- Carla (6/5): Pleasant - The location and ease of finding parking for the car There aren't enough facilities: at the kitchen there are missing forks, spoons, cups, microwave, etc. At the wc, the Shampoo was refilled many time ago as it looks like very old. There was some clothes forgotten from other guest in one drawer. Regarding the 6 windows curtains: only one is working. There are no lights at the entrance and stairs of the building.

AVOID! - Hard to say, wonder said it was under repairs and did a last minute switch. Offered partial refund for inconvenience but never actually paid it. This was not the property we stayed at. Owner said the real place was under repair and barely provided substitute at the last minute. The new place was in a building, very dark hallways with extremely loud residents. Instead of a view of Acropolis was a view of a side street. No where close to the area planned. Not two beds as originally booked. No cleaning the entire time we were there. Promised a refund, never followed through.

I found a used condom,moulds on the wall in the bedroom awful, and moulds in the bathroom,dust and hair, and dirt toilet seat .Hand wash soap was refilled with green, and yellow,entrance and the stairs no light we using phone light to get to our room. There were no changes in bedding until we requested, no cleaning services. I had to clean myself, and we stayed 15 days The plates were very dirt and only one cheapest aluminium cooking pot was awful. There were no cutting knife or cutting board to prepare food, these were provided upon request. The hotel is next to the highway way noises day and night Air conditions in the bedroom make noise Bathroom window we had to cover with towel before we take shower, no privacy We asked for an upgrade of the room but never got any solution. The towel and sponge in the kitchen were with hair and sitting. We had ants we ask for product, which gave us empty one, we had ask again... Towels are so rough 😫 on the body and the pillows we had to go to IKEA to buy. Not a single place to hang our clothes. Sofa had one big stain Rooms were dirty The hotel says it has 9.5 and 9.2 from booking on the wall, this can't be true from our experience. We honestly didn't get the value of our money

- Ethan (5/5): Great location, good wifi, however poor quality. - I liked the location, only a 20-minute walk to the Akropolis, and enough places near by to eat food. Aircon worked very well. Wifi worked very well. The room was very dark, most of the lights did not work. The shower head did not work, I had to use the detachable head. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The floorboards were spilt. The bed was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs when trying to sleep. No cleaners came, so the smell from the bin in the bathroom was building up.

- George (8/5): Very good value! - Convenient location, only 4 bus stops from Sintagma, a short walk from the tram station and from the metro (Neos Kosmos station on the area line). Clean place. Very reasonable price. The entrance door and the door to the bathroom are really low. You have to bend to pass through regardless of how short you are! The wi-fi is very weak. I had difficulties to make Skype calls. It is a little noisy since the Syggrou Avenue is right behind it.
- Sosan (4/5): For the sake of safety just spend a little more elsewhere - It was spacious. Building entrance has smashed up glass and broken glass sticking out. Neighbourhood seems unsafe, shower was broken, tv doesn't work, kettle had mould in it, bed was uncomfortable, no room clean service or turn down offered, no in house laundry to use, smelled and was hard as a rock, toiletries only included a big bottle of handwash disguised as body wash, someone under left on the outside of the window, elevator doesn't stop on every floor so we took stairs. The owner offered to look into the shower issue but at that point it didn't matter.

- Oskar (7/5): Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and an efficient check-in process. - I appreciated the seamless, human-free check-in process. It was incredibly convenient to simply open a key case and access the room immediately. The numbering system for the apartments was a bit confusing. I would have preferred a more intuitive system, such as "001" for ground floor apartment 1 and "101" for apartment 1 on the first floor, instead of the current numbering scheme.

Even from the entrance, you could say that the building was never tidied. There was dirt all over the place. Likewise, in the apartment. Old dirt covered the tiles in the bathroom. The restroom door remained open all the time and was not functioning. Water could not flow through the sink since it was stuck.

I also liked to see the acropolis view from the room (a bit far but you definitely see it) The bed and pillows were too hard not uncomfortable at all, and I couldn't sleep well bc of the traffic noise from the highway outside. The windows were not sound proof. There was another person living next door apartment with a wooden door between us, it was also not soundproof so we could hear his phone calls and coughing. The wash room was not so fresh, we had to turn on the boiler to get warm water.

- Diane (2/5): Nightmare - good room but so difficult getting in ( I wasn’t the only one) - No breakfast included. Nightmare trying to get in-I arrived late evening and couldn’t work out how to access the key. A local hotel staff helped me Easier access or someine on the end of the phone. Also - when I finally got in the staircase lights weren’t working and it was impossible to see the numbers of the rooms ( which were not in a logical order) good job I had my phone torch

- Subin (10/5): A very pleasant stay - The staffs were very helpful in every step of the booking and arrival process. The property itself was very spacious, exactly like how it was advertised, and everything was clean. It was also very quiet/soundproof, despite being right next to the road. The lobby of the apartment did not have any working lights, even though there was a light switch. We had to use our phone flash lights each time to get to the elevator. But it wasn’t too much of a big deal because it was only a short walk. Also, the hot water only came on after 20 minutes from switching on the boiler button (there were clear instructions for this). Once again, it wasn’t a big issue but it did get a little annoying when we wanted to use hot water immediately.

The area near by is run down, if you have a buggy don’t even bother 6. Said they will give discount (partial refund) but the didn’t, even booking.com couldn’t get them to agree

- David (9/5): Huge comfortable room with beautiful view - The room has a beautiful view to the Philopappos Hill and the Parthenon. You can also enjoy the view as laying in the bathtub. The room is huge and has plenty of space. It is well equipped. The metro is about 10 minutes away by walk but you can also hop on the buses or trolley buses nearby. The staff is helpful and kind. We highly recommend this apartment.
