- Shannon (10/5): - Staff were pleasant and helpful, the property location was ideal for all of the things we planned to do around Barcelona- the area itself is very walkable and around every corner was a new surprise whether a place to eat, to sit for a drink or to find some lovely music and dancing in one of the many squares. Also close to public transport for venturing further out. Our room was perfect- top floor corner with lots to see when relaxing in our room in between activities. 10/10 would stay again- our stay was absolutely magical.

The cabs can only go for so many hours down the street its on, its like there everywhere. So you may have to walk down the street from the square, or up the street from Macdonalds with your luggage. Not to hard but a likely situation you may find yourself in. The taps restaurant across the street snd up a few stores fantastic

Same for all of the Gotic Quarter. You can get dropped blocks away and have to walk in (us on arrival). Staff is excellent!!

Upon return we made our way to the hotel hours early to simply see if our luggage could be stored. The staff had a room ready and allowed us to check in. The staff was helpful with getting taxis and letting us know what is in the area.

- Alan (10/5): - The room was smaller than anticipated and you need to keep a room key in the slot to keep the AC on. The web sight shows rooms with windows. Ours had a small window facing a brick wall. But we were not in our room much. Too busy exploring the goth district. Would stay there again.
- Lloyd (10/5): - Excellent location - in the heart of the Gothic area. Easy to walk around, the metro system is fantastic, and there are more places to eat and things to do than you could fit into a year. The hotel was pristine, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient.

- Paige (4/5): - Hotel Rialto was in a convenient location great for walking to restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. The room was updated but incredibly small with a bleak view of a neighbouring building wall. Bed and pillows were rock hard, A/C was unreliable, wifi was poor and TV options limited. Great example of you get what you pay for!
- Pauline (8/5): - Located in the historic centre, only 100 metres from La Rambla. Walking distance to everything. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Only downfall is sound travels between the rooms.

- Kenny (4/5): - La atención en el lobby fue terrible llegamos nadie nos dio la bienvenida ni tan siquiera nos miraron a la cara tuvimos que decir buenas tardes como personas eduqué amas y entonces reaccionaron. Les comentamos que el aire no enfriaba y que se salía el agua por la puerta de la bañera eso fue cuando bajamos a conocer los alrededores,al regresa le preguntamos pudieron chequearlo cuál era el problema dijeron que si y al subir nos dimos cuenta que nadie había ido ,al otro día tuvimos que bajar a buscar toallas pk el agua se iba a dolor del baño hasta la habitación
