• Alison (8/5): We went as our son was running the Rome Marathon - the apartment was a perfect base for that. - Fantastic location. Spacious apartment. Easy access to local restaurants and shops. All attractions within walking distance. It was quite noisy - traffic, bin emptying in the middle of the night and people in the appartments above. Some of the kitchen appliances had seen better days. No instructions within the apartment as to how things worked or what to do with rubbish etc.
• Mhari (8/5): Perfect location, super spacious apartment. - The location was perfect! Great spacious apartment. The dishwasher and extractor fan in the kitchen need fixed, and the kettle replaced.
• Alice (9/5): Top appartement midden in Monti - De locatie is fantastisch! Middenin het bruisende Monti. Fijn appartement met alle voorzieningen. Denk eraan! Monti is een leuke en drukke wijk waar je bij dit appartement middenin zit. Je hoort dus de geluiden van de stad. Niks!

• Martine (9/5): Beautiful street, great location and huge apartment 🫶 - Spacious as it looks in the images, clean and walkable everywhere. Gorgeous street and heaps of great restaurants nearby. Great to have a washing machine. A few things didn’t work but I let them know on departure and they have sorted them out, certainly not a big deal if you’re not uptight
• Parris (8/5): Great location and apartment but so so noisy! - Both the apartment and the location were amazing. The noise! You expect noise when staying so central but the noise here was something else. I could actually hear 2 lady's conversation at the restaurant across the road like I was next to them, whilst laying in bed! We shut the windows and the shutters and it made no difference at all. And we were awoken each morning at 5am ish by the bottle collection vans. Hardly slept at all the first night!

• Eleanor (4/5): Toilet flush needs sorting - Location and size of apartment and comfortable bed, nice decor. Toilet poor to no flush, no hot in kitchen sinkor bathroom sink, lumpy pillows and uncomfortable sofas.
• Gabriela (10/5): Localização e custo benefício incríveis - Lugar muito bem localizado, realmente com um barulho maior a noite que atrapalha um pouco, porém será sempre o mal de qualquer lugar na Itália, a não ser que queira ficar longe dos centros, então por mim foi bem ok! Nós receberam com muita educação, lugar amplo, limpo, muito bem equipado, a anfitriã sempre muito acessível, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente! Eu amei, foi um 100/10! Achei um excelente custo benefício! Fica perto do coliseu e da para ir a pé em vários outros pontos como a Fontana de trevi! Fora que a própria rua já tem um bom comércio de comida e bebida! Gostei de tudo!

• Michael (5/5): - Liked the spacious rooms and air conditioning in every room. It also has a smart TV so we could watch Netflix, disney+ etc. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the photos on bookings did not match the apartment. With 3 bars and restaurants on the street, the nights were extremely noisy with loud voices and laughter and glass bottles being kicked on the cobbled street. Only one dishwasher pod was supplied but could not use it as the dishwasher door does not close. We had a small child but could not use the bathtub due to drainage issues. Overall the apartment needs some maintenance.

• fenech scicluna (8/5): Our stay was a very pleasant one - the apartment is spacious and clean - furniture needs renovation. - Spacious and in a very nice area of Rome - excellent location Since the apartment was amidst bars and restaurants, and since the bedroom windows are not double glazing - we were woken up at 5am by the garbage - besides furniture needs some renovation

Amazing restaurants on the lovely street right below the apartment and you can see the Colosseum out of the windows of the apartment! Very spacious place and would definitely consider staying here again with a family of 4. Host met us at the door to handover keys and explain everything about the apartment which was nice - she just text us on whatsapp to arrange a meeting time. Thank you for a lovely stay! Few stains on the sofas but they were covered with clean blankets. Air con went off at one point but host came to fix it the same day.
• Gavin (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect, easy to walk to most attractions , plenty of eating choices nearby and a comfy lounge area. Bathroom plumbing was an issue and the kitchen utensils were lacking.

• Jennifer (8/5): Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment near the coliseum. - Close to Coliseum in a great neighborhood with many restaurants and shops. Apartment was well decorated with lots of natural light and nice amenities. We stayed in the winter and the heat and hot water heater worked very well. The lock on the apartment door was difficult to use and it took me over five minutes of trying to unlock it before I could leave on the second day there. The drinking glasses were limited, especially for wine, with two of the glasses broken or chipped on the rim. Lastly, the coffee machine malfunctioned nearly every time I tried to brew an espresso, but this was not terrible because I did not expect to be using it as an amenity anyway.
• Alison (8/5): Lovely Spacious Apartment in Rome! - Very spacious apartment in a good location. Close to a number of bars and restaurants. The attractions of Rome 10-20 minute walk away. Host very helpful with any questions we had and arranging a transfer to and from the apartment. The only thing we did not like was the noise which we could hear in the apartment from the street outside.
• Charlotte (6/5): If I had realised the apartment was in a noisy location with two bars downstairs, I wouldn’t have booked it. Also, not b - The space and the comfy beds. It is an extremely noisy location. Traffic loud and continuous. People shouting and singing until 3am. Glass bottles being disposed of at god earthly times in the morning by the bars downstairs. Glass smashed everywhere by the door each time we came in. The shards of glass end up on the bottom of our shoes and coming into the apartment. Then glass in our feet that caused a few cuts and had to get tweezers to get the glass out from our feet. Not the best place to stay if you’re looking for any sleep. The lady Julia who took our passport details and tax money was 30 mins late, so we stood around waiting outside the door after travelling since 5.30am. She was supposed to meet us @3pm. Sadly, she wasn’t very friendly or welcoming and just ticked off all the business needs. We booked the property for the bath as I had children, but we weren’t able to use it.

• Sarah (7/5): Good option for Monti district stay - Spacious apartment in the heart of Rome's Monti district. The two bedrooms are spread out and allow for privacy. The apartment is well-equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge and washing machine. The AC units in each room are older but work well enough to take the edge off of a hot night. It was an excellent location to walk to the coliseum and other attractions. The buses and metro stops were about 10 minutes walk away. I was happy to be allowed an early check-in at 13:00. There are signs on all of the windows warning guests not to leave the windows open at night or when away from the apartment. This is because the apartment is on the first floor, just above the street below where someone could climb in through the window. As others have noted, the proximity to the street also means that there is a lot of noise coming in to the apartment, even with the windows closed. Some of it was from the busy nightlife scene, but also early in the morning you get the garbage collectors making their noisy rounds. This is an apartment managed by a company with several other apartments. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys. We didn't get a run through of how to work various appliances in the apartment, but figured most of it out. The only issue was with the hot water heater: it took until the following day to figure out that to get hot water all taps in the apartment had to be turned on to get enough pressure in the system for the boiler to turn on. The place is clean, but not spotless. The carpet could have definitely used a good vacuuming.

• Louis (8/5): Nice, spacious apartment with great sights to see within walking distance. - Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Great location. Hot water was not consistent, not enough to shower with. Windows did not keep out any of the noise, we understood it would be noisy because of the restaurants but the windows and shutters didn’t keep any of it out.
• Esteban (6/5): Good location, but subpar. - Location is great where you have the colosseum nearby + other landmarks. Also, there are shops and restaurants steps away. For the first time in the trip, WiFi was strong so I was finallly able to make a few phone calls. The host was a rude once we got there. Kindness makes the whole experience better, especially if you have someone that is paying to stay at your property. Also, the host made it a mission to get a jacket back from the apartment saying "they had no contact with the cleaning people". Very disorganized. There was also the master room that had a funky smell the whole time we were there. We could not use it and had to close the door so that smell would not escape to the rest of the house. Lastly, it was on the first floor so it was extremely noisy. You can hear everything happening outside. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this will not be your place.
