Notre chambre était propre, avec une clim (super avec les 30 degrés dehors), un minibar bien rempli (payant) et nous avions l'option petit déjeuner, bien copieux, au choix et service en chambre ! Concernant le bruit, aucun problème pour le bruit extérieur car un excellent double vitrage. L'isolation à l'intérieur entre les chambres n'est pas optimale en revanche. Si vous tombez sur des voisins respectueux alors aucun problème mais sinon...

She went out of her way to assist us in several outings and was overall a wonderful representation of your property! Only a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions, without all the tourist around. It was a quiet, eleven room boutique hotel with a great breakfast served in your room daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice linens and very nice toiletries. Nothing negative about this property!

• Maria (10/5): A fabulous hotel with a 5 star quality service - The location was ideal, close to major landmarks (like Fontana Di Trevi and Spanish steps-10 min walk) but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent and quite rich in variety (you choose from a long list of breakfast foods - you can choose them all if you wish!) and served in our room at a chosen morning hour (by us). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful in answering any questions about places, reservations etc. Equally important was the fact that the hotel was open 24 hours so coming back late from a night out wasn’t a problem. • HIROYUKI (9/5): - I liked that breakfast is provided as room service, starting at 7:30. The staff are friendly and kind, and the reception is open 24 hours. The hotel rooms also seem new and very clean — they may have been renovated recently. I didn’t particularly dislike anything. 7:30 can be a little late for breakfast in some situations, and you need to read the hotel’s instructions carefully to find the place since it is part of a residential building rather than a typical hotel. That said, these were not real issues for me — everything was reasonably fine.

• Nikolina (5/5): Not a good value for the money and it gives apartment vibes (not a hotel) - Location was fine but not amazing. The staff was nice! The bed was too short and I didn’t like room that much… in general it gives apartments vibe and not the hotel, especially for the price I would say I was disappointed. In general, the room was below my expectations and I was not happy with me breakfast. No buffet, you need to preorder your food and you are expected to eat in the room. Therefore selection is limited and this all gives a cheap feeling. Small portions and not vegan/vegetarian friendly…. And no prosciutto. I would skip this accommodation next time and save some money….

• Paul (10/5): Modern, quiet and clean room, friendly staff, great value for money - Simple breakfast, but we loved that the staff brings it to your room at the hour you choose. Room and bathroom were clean, and they took good care of the room (towels, bedsheets) during our 5 night stay. The location is incredible for Rome: quiet during the night and within walking distance from Trevi fountain, Termini train station and many more. Overall, it was worth it for us. The breakfast, while a decent one, could be a bit more diverse from one day to another. But don't judge the location just by this, as there are other strong positives: proximity to points of interest, quiet neighborhood, clean room.

Mi piace il sistema di colazione in camera perchè permette di risparmiare tempo. Camera standard essenziale ma funzionale, nel complesso funziona bene. Mi piace la possibilità di aprire la finestra della camera (cosa non scontata in molti hotel) e che c' è addirittura un mini balconcino. Ristoranti nelle vicinanze sono più autentici che più in centro. La camera standard e' un poʻ buia perchè dà su un cortile interno.

Great access to Rome sites and train station, felt safe area and nice restaurants locally No milk in room for tea, no coffee. Staff provided promptly on request.

• Aleksei (3/5): - Generally it's a nice place, well designed, with taste. I was staying in room 4. There was an awful noise periodically coming from some kind of a device just outside the window. Strangely, it was not there during the night, but it was there during the evening hours and also would switch on during the morning. It was not constant - it would switch on and off, seemingly randomly. This was so horrible that I could not sleep. It really poisoned my stay. I would not advise this place.
• Edile Grazielle (8/5): - É tudo novo e organizado. O Elevador que dá acesso ao predio é mto antigo(como tudo em Roma) e deu um pouco de medo, mas é um susto inicial, depois ele foi seguro.

• ISABEL (8/5): - Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, personnel très sympathique et disponible et très réactif. La chambre était très propre. La literie au top. Draps changés tous les jours et ménage fait tous les jours. Le fait que la table dans la chambre était trop petite étant donné que nous prenions notre petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas très grave mais inconfortable tout de même.

• Diana (9/5): - La habitación es muy cómoda El desayuno se sirve en la habitación y hay que seleccionar qué vas a comer el día anterior. Hasta ahí todo es muy claro. Pero de los días que estuvimos, sólo uno trajeron lo que solicitamos.
• Alejandra (10/5): Volvería - Unas instalaciones muy cómodas, limpias y super bonito! La atención de todxs lxs chicxs fue extraordinaria en cada momento y resolvieron todo lo que les consulté. Ubicación muy tranquila y cerca del centro histórico.
