- Guest (6/5): Worth the money, but next time we'll invest in better beds. - Location was great, close to Yamanote line station but not right next to so it was quiet. Staff was helpful. Amenities were good, and you could go to lobby to pick up more lotion, shavers, face milk... freely. Bed really bumpy, springs were uneven and poking. Pillows wete too flat and hard, gave us a headache (we went out to buy big stuffed toys as a souvenirs we then used for pillows). Only one shared blanked, hated that, one of us always woke up without.

- Ayelén (8/5): Cumple con las tres B, y el personal es excelente! - La habitación era espaciosa, tal cual la foto, tiene todos los servicios que dice la publicación. El personal es excelente y super amable. El desayuno es japonés: arroz, sopa miso, huevo revuelto entre otras cosas y varia todos los días, pero también tiene pan, tostador, mermelada y manteca, asique si no te gusta desayunar salado, hay una pequeña opción de dulce. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de farmacia, restaurantes, Donki y tiendas de conveniencia, además de una salida de tren con varias líneas, eso si, salida con escaleras normales. La cercanía de las vías no fue un problema, realmente no se escucha. Es un buen hotel que cumple con las tres B (bueno, bonito y barato). Solo es un comentario a tener en cuenta para familias con chicos: el hotel está en una zona de varios hoteles transitorios, no se ve nada desagradable, solo tienen algunos carteles con dibujos de gatitos con corazones o alguna cartelera pequeña con fotos de varias mujeres, pero nada desagradable, y no se ve ningún movimiento raro ni feo en ningún horario. Que la zona no te desmotive contratarlo, porque no pasa nada!

- yoav (3/5): - We booked by mistake a smoking room for 2 nights. We entered the room and realized we can’t sleep in there as we don’t smoke and the smell was significant. We asked the hotel to change our room to a regular room but they refused. We asked to at least get a refund for the second night, and they refused as well. However, the person in the reception was super nice and helped us navigate.

Train to Hamamatsucho then the monorail Bed was a bit on the hard side. Stove was an option but we had no pan. Nobody carries a pan on holiday. Fridge was off when we arrived. We switched it on

Falsche Fotos, Dreckige Zimmer, Kaputte Steckdosenleisten, Badewannen und Spülbecken, nicht Isolierte Fenster, durchgelegenen Matratzen, dünne Türen und Wände. Nach dem Schock des Zustandes konnte ich die Nacht nicht schlafen da das Zimmer direkt an der Bahnstrecke war, die Wasserhähne getropft haben und auch die Nachbarn auf dem Flur Fangen gespielt haben und Nachts baden und Duschen gegangen sind (was man alles Live mitverfolgen konnte). Nach der Frage eines Zimmerwechsels alleine schon wegen der Kaputten Wasserhähne die den Badezimmerboden unter Wasser setzten, bekam ich die Antwort, das Haus wäre halt alt, da kann das mal passieren. Ich solle bitte 2 Stunden warten und dann kommt jemand und schaut sich das an. Auf das dreckige Zimmer wurde nicht eingegangen. Nach 2 Stunden war immer noch niemand da, aber ich bekomme kurz vor Aufbruch einen Anruf, das man ab Nachmittag ein anderes Zimmer für mich hätte. Dieses war weniger Laut, da es sich auf der rückseite des Hauses befand, aber genauso dreckig und Kaputt. Beim ersten Mal duschen ist mir der Duschschlauch abgefallen. Das Fenster hab ich auch nicht auf bekommen da die Dichtung kaputt war. Rückenschmerzen habe ich danke den Sprungfedern des Bettes die sich in meinem Körper gebohrt haben nun auch. Immerhin war die Steckdosen Leiste diesmal in der Wand und ich konnte meine geräte laden... Also, nicht empfehlenswert. Keine Ahnung warum das Haus so gute Bewertungen hat. Vielleicht bewertet es sich selbst. Hat mein Vertrauen in Booking.com auch geschwächt und ich kann jetzt nach nichts mehr unter 8 Sternen und über Tausend Bewertungen Ausschau halten. Hätte ich noch Geld in meiner Reise Kasse gehabt, wäre ich nach der ersten Nacht abgereist.

We arrived late at night, and although there was no one at the front desk, the self check-in machine was very easy to use, which made the process smooth and stress-free. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. We know that many hotel rooms in Tokyo tend to be quite small, so this was something we really appreciated. The location is excellent! It’s very close to a station on the Yamanote Line, and there are many great local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and a McDonald’s about a 6-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers breakfast, but we didn’t get a chance to try it since we usually left early in the mornings. Includes pajamas and basic amenities at the front desk , which was a nice touch. You receive a key card for access, and everything felt very secure. At first, I was a bit worried about booking because I couldn’t find exact photos of the room type we chose, but after emailing the hotel, they kindly sent us pictures, which reassured us a lot. The room also has a small kitchenette with a sink, some dishes, and a mini fridge, which was extremely useful during our stay. In the hallways, there are microwaves and an ice machine available as well. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s quiet, comfortable, and very conveniently located near the train station. The price is really good too. You pay what you get. The bathroom is quite small, but this is common in Japan, so it was understandable. We’re just more used to larger bathrooms. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we were still able to rest well. The hotel is near train tracks, but surprisingly, the noise was very minimal.

- Lorena (9/5): Recomendable - El hotel está en un barrio muy agradable con muchas tiendas tipo Lawson, Seven Eleven y Mini Market. También tiene muchos bares/restaurantes que dan cenas hasta la medianoche. La habitación está correcta, sin lujos. Huele a tabaco pero eso ocurre en todos los hoteles del país pues se puede fumar en las habitaciones. El personal de recepción súper amable. Se esforzaban por hablar contigo en inglés. Nos ayudaron con la recogida de las maletas, que llegaban con retraso del aeropuerto, y nos ayudaron también a gestionar el envío de las mismas por Takkyubin a la próxima ciudad que íbamos a visitar. El desayuno es poco variado pero lo cambian todos los días, por lo que cada día desayunas diferentes. Siempre tienen arroz y los demás platos van cambiando. También ofrecen tostadas con mermelada, zumo y café. El baño está un poco anticuado. Le vendría bien una reforma pero es totalmente funcional.

- Milan (8/5): Overall, a very good hotel with no major shortcomings. Good price and location. - The hotel is located next to the railway tracks, but the room was excellently soundproofed. It was in a quieter area, yet very close to several interesting sites (museums, etc.) as well as Ueno Station. We also appreciated having an electric kettle for tea in the room. The Japanese-style buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was very small, but it was sufficient for a short stay (three nights). I would have appreciated more power outlets in the room. The coffee machine at the hotel entrance (available free of charge for guests) didn’t work very well.

- Demian (8/5): por el precio obtienes mas de lo que esperarías - La habitacion no se siente tan pequeña como otros Hoteles del mismo valor. Tienen el microondas afuera de la habitacion lo que hace que tengas mas espacio dentro. Creo que eso fue bien pensado. El staff es bueno en general. El desayuno eran pocas cosas pero las iban cambiando lo que se agradece. Lo unico malo creo que fue el señor del desayuno, que era demasiado quisquilloso. Estaba limpiando tan constantemente que era molesto. Y literalmente a las 9:00 en punto te echaba del lugar de desayunos aunque tuvieras el pan en la boca. a pesar de que habia un cartel que decia que podias quedarte hasta las 9.30, lo bueno es que ese señor estaba solo a veces.

- Chen (9/5): リニューアル後の快適な滞在と便利な立地 - 前回こちらのホテルに宿泊したのは2017年でした。当時の滞在体験はとても良かったものの、設備はやや古さを感じていました。今回久しぶりに再訪しましたが、館内はリニューアルされており、内装も非常にきれいで、快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も種類が豊富で素晴らしかった。 日暮里駅・鶯谷駅のいずれからも近く、交通の便が非常に良い点も魅力的です。成田空港へは京成線で乗り換えなしでアクセスでき、移動がとてもスムーズでした。 一点だけ残念だったのは、客室に設置されていた空気清浄機のフィルターが清掃されておらず、ほこりが溜まっていた。

- Заярный Павел (9/5): - У отеля отличное расположение: не в центре, чтобы стоить дорого, но и не сильно далеко (буквально 2-3 станции на метро до основных туристических локаций) + совсем рядом станция метро. Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный, участливый и компетентный (помогли с отправкой чемоданов в др.город). Завтраки в японском стиле, вкусные и разнообразные. Номер комфортный, достаточно большой по японским меркам (даже была небольшая кухонька). Остались максимально удовлетворены соотношение цена-качество-место. Из закрытого окна дул холодный ветер.
