Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e o quarto foi limpo todos os dias. Ar condicionado muito barulhento. Descobri no último dia que era possível controlar a temperatura do quarto, o controle ficava "escondido" dentro da parede.

• Vaccaro (5/5): Average hostel like hotel. - Nice location. Friendly Staff. We were put in a 4th floor walk up (they told us it was an upgrade - so we decided to brave the stairs). the only upgrade was that it had another bed. But we were only 2 people - we didnt need another bed.

• Lubica (10/5): Loved it. - I was little worried about shared bathroom and toilet, but it was overall a better stay than in another NYC hotel with bathroom within room. Bathroom was always clean and free. Room was clean, even if it was small it was more than enough for two girls. Staff was very helpfull and everything was great. Love to come back and would recommend this hotel to others.

Then small sink results in water getting all over the basin. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror and faster service for morning coffee.

Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, allowing us to do most of our sightseeing on foot, which made the trip so much easier. The room was spotless, with super comfortable beds and everything very clean. Additionally, the staff deserves a special mention: everyone was always very helpful, polite, and ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again!

Great if you plan to spend all your time out. - The hotel is brilliantly located in Midtown, very close to a subway station and in a walking distance to an array of restaurants. Our room was cleaned daily and overall, we had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom and toilet offer very little privacy which some may find challenging. Hotel bar was full of ants which discouraged us from buying and food.

• YiYun (9/5): 整體來說算不錯，給人滿滿安全感住宿場所 - 廁所會有音樂哈哈哈，整體乾淨設備齊全，員工很熱心 住在二樓窗戶沒有打開的情況下仍有大麻味飄進來，窗戶隔音很差，外面嬉鬧聲及車子呼嘯而過的聲音都很明顯，上下舖的欄杆和樓梯超危險會移動的那一種

Kreveti su također udobni što smo se baš iznenadili! :) Na odličnoj poziciji između 2. i 3. Av, u blizni Starbucksa i Whole foodsa. Rooftop predobar! Wifi super radi. Osoblje jako ljubazno, a pogotovo gospodin Rafael 😊 Odlična povezanost s aerodromom LGA. Malo da su neki djelovi sobe bolje očišćeni (ispod kreveta, između klizni vrata od wca i sobe, ispod ormarića..) no ok ;)

The true heart of this hotel is the staff: the housekeeping team, the luggage storage attendants, and the common area cleaners are incredibly kind, helpful, smiling, and polite people who made my stay truly special. Beyond the wonderful human touch and hygiene, the location is excellent and the value for money is unbeatable for New York City. The washroom was equally clean and the water was always warm. The room size was somehow squeezed but adequate for a short period stay. There was some continous noise that sounded like noise from an Air Condioning system/machine.

• Sylicia (9/5): - Hotel très bien placé, proche bouche de métro et des lieux emblématiques, Time Square, Brodway.. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises en consignes le jour de notre départ pour profiter de la journée. Et n'hésitez pas monter au dernier étage, le rooftop vaut vraiment le coup, la vue est sublime. Le bruit, malheureusement la chambre est très mal insonorisé et la ventilation était aussi bruyante.
