• Steve (5/5): One night stay to break up a long trip back to US. - The hotel met our original needs being literally across the street from Notre Dame. Five stars. However, my wife sustained a torn Achilles tendon during our trip, navigating the stairs was difficult to reach the reception desk. No elevator from the entry to the first floor. At least 15 stairs to the first floor. Reception deck is on the first floor. Individuals with mobility issues would be very challenged and would advise against this hotel.

Terrible lack of bathroom facility, no shower and the bathroom was so tiny. the room was dark and dingy and the view was a tiny window as we were in the roof area. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

• Antonella (8/5): Hotel di charme nel cuore di Parigi - Ho apprezzato l'originalità e la bellezza degli arredi, la buona e abbondante colazione (dolce), la pulizia, la cortesia e disponibilità del personale, in particolare della Sig.ra Leyla. Confermo che la camera, dando sul retro, non aveva una bella vista, ma per me non è stato così importante e comunque dalla sala colazione si poteva ammirare Notre Dame! Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma vorrei confermare che la scalinata da percorrere per arrivare alla reception potrebbe essere decisamente impegnativa per persone anziane e/o con difficoltà motorie.
• Susanne (9/5): Super! - Sensationelle Lage, direkt gegenüber von Notre Dame, mit Blick auf Notre Dame aus dem Zimmer und aus dem Frühstücksraum. Frühstück (12€pP) war super, Kaffee, diverses Gebäck, Baguette, Joghurt, Säfte (keine Wurst oder Käse - war uns aber egal) wurde am Tisch serviert und war in einem schnuckeligen Raum mit Blick auf Notre Dame. Direkt gegenüber ist auch die Metrostation B und C, nach Versailles und zum Flughafen, besser geht es fast nicht. War alles gut!

• Merete (3/5): Disengaged receptionists - Large room, nice view to Notre Dame. Lack of service and smile of the staff in reception. The only smiling taff was the young lady that worked night shift when we checked in. The rest of the staff was not very attentive and friendly. They were not rude in any ways, just very passive and not interested in contact with the guests. No polite small talk like " good morning, good evening" and so on if we did not take first initiative. No " thanks for your stay". We often visit Paris, but we will stay in other hotels in the future.

Alain was super helpful with reservations and just super helpful! We went to five masses in 2 1/2 days thanks to the location. There were great restaurants all within walking distance! It was a little noisy at night, but given a location it was worth it!!

• John (10/5): Great location, friendly staff. - Location was GREAT-could not be better! Room was Paris size small. Only drawback was a deep tub and handheld shower. Made it work, but wall mounted shower would have been better. We purposely picked a back room-no view of the Cathedral-so there was actually no view of anything other than mechanicals and a few pigeons. All in all, what a great hotel! Would liked to have a wall mounted shower.

• Jade (8/5): Prima verblijf - Het uitzicht en de plek was geweldig. Wij hadden uitzicht op de Seine en op de notre dame. We zaten op de 6e verdieping, hier zijn de ramen wel kleiner dan de verdiepingen eronder. De kamer was ook goed schoon, heel netjes. Bedden sliepen prima. De badkamer vonden wij niks. Het was een badkuip met een douchekop, muren zijn ook schuin dus je kon ook zeker niet staan in de badkuip.

Somewhat noisy people during the night hours but the daytime bells of Notre Dame leave a wonderful memory.
• Kevin (8/5): - Prima hotel, prijs betaal je vanwege de locatie Hee veel geluid van buiten vanwege de locatie aan de straat. Nu is dit normaal, maar je hoort alles wel heel duidelijk als je een kamer aan de straat kant hebt. Dubbelglas kennen ze denk ik niet in Frankrijk

• Elisa (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato solo 2 notti perché l'albergo era già al completo, comunque se ritornassi a Parigi soggiornerei sicuramente lì. Avevamo un camera al sesto piano, proprio al tetto con i travi a vista e siccome era all'angolo avevamo 2 finestre abbaino che guardavano la cattedrale....bellissima!!! L'arredamento molto parigino e molto accogliente e pulito. Colazione abbondante, servita al tavolo con pasticceria freschissima e ottima. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa..rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per la zona.... Spero un giorno di ritornaci... A mio avviso nessuno, però per sincerità faccio presente che l'albergo si trova al primo piano ed è accessibile solo tramite scale. Poi invece ha un ascensore. Bagno un po piccolo ma con una grande vasca. Ricordo però che siamo in un edificio storico e direi che hanno adattato tutto fin troppo bene.

• Julia (9/5): Great location and views but take earplugs for sleeping. - Fabulous view of Notre Dame & The Seine. Close to many shops, cafes and restaurants, transport and taxi rank. Handy for the Big Bus stop as well. Very clean and friendly staff. The street was noisy, people leaving bars until around 3an then the early workers start around 6am, a lot of traffic goes past and always sirens.
• Rachel (9/5): A fabulous little hotel - Fabulous location - view of Notre Dame from our room and the metro is across the road. Exceptionally clean - friendly and efficient staff. Great quirky decor - although the cobblestone carpet was slightly disconcerting 🤣 breakfast was only 12€ - a selection of pastries, bread, yoghurt, orange juice and unlimited coffee or tea - a bargain in Paris and definitely recommended. Our room was on the 6th floor in the attic. The bed was accessed by what can only be described as a ladder !!!! It made for interesting nighttime loo visits !!!! The reception is up a flight of stairs - which didn’t bother us - but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem - the lift felt sketchy / but 6 floors is a long way up the stairs !

• ARPark (7/5): Good location, they still need to update the sign out front and an elevator that goes to the ground. - I liked the location, they were able to give us rooms with a direct view of Notre Dame, the location was great. The downside is that this area stays noisy all night. Ear plugs a must. This is not disability friendly. There are two flights of stairs from the entrance up to the lobby/check in area.

L'accès de l'entrée à la réception avec beaucoup d'escaliers et sans ascenseur. Cet hôtel n'est pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. La moquette dans la chambre.

• Cindy (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - The location was terrific! Great breakfast. Great staff. While very minor, wasn’t too crazy about all the patterns in our room. The cobblestone carpet was a little too much.
• wethiker (10/5): Notre Dame 24/7 - We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at the end of March. I had requested a two-bed room and we lucked out with a 5th floor room with a spectacular view of Notre Dame. The room was plenty big for Paris and much larger than the river cruise cabins we had just spent time in. We used the stairs to come down and often the elevator to come down. The breakfast room has an impressive view and really makes you feel like you are in a private club in the heart of Paris. In this case location is everything. Breakfast was good coffee, juice, some fruit/yogurt cups and a great selection of breads and pastries. We made in room coffee with instant packets and bought a good selection at one of the many groceries nearby.

• Claire (9/5): The perfect Parisian style stay with impeccable views! - The location was amazing and we loved our room. It’s smaller in size if you’re not used to it, but it’s very Parisian and we loved it! The view of the Notre Dame and the seine was breathtaking! It was all lovely, definitely in a touristy area so we traveled around to different neighborhoods but it was an incredible “home base” for our trip.

У нас был номер на мансарде с видом на Нотр-Дам, правда окошко было небольшим, но это не омрачило нашего пребывания. Так как это номер на последнем этаже, ванна стояла очень неудобно, ровно над ванной был скос потолка, что не позволяло мыться в ванной стоя, только сидя. Поэтому если вы высокий или крупный человек, вам будет некомфортно.
