- AhmedAlblooshi (10/5): My first visit & stays in Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow - I stayed 7 nights at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Moscow, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is spotless, luxurious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I didn’t book with breakfast, but I ordered room service twice and the food was absolutely delicious. What impressed me most was the staff’s honesty and clarity when I asked if the food was halal they took the time to explain what items were and weren’t, which I really appreciated. The lobby feels like a royal palace grand and welcoming and the rooms are perfectly sized for two people, very clean, and comfortable. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same category. It’s about a 15–18 minute drive to Red Square, and the boat trip departs just a minute’s walk from the hotel, which was a huge bonus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Moscow

- globalnomad300 (4/5): Horrendous Experience at Radisson Collection Moscow (Formerly Ukraine Hotel) - My recent stay at the Radisson Collection Moscow (formerly Ukraine Hotel) was nothing short of a nightmare. While there were a few positives, the overwhelming negatives overshadowed any semblance of enjoyment. The Good: Convenient location Decent breakfast spread The Bad: Lackluster customer service Outdated decor reminiscent of the Soviet era The Ugly: Bogus Fees and Charges: I was shocked to discover that the hotel charged me an exorbitant $500 to amend a booking that was just a few minutes past the 4 pm deadline. This predatory practice left a sour taste in my mouth. Unwarranted Charges: Despite my entitlement to upgrades due to my status, the hotel insisted on charging me for them. Aggressive Fee Collection: The hotel seemed more interested in charging late check-out fees than providing genuine hospitality. Negligence: To add insult to injury, housekeeping disposed of my eye medicine without a second thought, and the hotel offered no assistance in replacing it. The Ugliest: Points and Night Credits Scam: The most egregious offense was the hotel's blatant cheating regarding my points and night credits. I received only 20% of the points I was entitled to and a mere 50% of the stay night credits, all long after my stay. This deliberate manipulation left me feeling cheated and undervalued as a guest. In conclusion, Unless the hotel cleans up its act, I strongly advise against staying at this overrated establishment. The Radisson Collection Moscow sees its guests as nothing more than walking wallets, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.

I stayed with this hotel 6-7 times over the last 24 months and always booked the room of this category and the rooms the hotel provided earlier was relatively larger room with King size bed and with the city view. During this stay the hotel provided as I understand Standard room and charged me for the Superior room. The Standard room was twice smaller, had Queen bed, lower floor and residential parking view. I felt like I was tricked by the hotel, I approached the reception twice with the request to give me a room I have booked and paid for. First time they said that they do not guarantee King size room when I book through Expedia, but asked me to check with them in the afternoon. Second time when I approached them the guy at the reception didn’t bother himself much in closely reviewing my case and complained they are overbooked and asked me to come back “tomorrow evening”. I told him that I am staying only for two nights and “coming tomorrow evenins” does not resolve the issue, but he said he cannot do anything. The issue has been quickly resolved in 2 hours when I reached Expedia and hotel quickly provided me the room I have paid for (Superior Collectin). So it took me some efforts, energy and time and Expedia involvement to get the room I booked and paid for - the room was proved at about 10pm.

In addition it has a 50m olympic pool in a 5 Star SPA. One of the greatest bars I have ever seen, and it is super Luxurious. I stayed 3 nights here and 3 nights at the Metropol (another luxurious 5 Star hotel - perhaps the most emblematic in Moscow), and I would stay here 100% on my next trip.

- Mitchell (8/5): - I stayed in the hotel for one night to see the magnificent Stalinist building. The hotel is very nice and breakfast was amazing. However it is more of a business hotel and the location is not very good for tourists. The closest metro station is a bit of a walk which felt a bit unsafe at night. I believe the minibar and breakfast were way overpriced but as expected and wouldn’t let that stop you from booking the hotel. My room was very high and had a beautiful view; it was the best view of Moscow I had my whole trip. The room was beautiful and clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it’s your first time in Moscow only because of the location. Otherwise it is fantastic.

- carl (10/5): Is a nice hotel. - I have stayed here several times. This stay at the hotel was delightful. Everything was good. My last stay i would say was not good. Staff was bad last time but this time around was good. Is a little far from the Kremlin to walk but now with Uber or Yandex the drive from hotel to Kremlin and the Kremlin area is only around $2.00 (US dollars). Very cheap and relatively fast to contact either Yandex or Uber. I would not take regular taxi they will charge you perhaps $20.00 or more for the 2 mile ride. So when you go to hotel and you want to see the city download the Yandex and Uber apps. The hotel is always very clean and the restaurants are very good. Restaurants are a little expensive but they are good. I would recommend the Bono Restaurant in the hotel. Is one of the best in Moscow. Is on the 29th floor and you have a great panoramic view of Moscow.

The building is a historical monument, it's been renovated but the great proportions are easy to feel. The views from high floors are really beautiful. Gym is excellent and spa arra has a 50m pool - a bit too warm for olimpic swim though. Visitors and hotel guests might be too fancy - but thise are personal tastes.

- fong (10/5): Best deal in St Petersburg - Best hotel in St Petersburg - in terms of location, service and helpfulness. You are literally in the heart of the attractions. You are just few mins away from the Winter Palace/ Hermitage Museum/ Savior on the Spilled Blood/ Cruise center for the speedboat to Peterhorf, near the DLT High end mall. Service was impeccable for all staff. The day we had to check out early, we requested for breakfast box - i expected just bread/ crossiant and a cup of coffee, they came in full package with home made sandwiches, muffin, apple, juice, coffee etc! Blew me away with the attentiveness and delightfulness. High recommended

- Carl (2/5): The facility as a hotel is a good hotel. - I have stayed at the hotel several times in the past. As always you will have problems at some point. Had very loud neighbors in the next room and called the front desk to ask them to have the room quiet down as it was 400am. Noise continued no assistance from front desk. Loud noise continues for another 30 minutes with no abatement. Is now 430am. I talked to front desk again and again politely discussed my problem this time they said they could not do anything to resolve the situation and the only recommendation was that I pack up my bags at 430am and they will let me have another room. So this is what I had to do at 430am. No assistance from the staff. The hotel physically is a nice hotel but always will have some issue with the staff when I stay there. They generally will not go out of there way to do any thing extra for you. Other issues in the past were minor but it adds up and will probably be the last time I stay at the hotel as I travel to Moscow often for work and leisure. The next day I switched to the Marriott Royal Blu on Tverskaya where the service and accommodations were great. Staff was much more accommodating to all of your needs. Other travelers I have met at the Radisson have also, overall, been unhappy with the staff. Also, be careful with the taxis. Go to the desk inside the hotel and ask them to get you a taxi. If you ask a hotel door man for a taxi they will do there best to cheat you and request a really high fee and split it with a driver they get you
- Moscow (8/5): Best in Moscow - This is my second stay at Radisson in the last 2months. The room was fabulous! The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to believe it was a hotel bed. Every thing is excellent about the hotel; room, staff, facilities, resturants, service, location. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel reception area was a little far from entrance and hard to get to, so that's a little weird. Otherwise, very nice overall. The restaurant was good, too.

Room was spacious and with a great view. Food was delicious. The hotel location is great if you are driving, but a bit far from the metro. The hotel has also great facilities: 50m swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage arm chair, hammam, sauna and gym. Definitely recommend!

( even a policemen at the steakhouse entrance). Bathrooms and plumbing from another era. Except for the reception girls whom are quite helpful, service is non existent (swimming area, exercise room, even restaurants). Many better options such as Marriott or numerous boutique hotels/apartments.
- Mick (10/5): Typically Radisson Quality ..but even better - Undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have visited- not necessarily the cheapest on offer but you get what you pay for.This hotel is well staffed and most have a good command of English.The hotel itself is impressive and imposing- maybe to the point of overkill when it comes to the interior.But the place has class.Staff are both efficient and helpful. The hotel offers a good choice of different cuisines- we tried both the Iranian and Italian restaurants- the latter edged it for me but that could well be subjective.Would definitely go back and a thank you to all the staff who made the stay such a success

- Ben (4/5): Disapointing staying. not recommended - After staying in most of Moscow 5 star hotels, this was my first time in Radisson Ukraina and staying was disapointing. Waited over 25 minute to check in, staff is working very slow and take their time while we wait with luggage after a long flight. Room was OK clean, and comfort in the shower the water pump was very low and hottest mode was not really hot...while in cold weather taking a hot shower is not a bad idea. Breakfest is ok, not more. While staying in my room after a day of work around 7 PM suddenly door nook and doorbell woke me up...what for? giving me a piece of dark chocolate with a letter 'good night' why so aggresive people are resting. Staff is not very nice and charge insane prices for Taxi service.
- Stan (10/5): Rainy Days in Moscow - If you had to be trapped in a hotel for a couple of days, this is the one to choose. That is, if you don't eat. All seven restaurants are outrageously expensive. The hotel is isolated in a neighborhood of apartment blocks. No other restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Red Square is 2.5 miles. Even the nearest Metro station is a 20 min walk. Excellent hotel, disappointing food prices, very poor location. Beware of the taxi bandits!!! They are the true definition of "highway robbers".
