• Jojo Chew (4/5): Dust mites - Someone at the hotel will help carry the luggages, location is great. I am allergic to dust mites, and didnt have a good night sleep and my skin is itching all over the place. It could be the bedding, curtain or the mattress. I dont know. Same for my husband but is milder than my case. My room was on 5th floor and my friend's room was on 2nd floor of which the AC doesnt seem working and is warm all night.

Guzel dizaynı etmişler. Konum olarak centrale yi goren bir odada kalmak kesinlikle müthiş. Tekrar gelecegim. Kahvaltı cok kötüydü diyeceğim ama ürünler kaliteliydi ama bizim ülkeden gelenler icin hayal kırıklığı kahvaltı. Avrupada sadece sayılı yerlerde düzgün kahvaltı bulduğumu düşünürsem haksizlik etmeyeyim diyorum ama bana gore çoook kötü.

• Erich (8/5): Für so viel Sterne braucht es eine zeitgemässe Auffrischung. - Sehr zentral. Personal sehr distanziert. Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit wäre angebracht. Einrichtung altmodisch, nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Lobby über eine Treppe ins UG erreichbar? Fragwürdig für so ein Haus.

• Colin (7/5): Handy for walking around the town or if travelling by train - We only had one night at the property before we went skiing in Cervinia. The hotel location is handy for a wander around the town and is right near the train station and the drop off point for the airport bus. The rooms were a good size and had everything we needed for a night's stay. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't book it but it is offered if you need it.

• Joan (10/5): Perfect Location for Early Train Travel - For us it was all about the location. Hotel literally across the road from Milan Central Station where we had to catch a 6am train the following morning. Hotel staff friendly & welcoming & room lovely with complimentary water a few chocolates & a personalised note welcoming us. Not necessarily a dislike as such, however, there is no step free access to the hotel & you have to carry luggage down steps to access it. That said there is a bell you can press & a member of staff will immediately come & assist you.

La situació a 2 min de l’estació central i metro es perfecta. Ajustar l’aigua calenta era dificil. La ventilació fa molt de soroll durant tota la nit tot i apagar-la del tot. No m’ha agradat el fet que t’enviin un missatge abans d’arribar sugerin-te de deixar una propina al final de la teva estada.

Time muito atencioso, bem treinado e educado, fazendo sempre o máximo para atender aos clientes. Custo benefício excelente, recomendo para quem já conhece a cidade ou vai pela primeira vez. Eu gostei de tudo, nao tem nada demais que eu nao tenha gostado, acho que só a escada de acesso é um pouco ruim, que dificulta a entrada com malas e outros itens pesados, mas o time do hotel está sempre a postos para ajudar, sempre rápidos e atentos, então nao é que seja nada demais.

The door man helped our luggage very well both on arrival and checking out. The three bottled natural water were complementary. There were many restaurants around the area. The room had enough space to open 2 big suitcases. We felt there was not enough fan / air circulation in the bathroom. The bath area was a bit tight. I hit my head to the handrail. Even though I am a small person.

The breakfast was good for Italy. They had gluten and lactose free options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast room is in the basement and therefore doesn’t have natural light. It would be nice if the omelette was included in the breakfast and not extra. Same for the porridge.

• patrickrG1759KA (10/5): The perfect base for a Milan city break - Could not have chosen a better hotel for our quick trip to Milan. Regular coach transfers from airports (we came from Bergamo) drop off just across the square in front of the central railway station with its subway station mean the location couldn’t be better. We arrived at 11am and even though check in was not till 3pm the concierge and receptionist were beyond helpful and took our luggage so we could tour Milan empty handed. On our return another receptionist was equally helpful, professional and welcoming. The Hotel is absolutely stunningly decorated throughout all public areas and is immaculately maintained and clean. Our room 302 was again stunning, spacious and clean. Plenty of wardrobe space and a safe. The bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom, although not massive in size was beautiful and more than adequate. The water pressure from the above bath shower wasn’t incredible but not a problem. The mini bar was well stocked and reasonably (for hotel mini bars) priced. We ate out in Milan but on our return we made our way to the bar where we met another courteous and friendly member of staff. There was plenty of choice for breakfast although the hot buffet was not to our liking the amount of cereals, yoghurts and baked goods were more than enough to satisfy. Due to time and available flights we could only visit Milan for the 1 night but without hesitation we would definitely rebook The Anderson when we return

• Marie-Claire (8/5): Long weekend end in Milan - Very good stay. The hotel was very close to the train station and the airport bus stop. We arrived quite late and it only took us 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the hotel which was ideal. Room was comfortable and clean. Everything you need was available; bathroom essentials , minibar, complimentary water everyday. We had a great stay thank you! Windows were painted which was a shame as we could see the central station from our room but shame that the windows were blurring the view.
