Isabelle (6/5): Ne vaut que par son emplacement - L’emplacement et les chambres spacieuses Une très mauvaise isolation sonore on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue dans les couloirs nous étions à côté d’un ascenseur de service cela n’arrêtait pas d’aller et venir. La baignoire si petite que l’on n’y rentre pas la douche aussi était trop étroite les équipements ne sont pas du tout au niveau du nombre d’étoiles L’hôtel fonctionne beaucoup avec les groupes et le personnel n’est pas très agréable

No air conditioning in the room, so the room was very warm. If it had been the middle of Summer and hot, it may have been too warm. You can open the windows though.

Nico (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Prag. - Es ist direkt im Zentrum, wo alle sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Immer Laufwege ca 10 min. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, im Zentrum bedeutet auch laute Musik bis tief in die Nacht, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wenig Parkplätze, man muss in ein separates Parkhaus, was mit extra Kosten verbunden ist. Ca. 50€ für 24 Stunden.

Lack of air conditioning combined with very noisy people in the street all night on Saturday night made it difficult to get ventilation without allowing a lot of noise disturbance. Not the end of the world but would be more of a challenge on warmer evenings.

Petr (2/5): Kazdy hotel v okoli je lepsi nez tento - obrovske zklamani - Vyborna poloha. Jinak naprosta hruza. Hotel je strasny. Jako ze spatneho snu. Vybaveni velmi zastarale a omsele. Vybaveni je i neprakticky navrzene. Strasny je personal. Pani na recepci ani nepozdravila jen houkla “obcanku”. Na personalu je videt, ze nejsou stastni, neuvidite u nich usnev a ke slusnosti se museji evidentne premahat. Na pokoji neni voda. Velmi draha voda je na chodbach v automatech. Toalety v prizemi v restauraci jsou na kartu. Naprosto ze vseho vnimate nezajem az odpor k hostum a verejnisti. Snidane velmi jednoducha v preplnene jidelne. Jezdim do Prahy velmi casto a toto je absolutne nejhorsi hotel, v jakem jsem v Praze za poslednich 25 let bydlel. Z vlastni zkusenosti vim, ze primo na Vaclavskem namesti nebo v bocnich ulickach je velkem mnozstvi mnohem ale mnohem kvalitnejsich hotelu za polovicni cenu. Ve vztahu k cene je tento hotel naprosta katastrofa.

wolfgang (9/5): Eine wirklich tolle Reise nach Prag, zentral gelegenes Hotel, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen - Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum trotzdem gut und leicht erreichbar. Freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Antike, sehr schön restaurierte Ausstattung und sehr geräumige Zimmer. Teilweise lose Verkleidungen der Badewanne und der Dusche im Zimmer 226 was aber nur der Optik nicht aber den Gebrauch einschränkt.

Hotel sam w sobie ładny i czysty ale jednak na zdjęciach wyglądał o wiele lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Największym minusem jest parking, a raczej jego brak. Bardzo mało miejsc parkingowych, mi udało się tylko na dwie noce dostać parking, za który jeszcze dodatkowo musiałam zapłacić 30€ za noc.

Alex (8/5): Zentral gelegenes gutes Hotel - Die Lage ist zentral. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass es halt um das Hotel herum entsprechend laut und trubelig ist. Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und vielfältig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Alles ist stilvoll und sauber, aber man merkt doch, dass es etwas in die Jahre kommt. Leider hält man sich hier nicht daran, die Handtücher NICHT auszutauschen, wenn sie nicht auf dem Boden liegen. Hier könnte man wirklich was für die Umwelt tun und weniger Wäsche verursachen.

Karyna (5/5): - Clean bedding and towels. Friendly staff. When I booked this hotel, I had high expectations. In reality: there were no disposable slippers in the room. The description stated that the minibar was included in the price, but in fact it was locked. The ventilation in the bathroom was very loud and made a constant humming noise. There was a torn chair. And most importantly, there was a cracked glass that my child almost drank from. I wouldn’t say this hotel deserves a 5-star rating.
Hans (9/5): Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr guter Lage in der Stadt - Sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum, sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Der Lift war stets besetzt....

Esther (8/5): centraal gelegen hotel en grote ruime kamer. - Prima hotel met een goed ontbijt. Zeer centraal gelegen , alles op loopafstand. Winkelstraat om de hoek. Ruime kamer. Hele nacht Lawaai van de club ernaast, het gebonk van de boxen. Tot 6 uur smorgens. Ligt er ook aan welke kamer je krijgt. Er was ook geen parkeerplaats vrij bij het hotel.

Aldo Lipone (7/5): Mi aspettavo di meglio - Senza dubbio la posizione. A una decina di metri, forse meno, si trova l'uscita della metro A, comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto ed altre zone della splendida città. La posizione comunque è molto centrale e consente di visitare l'intera città vecchia comodamente a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, curata con una certa eleganza, come pure il bagno, molto curato, con cabina doccia e vasca con idromassaggio. La colazione non male, ma certamente migliorabile per un 5*. La fredda accoglienza. Non mi ero accorto di aver prenotato una camera con 2 letti, non è stato possibile ottenerne una con letto matrimoniale. Pazienza. Le camere sono ampie ma la moquette proprio non si sopporta. Il davanzale esterno della finestra era sporco di guano .... da molto tempo! Il frigo era chiuso a chiave!¿.... Corridoi lunghissimi con moquette e senza una minima finestra! Battiscopa eliminati lasciando la base delle pareti con molta incuria. Il salone di ingresso vanta una certa eleganza (ricordiamoci che è un 5 stelle!), con la presenza di un bel piano a coda ma con una vistosa scritta Verbitten! Infatti in 3 GG. non si è sentita una nota! Peccato! Sebbene ne ero già a conoscenza, non comprendo il motivo del deposito cauzionale di 100 €.

Colette (10/5): We had a fabulous treat from the hotel owner and manager ,a bottle of champagne to celebrate our birthday. - The location was great.The hotel was amazing. The staff and food was first class.

Juan (4/5): Not the greatest hotel. - The location was about the only thing I liked. Everything else was disappointing. The room was dirty, the staff was slow at check in. What’s the point of having 2 people at front desk if it takes them both to help one customer. My room was beyond dirty, loud, almost like no one cleaned it. For the price I expected better. I would not stay at this hotel at all next time I come back to Prague. I wouldn’t even recommend it to anyone.
