The 'hot' food ordered in the restaurant was cold when it arrived. Paying £65 for a meal that was cold does not sit well with me. I sent 2 emails to the hotel requesting information but neither were replied to. Overall not a good experience
• Anthony (8/5): - Clean room well stocked bar. Air conditioning was good. Bathtub and shower could be improved by adding a door and extending a shower head that has more reach over the tub. Providing a bathrobe would improve comfort

• Aundreya (8/5): - The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and the staff was very nice. The only issue we had was our shower was clogged and they didn’t want to repair it till the next day so no showers. And the beds were hard. But we loved the location, the staff and the remodel of the hotel
• Sabine (8/5): - The property is in a great location for walking and experiencing many of the sites. There were some issues with light bulbs in our room not working and the shower adjustment button needing to be attached. We did make the front desk aware and we were told on a few occasions that someone would be up to take a look and adjust. No one ever came. The front desk staff was for the most part very helpful and friendly but there was one person that was confrontational and argumentative which truly didn't make us feel very welcome. We were overtired and needed some answers and this one staff member was quite rude. We don't want the other staff members to be put in the same category as her as they were much more welcoming. Unfortunately we weren't able to get any service at the bar a couple of times either. We don't generally complain because let's face it we are grateful to be able to travel and enjoy the beauty of the world. Rome was amazing.
• Michael (10/5): - Beautiful hotel, however construction nearby going on and it’s dark walking to restaurants nearby felt a little unsafe. Also there is a nightclub nearby they kept me up until 1am every night make sure you don’t get a room facing street. Very expensive too but we couldn’t find much with a one bedroom so our adult daughter and us could have some privacy.

I know it’s not the hotels fault but a heads up would have been nice so expectations could have been managed.

• Edward (10/5): - We just returned from a 10 day stay at the Hotel Imperiale in Rome. The hotel personnel were amazing! Nayrouz and the rest of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (and all spoke english). When we booked, we added the breakfast option and were surprised at how good the offerings were. Mimmo and the others working in the restaurant were great! The hotel is located within walking distance of many of the amazing historical sites in Rome - the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, St. Mary Major and St. John Lantern churches. Highly recommended!

We were able to walk everywhere—the Trevi Fountain is just a 5-minute walk, the Pantheon about 10 minutes, and the train station around 15 minutes. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better. A huge plus for us was the bed—it was very comfortable! We visited in August when Italy is very hot, but the hotel’s A/C worked great. (We travel with a portable fan because we like the room extra cold, but honestly, the A/C here was more than enough.) Overall, we were so happy with this hotel and highly recommend staying here if you want comfort, convenience, and great service.

The room was very clean, the service was incredible, and the bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was such a pleasure to come back after a day out in the city to a cool room and sleep comfortably. I would definitely stay here again!

However, they were doing remodeling work on the 4th floor, so there was sometimes a smell of paint. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the location was amazing—close to everything I needed. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a small inconvenience from the renovations.

Francesca at the front desk was top notch, she went above and beyond!! The young boy working in the breakfast always had a smile and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is close to the Spanish steps and not too far from Termini station. The metro is also a few feet away. Excellent hotel.

It was 10 minutes from Roma Termini and walking distance from major destinations (Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Villa Borghese and many other places). We took the train to the Vatican, super quick and easy. The hotel itself is a lovely property. The WiFi was great. The lounge downstairs was a nice space for quick recharge. Checking in and out was super easy. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

• Jason (10/5): - This is a 10 star hotel but the prices are very affordable. It is a 2 minute walk to Hardrock cafe. You'll find that any other restaurants you will only get bread to eat. You can get meat for much less there if you need protein. The Metro station and the best place to eat in a cafe "Suggestum cafe" are steps away from the front door.

• Jessica (10/5): - We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn't of been more happy with our choice. It was our first time in Rome and this hotel is in a perfect location. The area felt super safe, always lots of people out walking about. Short walk to the Trevi fountain, many restaurants around, Spanish steps not to far. Most days we would cab to wherever we were going then walk back to the hotel which worked perfectly. The staff were great. Our room was clean, perfect size, the hotel overall just felt so fresh and clean. My only complaint would be for stronger air conditioning but coming from Canada I think we are just accustomed to super strong AC so this is probably more a me problem not the hotel. That being said it was still great to come back to a cool refreshing room after walking in the heat all day. Overall we couldn't of asked for a better hotel and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

We flew overnight in to Rome, they were able to check us in right away so we relax and clean up before heading out for the day. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. The buffet breakfast was good, decent selection of food and it was fresh.

The location was perfect—close to major attractions and with a train station right outside the door, making it so easy to get around. The hotel seems small but it’s very clean and well-kept. They were so polite and friendly and always answered any queries I had. On the day of checkout they kept my backpack for me while I explored the sites with my wife, even though I checked out they were still very helpful. 5 star experience
• Savitha (8/5): - Location is excellent— it is a few minutes walk from several tourist attractions and there is a bus stop and metro station at a minute’s walk. Several restaurants too. Room was big with large windows, everything was clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped and everything is a bit old, but again, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
