• Robin (10/5): Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da Frühstück war jeden Euro wert, Miljè (ich hoffe es ist richtig geschrieben) hat uns jeden Wunsch zum Frühstück erfüllt und ist für uns das Herz des Hotels. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

• Tanja (10/5): - For myself this was a treat to stay at such a beautiful hotel. The welcome bottle of wine was a very nice surprise. As far as location is concerned, it was within walking distance to Westbahnhof, and it was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Public transit from there to anywhere in the city was a breeze. Definitely on my list of places to stay at again should I find my way to Vienna one day.

• Franca (10/5): Eine absolute Empfehlung! - Der Service ist wirklich unschlagbar – alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Dame beim Frühstück, Milja. Sie war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam, dabei aber niemals aufdringlich. Das Frühstück war schlichtweg perfekt. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Die Zimmer sind zwar eher klein, bieten aber alles, was man benötigt. In meinem Zimmer waren Waschbecken und WC/Dusche voneinander getrennt, was persönlich nicht ganz meinem Geschmack entspricht.

• Karin (10/5): Alles bestens. Gerne wieder. So stelt man sich Hotelservice vor. - Ich möchte mich bei den Mitarbeitern des Hotels recht herzlich bedanken. Ich hatte meinen Mann im Krankenhaus und den Hund im Zimmer was keine angenehme Situation war. Mein lieber Vierbeiner wurde von einem sehr netten Herren regelmässig ausgeführt und mit Leckerlies verwöhnt. Weiters konnten wir am letzten Tag einen late checkout machen die ich erst Nachmittags in die Intensivstation durfte. Alle waren so sehr zuvorkommend, verständnisvoll und freundlich zu uns. Das weiss ich sehr zu schätzen denn es machte mir den unangenehmen Aufenthalt in Wien um einiges angenehmer. Ich werde es nie vergessen und komme bestimmt unter einem besseren Stern wieder. Besten Dank an alle:)
• Carole (10/5): Un hôtel plein de charme et de personnalité, idéal pour un séjour original et élégant à Vienne. - J’ai beaucoup apprécié le charme de ce boutique hôtel à l’ambiance Années Folles, avec une décoration très soignée et originale. La chambre était très jolie, avec une touche assez girly et élégante. L’hôtel se trouve à deux pas de la Mariahilfer Straße, la plus grande rue commerçante de Vienne. J’ai également adoré le Barfly’s, le bar américain indépendant situé dans l’hôtel, qui propose une impressionnante carte de cocktails originaux dans une atmosphère conviviale grâce à une propriétaire très sympathique. La phonotèque avec ses vinyles apporte une vraie touche d’originalité, et le petit déjeuner servi était excellent. L’hôtel est un peu éloigné des principaux centres d’intérêt culturels et des musées. Les marches à l’entrée peuvent aussi être peu pratiques lorsqu’on voyage avec de grosses valises et rendent l’établissement difficilement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

• Antoinette (8/5): Charm and taste with delightful details - A beautiful, charming hotel. I loved the design and the details. The complementary bottle of wine was a lovely, welcoming touch. Loved the bar and breakfast area, delicious and interesting breakfast options. A hotel with taste and personality. Beautiful bathroom products, and loved the robes. For a solo stay, it wasn't the cheapest option, though would have been very reasonable if I had been travelling with someone else. Overall, worth it for the experience.

Dagegen wirken viele andere Hotels sehr austauschbar im Design. Und: Die Bar ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und das Personal äußerst freundlich.

• Henrike (9/5): Sehr nettes Hotel in Wien - kann ich sehr empfehlen. - Top Lage, super Frühstück, herausragender Service Kompliziertes Lichtschaltersystem im Zimmer, etwas zu viel 'Ramsch' im Zimmer -- ggf. könnte man die Kabel von Lampen und Fernsehen besser verstecken. Wäre auch ganz gut für die Sauberkeit da sich dort recht viel Staub etc. angesammelt hat.

Einen Wein zum Tagesausklang war dort nicht zu bekommen - "zu profan" wurde mit einer entsprechenden Arroganz geäußert. Das war mehr als enttäuschend. Das Interieur des Hotels ist etwas zu "over-styled", Thema 20ger/30ger Jahre ist ja durchaus gut, aber hier wäre ein bisschen weniger dann mehr gewesen.

• Henrietta (7/5): - Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and the sweetest and most helpful staff! Nothing was ever a problem, and if it was they'd get on it straight away. Note that the person making the coffee during the week should give the person making it on the weekend a few pointers :) If you are noise sensitive AT ALL, and want to sleep before 2 AM, this is not the place for you. At least on the first floor you can hear the bar - bring really good earplugs if you want to be able to fall asleep, which I don't think you should have to to a hotel this professional on all other points? I had to go down and complain about the noise (which was lowered, but it's not silent until the bar closes).
• Hryhorii Hoherchak (10/5): Great hotel with superb breakfast - Great hotel at a great location - near the main shopping street, with a lot of restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean. We also got a separate bed for our dog and some treats. Guests are greeted with a bottle of wine, water and some small treats. You also get a postcard from the hotel. Facilities are in good condition, clean. Breakfast is definitely worth all the money it costs: it's a la carte, you can choose as many items from the menu as you want. There are also many items you can additionally buy, but we really didn't even get to that. Cheese, ham, salmon platters, eggs of different kinds, oats, fruits, tea, coffee, juice - all included. The staff was very friendly, open to help. We visited during the hotel transition to Eurostars. Hotel employees were trying their best, but they saw a new system on the day, and there wasn't always someone to properly guide them. But the staff is really great, and I'm sure they will quickly figure it all out.

• Alexander (10/5): Echter Geheimtipp, schönes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage - Das Hotel hat uns beeindruckt. Es ist im Art-Deco-Stil gehalten. Es liegt nah an der U-Bahn und an einer Einkaufsstraße. In der Nähe gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants. Man kann einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es gibt kein Buffet, sondern man bestellt von der Karte. Die Auswahl ist sehr gut und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Das Zimmer war etwas kleiner und es gibt nur einen kleinen Tisch. Obwohl der Platz sehr begrenzt war, hat uns das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen und für einen Kurzurlaub war es perfekt. Sehr positiv war das bequeme Bett. Wir haben sehr gut dort geschlafen. Dieses Hotel ist ein Geheimtipp im Art-Deco-Stil.

Es ist ein bisschen magisch, genau wie in den Josefine Geschichten, die man dort lesen kann. Danke für all diese Feinheiten. Danke auch für das wunderbare Frühstück, das noch an den Tisch gebracht wird von sehr freundlichen Menschen und Danke für die Flasche Wein am Zimmer, die ich jeweils an den Abenden sehr genoss. Die Josephine is a beautifully designed hotel with a distinct 1920s style. From the entrance to the lobby - with its soft jazz playing in the background - and all the way to the rooms, there’s a clear commitment to the theme, and it’s executed exceptionally well. The breakfast is also excellent. The croissants are delicious, the bread is outstanding, and the scrambled eggs are perfectly cooked. Be warned - you might leave a little heavier than you arrived. If I stayed at Die Josephine any longer, I feel like I’d start writing plays or take up painting. It’s that kind of inspiring place. Nothing

• amy (10/5): - Our stay at Hotel Josefine was nothing short of perfect. The entire ambiance of the hotel was immersive and unique, turning our three nights into a truly special experience. Everything from the décor to the little thoughtful touches felt like stepping into a beautifully curated story. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm and attentive. One of the highlights for us was the breakfast experience. The breakfast room was simply amazing, and the way everything was presented was both beautiful and so detail-oriented. They even remembered my birthday, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. We also loved the cocktail bar on-site that, while not officially part of the hotel, felt like an extension of its charm. It was absolutely incredible and definitely added to the experience. Plus, the music channels in the room perfectly matched the vibe of the hotel, and the beds were unbelievably comfy. All in all, the hotel was spotless, conveniently located near the Tube, and truly a place we can’t recommend enough for a memorable stay in Vienna.

• Boris (9/5): - Very warm, helpful and proactive staff. Very beautiful room. Pictures give accurate impression. Truly a luxurious 1920s vibe in all aspects. Room was fairly clean, but the bathroom had a stain on the wall that was probably missed by housekeeping.

Das Personal sehr freundlich - insbesondere Milja war sehr aufmeksam und zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer fehlte leider ein Schreibtisch bzw. Schreibgelegenheit

• Peter (7/5): Kiváló helyen, egyedi szállás - Nagyon jó helyen,, a személyzet kedves volt, a szálloda egyedi hangulata, és berendezése igazán emlékezetessé teszi. A szoba csendes, az ágy kényelmes, jól lehetett pihenni. A szoba nagyon sötét volt, az ablak egy szemközti falra nézett. A szoba elég kicsi, de rövid tartózkodásnál ez nem akkora gond. Ugyanakkor hangyák voltak a szobában.
