat up food, make yourself some tea, and there’s even a coffee machine available – a really nice touch that made our stay even more convenient. We had a really pleasant stay! One thing to keep in mind – the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear what’s going on in the neighboring rooms or the hallway. Luckily, our neighbors were very quiet, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Still, something to note if you're a light sleeper. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la chapa de la entrada y nunca contestaron, contactamos al Centro de ayuda de Hoteles.com y tampoco les contestaron. Así fue como nos quedamos afuera y nuestras cosas adentro. Si solo van a pasar la noche, está bien. Pero para unas vacaciones de más de 2 dias es muy incómodo el acceso.

Auch die Lage war super - sehr nahe zum Bahnhof und auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Dusche hat jedoch zu wenig Druck und nicht alle Wasserstrahlen funktionierten. Wir haben das nicht gemeldet, weil wir keine Handwerker wollten und dies für 2 Nächte aushaltbar war.

• Kari (7/5): Good Location, Great Value - Room was plenty large. The staff helped us to resolve an issue with the shower. Friendly and came to greet us. Clean and modern. Can't beat the location near the station. There was no hot water in the shower when we tried to shower. The staff returned to the hotel after hours to assist us which was above and beyond in terms of service which was great! They quickly resolved for us. Fresh breakfast was provided as well! The streetlight was burnt out when we were there so the entire street was pitch black. Not the hotels fault but had I been traveling alone I'm not sure what I would have done. There was a miscommunication between the night shift staff and day shift staff. The night shift told us to lock our luggage in the room and leave for the day and when they arrived they would put it in storage for us. We went out for the day and did as instructed but during our colosseum tour the day shifter called us and begged us to return the key saying we had to return to check out and we could not leave the bags in the room. Ultimately they did not make us come back and they worked it out internally but it stressed me out while I was touring Rome.
• Vivian (10/5): - Hotel was nice and the host was kind. We booked this hotel because we had an early flight the next day and wanted to be closer to the train station. With that said, being close to the train station can sometimes be a little sketchy looking but we walked there late at night and early morning and thankfully we never felt unsafe. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near the hotel. If you are trying to walk to the colosseum or any major Rome touristic spot there are better hotels since this is a far walk away but overall a pleasant stay for our one night.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The water flow in the shower was very slow, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower experience. Additionally, despite requesting a double bed, we were provided with two single beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable.
