Gillian (7/5): If you want arty decor it’s ok but definitely not a 5 star hotel when comes to attention to guests - Nice decor and comfy bed but very dark Staff unhelpful and when asked how to get to airport advised they had no idea as they only drove ! Paid for everything including a few olives with a glass of wine , definitely wouldn’t happen in France or Spain ! Too many non residents in bar at night and could hardly get a seat apart from pushed up against next person This is not a 5 star hotel and noisy outside

Mark (10/5): What’s the best hotel to stay when in Berlin? - Very friendly staff. Clean and smelled clean. Very accommodating with check-in time and checkout times. This is not that I didn’t like it, but I do notice it declined in attendance, and the dinner menu is a bit less appealing than it was in the past. Service for the first two days was outstanding, and then it was as if the B team came in and they were less attentive. For the last day, the server didn’t offer us water, maybe because they were distracted.

Check out day, lady brought our car and she was sttoped by police, she spoke with them in german and instead tell us what is going on she said good bay and left us with the police, finally i received a fee for dont have one sticker in my foreign car. Not good behaivour in my opinion at least she must support the guest.

Jelena (8/5): Goo Location, a little bit old - Super Lage Es ist ein wenig altmodisch eingerichtet, das Bad ist eher alt und die Badetücher zum Duschen sehr klein :)
Nicolas (10/5): Perfekte Location für einen Berlin Aufenthalt - Wir waren für 3 Tage im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind 1A - sauber, ruhig, luftig durch die hohen Decken. Die Betten sind sehr gut (Matratze, Decke, Kissen) - hier schläft man trotz der zentralen Lage am belebten Kurfürstendamm sehr gut. Klimaanlage kann man selbst steuern, Fenster sind kippbar. Das Bad ist gut - die Duschen sind super. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr stylischen und gut gepflegten Eindruck. Und die Lage Nähe den Stationen Kurfürstendamm und Zoo ist eigentlich perfekt, um alles zu erreichen. Werde mir das Hotel definitiv merken und wieder einmal nutzen, nicht günstig aber "Preis-wert". Fitness Raum ist klein, aber ordentlich ausgestattet. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Einzelne Fächer im Schrank könnten mal wieder vom Staub befreit werden. (Nebensächlich, sonst super sauber.)

Ziemlich dunkles Hotel (Eingangsbereich, Empfang, Gänge). Auch das Zimmer macht nicht gerade einen freundlichen und gemütlichen Eindruck, das Bad ist eher designorientiert als zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück ist, gemessen an der gebotenen Leistung, bei weitem überteuert. Das Personal könnte freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein.

Jacques (8/5): - Bel hôtel, très bien décoré Personnel avenant En chambre 201, nous avons été réveillé dans la nuit de notre arrivée par les bruits (basse fréquence) d'une party qui avait lieu au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel. Après appel à la réception, il m'a été proposé de changer de chambre à 1h30 du matin !!! Heureusement, le samedi matin nous avons pu déménager au 4ème étage, de l'autre côté de l'hôtel par rapport au salon de réception. Nous n'avons rien entendu de la party ce samedi soir et avons dormi tranquilles. Il est regrettable que les hôtels logent leurs hôtes dans des chambres mal insonorisés par rapport aux parties qui peuvent être organisées jusqu'à tard dans la nuit/petit matin !!! Nous aurions aussi aimé pouvoir acheter un peignoir de bains de l'hôtel: des informations contradictoires selon notre interlocuteur ( oui c'est possible à x euros, puis finalement non !).

Ilona (10/5): - Hotel jsme navštívily již třikrát, stal se naším oblíbeným hotelem při návštěvě Berlína, Snídaně jsou skvělé, krásné prostředí. Vyzkoušely jsme i hotelovou restauraci, elegantní prostředí, vynikající obsluha a výborné jídlo. V hotelu se dá večer posedět ve skvělém a zřejmě známém a oblíbeném baru.

Delia (9/5): - We had interconnecting rooms which was very convenient. We booked two double rooms - but ended up with one double (which was a beautiful room!) & one twin (which wasn't as nice as the double). Bit disappointed that our booking requirements weren't fully met (though assumed this was due to the interconnecting room). The twin room shouldn't have cost the same as the double IMO.

Mellor (10/5): Wonderful hotel in a great location to base your stay in Berlin - Great location, beautiful hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff. The room was well appointed with a wide range of complementary toiletries, mini bar, coffee machine etc and was kept clean and tidy by the daily house keeping. Large selection provided for breakfast in the sumptuous dining room; plenty of choice to meet all guests needs. Only gripe was the WiFi was temperamental in my 5th floor room; worked perfectly when sat in the reception and or dining room on the ground floor.

O9799IPbarbarab (4/5): A disgrace at the Grace restaurant - We have stayed at Hotel Zoo Berlin multiple times, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. At the Grace Restaurant, we were given a poor table and told no others were available due to reservations. However, as the evening progressed, it became clear that this was not accurate, as several of those tables were later used differently. The atmosphere that developed made us very uncomfortable, especially as we were dining as a family, and it significantly affected our evening. What is most concerning is how this was handled afterward. Despite raising the issue and providing documentation when requested, the hotel maintained a version of events that does not reflect what actually happened and declined any form of resolution. This lack of transparency and accountability is not what we expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, this experience makes it difficult for us to consider returning.
