- Sapir (8/5): מיקום מצוין וצוות מקסים- אבל מלון ישן - הצוות של המלון אדיב ומאוד משתדל לעזור. מיקום המלון מצוין (ליד טרווי). יש מעלית. ארוחת הבוקר טובה (ביחס לאירופה) ומספקת. החדר היה שני מפלסים (מיטה זוגית עליונה), ולא כמו בתמונות. לכאורה גדול, אבל בקומה התחתונה היתה מיטה וחצי שהפריעה ואי אפשר היה לקפל לספה. בסופו של דבר לא היה הרבה מקום פנוי בחדר. נראה שהחדר מיועד ל-3 אבל מתאים לזוג. כשהחלון היה סגור היה שקט בחדר. יש שמירת חפצים בחדר נפרד ונעול וזה היה מצוין. המלון ישן מאוד מאוד ונראה שלא תיקנו או החליפו בו שום דבר ב-20 שנים האחרונות. המזגנים ישנים מאוד, לפעמים היה ריח של טחב (פתחנו חלון), המזרנים הרגישו כמו קרש עם שקע ונראה שלא טרחו להחליף אותם המון שנים. גם מהאמבטיה היתה לנו נזילה שהצוות ניסה לסדר, ונראה שהיתה קיימת המון זמן כי המשקופים של השירותים היו אכולים מהנזילה. המלון זקוק לרענון בדחיפות, לכל הפחות של המיטות.

Goeie douche Bedden hadden wat last van kuilvorming. Airconditioning kon niet kouder dan 20 graden. (Of ik snapte de bediening niet). Daardoor ‘s nachts erg warm gehad. Raam open zorgde soms voor lawaai van buiten maar dat is ook inherent aan de locatie. Douchewand moet opnieuw gekit worden.
- Catharina (9/5): Goed voor een citytrip - De locatie is perfect, in het midden van het centrum. Op korte afstand van de Trevi fontein. Barberini metrostation is een paar minuten lopen, het busstation aan het einde van de straat. De kamer was precies zoals omschreven, klein maar fijn. Er is een kluis in de kamer aanwezig en een mini koelkast. Het ontbijt is heel gevarieerd en wordt goed bijgevuld. Vriendelijk personeel. De airco deed het niet, terwijl dit op de pagina wel wordt aangegeven. Het was erg warm in de kamer. Het raam moet ‘s nachts open om de kamer te koelen, maar de straat is erg luid met uitgaanspubliek en ‘s ochtends vroeg wordt het vuilnis opgehaald. Oordoppen zijn nodig! De badkamer is aan de krappe kant. Het hotel is niet goed geïsoleerd, je hoort de kamers naast je. De bedden zijn aan de harde kant.

Food was fresh and the staff were very friendly. The desk staff were very efficient and helped us with tagging our bags for the cruise - most appreciated! Our one night stay was great. I can't think of anything that you could have done better.
- Serena (10/5): - La nostra camera era nella corte interna dove c’è un giardino a disposizione degli ospiti molto carino confortevole e tranquillo, non sembrava neanche di essere in pieno centro. Altro punto a favore è il riguardo per la mia intolleranza al lattosio perché comunicandolo alla struttura mi hanno fatto trovare per la colazione con tante cose adatte alla mia esigenza, una delle poche volte che trovo una struttura così organizzata.

Os únicos pontos negativos do hotel é que o horário da café da manhã começa um pouco tarde, às 07:00 hs, pra quem quer ir nos primeira hora das atrações ou precisa pegar trem ou avião cedo. O segundo é o box do banheiro ser bem pequeno, mas não atrapalharam a estadia.

- JUNKO (7/5): 場所重視ならこじんまりとしていて良いホテルだと思います。 - 立地、トレビの泉、スペインステップなど近くにあること。朝食が新鮮で量も丁度良く美味しかったこと。朝食の係りの男性の目配り気配り、動きが良くフレンドリーで感心しました。こじんまりとしたホテルなので出入りの際の声かけがとても良かったです。 部屋が狭い。バスタブ付きでお願いしていたのにシャワーしかない激狭な部屋に案内され予約内容と違うと伝えたら翌日部屋をチェンジしてくれたが正直、移動は面倒でした。お掃除は決して綺麗とは言えません。 バスタブを掃除をされる方からは見えないのか浴槽の隙間の黒カビが浴槽に浸かっていると見えてしまいその黒カビがちょっと酷くて見ないようにして入りました💦落ちないカビではなく滑りの凄い黒カビです。古くても綺麗だと尚、気持ち良く過ごせるので残念に思いました。6泊の直前予約だったためスタンダードの部屋しか取れなかったので とにかく部屋が狭くて洗面お風呂が特に狭く（トイレに座るとドアは開けられません。）隣の部屋の排水の音や廊下の音もかなり聞こえました。ベッドマットが硬すぎて板のようでした。物が無くなると言う口コミが見受けられたので出かける際には金庫に入れたり気をつけました。

Η Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι είναι λιγότερο από πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και συνεργάσιμο. Το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και με μεγάλη ποικιλία τόσο σε γλυκά αλλά και σε αλμυρά φαγητά. Πολύ καθαρό. Οταν ξαναπάω Ρώμη εκεί θα ξαναμείνω.

Not a big deal, but our room had 2 floors and the bathroom with the shower was upstairs. A bit unnecessary for just 2 people. The light inside the shower was broken.

Nice room with a small balcony where you can enjoy the wine infused tourists stumbling home from the romantic terraces. - Small beds with hard mattresses although we are not huge people. Haha

Gostamos especialmente da atenção de oferecerem um snack e bebida assim que chegámos ainda na recepção. Os funcionarios são todos muito simpaticos e atenciosos. O quarto pequeno mas confortavel é o suficiente e a localização do hotel é muitissimo boa. recomendo! Não houve nada a apontar, apenas a ressalva de que a limpeza do quarto podia estar melhor, havia algum pó em algumas zonas, nada de grave, mas para um hotel de 4 estrelas espera-se uma limpeza de nivel mais exigente.

- Amanda (6/5): Great location, comfortable rooms - Location was fantastic, just steps away from Trevi fountain and a short 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary snacks and tea in reception was lovely and there was also complimentary water and panettone in the room upon arrival. The room was quiet, located away from the elevator and stairs. Also, really apprciated the black out curtains as well as the shutters for extra noise insulation and pitch black darkness for sleeping. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms are on the smaller side. Very low water pressure in the shower. Small detail, but no bathrobes and low quality toiltries. Overall, it felt more like a 3 star.

- Stephanie (8/5): Great stay - Location was very central The rooms were hot and the thermostat would not work. The windows do open though so I simply cracked the window. The location is a bit noisy until shops and restaurants close for the night but this was not a problem for me.

- Avit (4/5): - מיקום מצוין, פיירו פקיד קבלה שיודע לתת שירות הגענו למלון בזכות המיקום המרכזי והזיכרון שהיה מקום נחמד בעבר, אבל בפועל החוויה הייתה רחוקה מזה. בלילה הראשון קיבלנו את חדר 105 – חדר שמרגיש כמו מחסן: מיטה עם קפיצים חורקים, מזרן לא נוח, קירות ורצפה מלוכלכים, זרם מים חלש מאוד ו-Wi-Fi כמעט לא עובד. בנוסף, הספא וחדר הכושר סגורים לשיפוצים, דבר שלא מצוין באתר. פקיד הקבלה באותו לילה התעקש שיש חדר כושר , לבקשתנו ירד איתנו ונדהם מהשיפוצים הפתאומיים…כשבדקתי ביקורות גיליתי שהשיפוצים האלה “פתאומיים” כבר לפחות שמונה חודשים. לא ניתן היה לעבור חדר באותו לילה. בבוקר פגשנו את פיירו, פקיד שירותי ואדיב, שהעביר אותנו לחדר גדול יותר בקומה השלישית. למרות הגודל, גם החדר הזה היה ישן, עם קירות מקולפים, רצפה לא נקייה, כיור סדוק וזרם מים חלש. בסיכום: מיקום מעולה, שירות טוב מצד חלק מהצוות, אבל רמת החדרים והתשתיות לא מצדיקה את הציפיות. מזל שהמחיר היה במבצע Black Friday, אחרת האכזבה הייתה גדולה עוד יותר

- ISR_TR (2/5): Definitely will not stay there again - I'll start with the good things – the hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff is kind and attentive. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. And when you pay almost $400 per night, you really don’t expect to experience the following: * The AC was constantly set to OFF, and it was impossible to switch it to ON. * The room has a narrow shelf that is supposed to function as a desk. There is only one armchair, and it’s so low that anyone who wants to sit by this “desk” and work on their laptop would need to be as tall as LeBron James. * The windows could barely be opened, maybe to a 20-degree angle. Not that it mattered much, because they face directly onto a residential building about 20 feet away, meaning the curtains had to stay closed at all times. * There is no water pressure in the shower. We had to shower under a thin trickle. * The shower is barely 25 inches wide. A child could shower in it. So could Simone Biles. But a normal-sized adult is forced to shower at an angle, with the faucets and shower hose either to their left or right. * The outer handles of the shower doors have sharp inner edges instead of rounded ones, as is standard. Since the shower is so narrow, I got hurt twice. * The towel rack on the bathroom door isn’t secured properly and kept falling off again and again. * The towels were thin and worn out, looking as though they’d been bought at a Salvation Army clearance sale. * If you place a coffee machine in the dining room for guests, you should also make sure it works properly. Out of nine options (espresso, long coffee, American coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, latte macchiato, coffee with milk, chocolate with milk, hot milk), only the first four were available. All the others constantly displayed the following error message: “Selection unavailable. Related failure list: steam boiler temperature low, steam boiler, cleaning complete of milk module need to be done.” For god's sake, how hard is it to maintain a coffee machine? * The “minibar” in the room is an empty mini-fridge. * There is no peephole in the door. If someone knocks, you have no idea who it is.
