Manca un po' di luce ed areazione in quanto i locali sono sottoposti , ma tutto sommato considerando il tempo che si trascorre in camera non si avverte nessun disagio.

• Judith (9/5): Hele fijne B&B voor een paar dagen in het mooie Milaan! - Warme ontvangst, keurige kamer met een goed bed en met 15/20 min lopen ben je in het centrum. Metro en treinstation is ook dichtbij. In de omgeving zijn diverse restaurants en een grote supermarkt. Glutenvrij ontbijt.

• Maria (10/5): Καθαρό και άνετο - Φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα αργά το βράδυ με κράτηση τελευταίας στιγμής αφού το αρχικό κατάλυμα που είχαμε κλείσει μέσω booking ήταν παγίδα και δεν υπήρχε στην πραγματικότητα. Ο κύριος Αντώνιο μας υποδέχτηκε θερμά και αφού άκουσε προσεκτικά και με ενδιαφέρον την περιπέτεια που είχαμε μας έκανε να νιώσουμε ασφάλεια. Μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι είναι διαθέσιμος για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε οποιαδήποτε ώρα.Το δωμάτιο όπως και όλος ο χώρος πεντακάθαρα με μικρές λεπτομέρειες που δείχνουν πόσο νοιάζεται για τη φιλοξενία. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολύ ωραίες επιλογές για ποτό και φαγητό.Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε όταν επισκεφτούμε την περιοχή!

• Des Turner (10/5): Wonderful stay in the best location with a great host. - The location was perfect for us, & Antonio was fantastic. He was very helpful with an early check in and lots of information about the surrounding restaurants, sites, etc. He graciously let us drop our bags very early on the check in day which was much appreciated. Very safe neighbourhood, easy walking distance to all the transport options, etc. Thank you Antonio! Nothing.

A basement room with just a skylight. Little parking available. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe- but cafe was not open until late in morning.

Excellent transportation links! Easy access to many historical beautiful places, supermarkets, the railway station. Sometimes the room gets stuffy and the only thing that saves you is the AC.

He not only sent heaps of text messages about where to eat dinner and other local attractions, he also spent lots of time with us explaining where everything is and asking if we wanted specific recommendations. The Fish being one of the restaurants he suggested was absolutely amazing. He knows what he is talking about. The property itself was spotless and we didn’t want for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

The room itself is in the basement of the building with only a small street level window so it is quite dark but this wasn’t a big problem.

• Eduard (7/5): Milan was great, but dreams get interrupted. - Everything in the room was impeccably clean, the host was very friendly (gave us lots of recommendations about nearby restaurants) and the location itself was not too bad. Since we had issue with the noise, the host was very kind to offer an alternative accommodation in a nearby hotel for our last day, but we chose to stay and hope for the best (since the move was impractical for us due to other plans). Also, it was very difficult to get taxi in Milan, so the host arranged a taxi for us on the last day. It was supposed to be a quiet place, but it really was not. We could hear people standing and talking in front of the window, neighbors above walking heavily, guests next door showering, and motorbikes buzzing by until 1 or 2 am. And only then it gets quiet. And only until early morning hours of 6 or 7 am. We don't understand why we did not find these issues mentioned in the reviews by previous guests. I guess some people are less sensitive than others.
• Mikolaj (9/5): Superb - A wonderful host, extremely helpful, who also gives very good tips, including about restaurants. The area is very nice, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are in a semi-basement, but this was not really an issue, because we closed the window anyway due to the heat, and there was air conditioning.

Antonio was great- very happy, fun, friendly as well as sending us lots of restaurant recommendations. Each day our bed was freshly made and clean and there were lots ot electrical sockets and a nice sized TV. Location wise it was excellent, a 20 min walk to the duomo (town centre) and was a very clean, quiet and safe area. Breakfast wise, Antonio sends you a voucher to use at a local cafe/ bar just a 1-2 minute walk away. There I got a cappuccino and a croissant. I do recommend staying here. Nothing at the top of my head stands out at being unenjoyable.

The room was spacious, very clean, serviced daily and had everything we needed including a small fridge and tea making facilities (no need for coffee making in the room, so many places to get coffee in Milan!). Breakfast is included (coffee and brioche) at a cafe about 100m away. Local market is held on the street each Thursday morning, very vibrant and amazing food. Our host was easily contacted for helpful suggestions. Like many hotels, we could sometimes hear the TV or loud conversations from the room next door.
