• Gary (8/5): Great location, great room, would recommend. - Great location, we had reservations about Green Square's location given no Australians we spoke to had heard of it. Everything was great, tonnes of food, shopping and leisure options. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Our air con and extractor fans weren't working when we checked in. A member of staff came up immediately when we reported it, they tried to say our air con was on slightly so it was working but gave us a fan as it definitely was still too warm in the room. By the 3rd day they'd had an engineer in and the air con was fixed, the extractor fan wasn't but to be honest it wasn't a dealbreaker.

• Ashley (9/5): Great for business or leisure, good location, clean, spacious and well equipped. Will stay again. - Very well equipped rooms, comfortable, clean and spacious. It's nice to have a whole studio rather than simply a hotel room, and the location just by the underground and availability of Lime bikes nearby was great. I thought the pool was going to be bigger so I could do laps. Minor gripe, otherwise will stay there again!

• Monica (1/5): Looks are not everything! - The proximity to my son who lives in Erskineville The window in my room would not close properly which kept me awake for most of the night due to the noise and sirens outside. A staff member came to have a look and tried to assist although nothing could be done to fix the issue. I wasn’t provided with any other options - not even offered earplugs!! Also some of the kitchen utilities had dried food stuck on them.

• Lani (6/5): Mediocre - Excellent transport facilities and room was good size Room and communal areas were not maintained well, we were there for 8 nights and the bed wasn't made just a half hearted attempted to pull the duvet over. Toaster was full of crumbs and crockery and cutlery was dirty. Air conditioning didn't work and pool and hottub were freezing cold. Outside the hotel was full of rubbish from takeaways, we had a fire alarm one night and had to evacuate, however no staff members came out nor updated us. We did complain about our room and were offered a move to a lower floor above McDonalds but even the staff member said she wouldn't move there, or we could pay for an upgrade. Very disappointing as this could be a fabulous place with little work. The bar/restaurant was also closed and we were not notified of that.
• Michelle (9/5): Loved the property but needs a little better cleaning. - Loved the design, location and that we stayed where MAFS was filmed. Loved how quiet it was. The cleanliness was a little disappointing in our room which was not good. The cutlery was visibly dirty, the dishwasher dirty, the lounge had food or blood splattered on it, also a large mark on the carpet in front of the lounge and lounge room balcony window tracks full of spider webs, mould in shower, tea towel had holes in it and some bed pillows felt like they had balls in them. Also a little disappointing how much more it was to stay on a Friday/ Saturday as opposed to during the week. The dinner plates also didn’t fit upright in the dishwasher. All PowerPoints were also switched in an on position.

• Paul (9/5): Great place to stay in Sydney - Well maintained with excellent accommodation and the apartment’s are well equipped. Green square is well connected for public transport - 1 train stop to central station. Staff helpful and friendly. Liked it all.

Tuvimos un incidente de evacuación por la noche, tuvimos que bajar a la calle con lo puesto y después de una hora pudimos volver. No hubo personal para atendernos ni explicaciones.

Rushed on check in - wasn’t told where facilities were, dining options close by, check out times or anything about the hotel. Corridor floors badly stained in some places and had rubbish on the floor outside of the elevator. Elevator floors badly stained also dirty. Room was not properly cleaned - Dining table, fridge and stove were dirty, walls and floors marked, fingerprints all over balcony door and spider webs on balcony. Spa was not working, no towels at the pool. Bird droppings on the ramp to go to the pool, small foyer as you enter pool area completely dusty and unappealing. Disappointing, as it was priced on the high side for a late check in and just not maintained overall.

• Channarith (4/5): - We were woken by a fire alarm at 5am and had to evacuate the building with our children, standing outside in the cold for about 30 minutes. These things happen and safety comes first, but what was disappointing was the complete lack of acknowledgment from staff. There was no apology and no explanation. After losing sleep, we asked if a 1pm checkout could be possible (standard is 11am) and were only granted 12pm. The issue isn’t the alarm itself. Emergencies happen. The issue is the complete lack of empathy or customer care afterward. Even a simple apology would have made a big difference.

• Patrick Thabo (8/5): Good overall. - The architectural design of the building is a work of wonder. The indoor is also thoughtfully decorated. Apartment layout is great too. The shower wasn’t the cleanest. The gap between the shower glass and the tile had a lot of gunk. Something that can be rectified with a vacuum. Sliding door also has a lot to hand prints. It could have been wiped just before the next guest arrival.

The shower leaked and the pressure was bad. We had to chase up clean towels, toilet paper, teabags… The dishes in the kitchen were not left clean. Access to the pool was external only, very inconvenient and cold. Area is not sheltered from the wind.

• Sophia (10/5): - We stayed here on our last night in Sydney before flying back to Perth. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient to get to the airport. We didn't go to the Woolworths or local eateries but they seemed very conveniently located on the same street. The bathroom didn't seem to have an extraction fan, so every time we showered the room became hot and humid. Thankfully we could open the doors to the balcony to air out the room, but that wouldn't be possible in winter.

• Kylie (7/5): Great location and spacious apartment but could be cleaner. - Large apartment with good layout (2bedroom, 2bathroom), close to train station, bus stop and eateries. Friendly staff. No cleaning services over our whole 4 night stay due to it being a long weekend (Easter), the hallways and reception waiting area also needed a good clean. Access to the pool, gym and sauna is not ideal, you have to leave the facilities and enter through another entrance.

• Arlyn (4/5): Disappointing stay - The location is great. Close to eateries, woolies and the city. Beds we're comfy. First time we stayed here was a contrasting experience compared to this time around. It was so good the first time that's why we decided to stay here again. The hallway and rooms doesn't smell very pleasant. We have attempted to request for a different room and just pay the difference but apparently everything was sold out when clearly there are other rooms available per online. Housekeeping just put new towels on our dining table and emptied the bin. Basic milk, coffee, sugar was not refilled during the 3 days of our stay.

• Amna (8/5): Its a great place to stay for families I would recommend it - The staff was very friendly, The accomodation was modern and spacious. The beds were comfy. The location was close to most attractions. There were restaurants and a grocery store close by. Room service could be better with more attention to detail

• Fenny (7/5): - there were fire alarms came on 3 times. First, it was our first night and it went on the first morning. Second it was two days before we left and we felt bothered as my kids need to sleep. They should do something about the fire alarm, it truly made our stay worse.
• Sonya Heine (8/5): Convenient for a short stay, but in need of refurbishment - Our stay at One Global Resorts Green Square was overall acceptable, particularly due to the very friendly and helpful staff, who made a genuine effort throughout. That said, the property is clearly showing its age in several areas, and the facilities would benefit from a thorough update. For a short stay, it is perfectly fine, especially given its convenient location, but for longer visits, one might expect a more modern and well-maintained standard.

• JPex (9/5): Convenient and modern - Nice and modern with a train station entrance in the same building. The area was full of restaurants and a grocery store was near-by. Would stay there again. The pool was unheated so we only used the hot tub. The kitchen lacked a few items like a baking sheet and hot pad.

• Roufin (1/5): Bad. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. - Nothing was good about the property. Rooms and hotel overall were very dirty and smelly. Stains on the beds and extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Who laugh and mock you when you come downstairs to complain about the cleanliness of their hotel. Stating the hotel deserves to be dirty because it’s 5 years old..
• Charles (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. - The room was one of the best we stayed in during our trip. Nicely appointed. Washer and dryer was great to have. They even provided some laundry detergent. The bed and pillows were great. Slept like a baby! The value was good, but the trade off was it is a little out of the way of primay attractions. We were easily able to connect with Uber, and never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride. There is a train station close, but we had a group of 4, so the Uber cost was comparable and more convenient. There were several quick eating options close. The gym needed a simple set of dumb bells. Other than cardio, there were two machines and one was broken.

• Gillies (8/5): - Everything, it was great. There was a clanking sound every morning at about 5:30am which woke us up. Sounded like it was the pipes above the master bedroom. It lasted maybe 5 minutes at the most but was horrible getting woken up like that all three mornings.
• Sophie (9/5): A comfortable short term stay - The room was so spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see out, we also had dirty spoons in the cutlery drawer. The TV is also nowhere near the bed so if you want to watch anything in bed; check the room configuration first.

• Garry (8/5): Would stay again if in Sydney, Great area with great transport to everywhere - Location, Only one stop from central st, and similar to airport, Station is literally underneath hotel, Plenty of places to eat around hotel and great pool They provide pool towels, But when removed they did not replace with new ones, Everythjng was great though

• Llynne (7/5): - position of the unit was extremely poor for the cost and more so as we stayed for 6 days. it surely warranted a higher position in such a very large resort. As it was we were on the third floor with a veranda overlooking one of the busiest crossroads in Sydney. So noisy that the verandah was unusable!!!!!
