La calle tiene bares y restaurantes , en nuestro caso como no hacía calor pudimos dormir con la doble ventana cerrada , pero a tener en cuenta en los meses de verano. El personal amable ,no hay ascensor y escalareras complicadas si vas con maletas grandes,a nosotros nos ayudaron con el equipaje amablemente,no tiene recepción 24 horas. El barrio donde está es viejo , sucio y ruidoso , está cambiando , hay restaurantes y tiendas modernas pero minoría. Ventaja tiene una parada de metro directa al aeropuerto a 10 minutos

Un agradable detalle lo de las dos botellas de agua y una de vino. Que no tuviera desayuno y que la ventana de la habitación no estuviera frente o cerca de la cama. Por lo demás todo correcto

- Sandor (9/5): - The room (Smeralda) was stunning. I really enjoyed the styling. Not only does it look great, it is also comfortable and plenty of room to feel relaxed and at home. Shower, bed and balcony are all great. The check in / out and other contact with owners and staff went very smoothly. The whole concept seems well thought out. It was noisy outside at night, but that was to be expected in such a central area. The soundproof windows/balcony door keeps out much of the sound though, so it is not too bad. Airco wasn't working well, but the ceiling fan did a great job instead, so I didn't miss it during my stay. But fixing it before summer would be great for the people who stay at that time :)

- BARBARA (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel right in the center of everything. - We had a wonderful stay at the Ederlezi Hotel in Athens. The location was fantastic and made it very easy to explore the city, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One thing to note is that this hotel may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility because of the stairs. However, this was not an issue for us at all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall, we highly recommend Ederlezi Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay in Athens.

There are great creative cousin restaurants at 3 minutes walking distance. The roof is a great place to relax. Friday night was extra loud due to the bar across my room. But there are two windows at both the bathroom and the bedroom. When both are closed the noise level drops significantly.

- Ilse (10/5): Leuk hotel! - Leuke locatie en rooftop natuurlijk! Jammer dat er geen akkoord is met de naastgelegen brunch-zaak om daar te ontbijten.
- Chantal (9/5): - Leuke inrichting. Lekkere bedden en een heerlijk dakterras. In het weekend merk je wel dat het uitgaansgebied is. Er ligt wel een setje oordoppen klaar. Als de ramen dicht zijn dan heb je er geen last van.

- Sjoerd (3/5): Schimmel en muffe kamer, leuke locatie en tof ingericht - De locatie is heel goed. Maar ik zou onze kamer niet nogmaals boeken. We hadden de familie kamer en het rook er behoorlijk muf, de ventilatie was erg slecht. Er zat schimmel in de kamer en het lekte. Ook was de airo niet goed in de slaapkamer zonder ventilatie. Het voelde echt niet gezond. Daarnaast werd in de dagen erna mijn telefoonnummer meerdere malen gedeeld met taxi services, terwijl ik die niet had geboekt. Toen ik ze hierover appte kreeg ik te horen dat ze dit niet hadden gedaan ‘dat zouden wel andere gasten zijn geweest’. Terwijl de drivers zelf aangaven mijn nummer van hen te hebben gekregen. Een foutje kan gebeuren, maar erover liegen vind ik niet OK.
- Sophie (9/5): Un super séjour - L’emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Dans un quartier animé avec des restos. La déco très cosy. Le confort de la literie. Le roof top Dans notre chambre que 2 toutes petites fenêtres donc l aération était pas optimum. Et peu de luminosité ce qui ne nous a pas gêné nous y étions que pour dormir.
- Joannah (10/5): We had a lovely stay! Thank you! - We stayed here twice on different occasions while visiting the other Greek Islands. It's close to all the great restaurants, super central. Communication was easy via whatsapp, Stravroula was great at helping us with anything we needed and super friendly. She helped us with all our transfers to the hotel/airport. The room was nice size and clean. The bed was really comfy too!

- judy (10/5): - We loved the neighbourhood....it felt very safe with so many delicious food options. George was just so helpful and we just absolutely loved our room. We'd been quite sick prior to arriving. This very pleasant room gave us time to heal. What a wonderful experience to wake to church bells and doves cooing, wash some clothes and wander cobbled streets.

- Emanuelle (10/5): Conforto e boa localização garantidos - Localização próximo a barzinhos e restaurantes, metrô e principais pontos turísticos. O self check in facilitou muito porque chegamos de viagem tarde e a recepção já estava fechada, mas a comunicação com a equipe foi bem clara e facilitou nossa chegada. Eles também ajudaram com o transfer na hora da saída. Isso facilitou bastante nossa estadia. Nada me desagradou. Mas o fato da recepção não ser 24h pode dificultar se você tiver algum imprevisto.

Extra luxe dat er tussendoor wordt schoongemaakt. Het dakterras is een geweldige plek om van de zon te genieten. Ja, er is wat geluid van de straat, maar dat maakt het ook wel levendig. Er is een dubbele deur en oordoppen als je er last van hebt. Een extra kussen zou fijn zijn, zodat je kan kiezen.

- Rebi (8/5): - The hotel’s location is excellent — very central and close to everything. There are many great restaurants and nice places to eat within walking distance. Our room was nicely designed and the size was comfortable. As a welcome gift, they gave us a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. There is also a beautiful rooftop area where you can relax and enjoy your time. The only downside was that our room had almost no window and didn’t get any sunlight in the mornings. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and thoughtful details.

- Chen (10/5): היה מושלם. בהחלט מקום לחזור אליו - מלון במיקום מרכזי, קרוב לכל מקומות הבילוי, הכל במרחק הליכה. סבאס בקבלה דאג לכל בקשה קטנה עם חיוך אמיתי. החדר מעוצב, נקי, גדול ויפה. חשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים בסוף השבוע יש רעש מהברים הקרובים עד השעות הקטנות. כדאי לקחת בחשבון שבמלון אין מעלית, אז כדאי לשקול טרולי ולא מזוודה

The washbasin is a little bit easy leaking waters. The shower area suggested to add some shelf or kind of thing to put clothes and towels.

Towels and water was re stocked every day as well which was amazing. The cleaning ladies were also so wonderful!!! The location was amazing as well.

- Mehmet Akif (9/5): I genuinely recommend it - The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was excellent. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The bathroom was clean, well maintained, and very functional. The mattress was a bit too soft for my preference; it could be firmer. My room also had a small window, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. This was slightly disappointing at first, but it was manageable. These were the only minor issues. Everything else was exceptional.
