• Jacqueline (3/5): - Gute Lage, schön ausgestattete Wohnung, Viel zu laut durch sie Bar unterhalb. Ab 5 uhr morgens bis halb 10 kein schlaf mehr möglich. Man spürt den Bass im Bett. Absolut keine Schallisolierung. Durch Fehler des Hotels, wurde mein Auto abgeschleppt. Es wurden zwar alle Kosten durch den Betreiber gedeckt (wohl angemerkt am nächsten Tag!) trotzdem ein No-Go. Handtücher gehören dringend erneuert.
• Giovanni (7/5): - Big appartment in the middle of the old town, close to the main attractions. Very close to the 194 bus stop that bring you up Hill to see the Castell and Saint Vito church. The Appartment Is attached to a noisy "After hours" bar and the internet signal Is very low. All the parking area Is "only resident" so be prepared to pay very expensive rates.
• Eliecer (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM - This place looks NOTHING like the pictures. The heater didn't work, and it was a very cold night. The bathroom smelled really bad. The windows were poorly sealed and there was a lot of humidity around the window frame. And the bedroom curtain was a foul-smelling dirty old rag. The spiral staircase that led to the unit is very narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. No one disclosed this vital information before, during or after making the reservation. The night we arrived we tried to get help from the property managers (before 8PM). We received an answer -not a solution- the following morning at around 10AM, basically saying that their office hours are until 6:30PM. Needless to say, we canceled our reservation and the property refused to refund the money paid even for the nights we didn't stay. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF IT IS THE LAST AVAILABLE OPTION IN PRAGUE.

Donc balcon intérieur commun et qui donne sur un bar du genre after after after bruits non stop toute la nuit. Pas de truc à douche et, une seule capsule de cafe', et t pas d Eau chaude 3 jours. Départ 10h comme ailleurs Tout le reste payant payant payant..... Mais bon... Pour une bande de jeune en goguette c'est super
• Liam (10/5): We had an amazing stay in the Fano Apartment which was clean, spacious and close to all - Arrival and reception from the host was amazing and always available via Whatsapp before arrival And during the stay. Very spacious and a great location to the Town Centre/Square. We could not access the WiFi but not a major issue as my phone network and signal was good enough when in the apartment.
• Stefano (3/5): Un vero incubo. - Solo la posizione. La casa si trova sopra un locale notturno aperto dalle 22:00 alle 08:00. Il locale è frequentato da gente discutibile che si ubriaca e urla tutta la notte nel cortile interno sotto l'appartamento rendendo IMPOSSIBILE dormire. Mi spiace molto per la ragazza che gestisce le prenotazioni che è gentile e carina ... sembrava sinceramente dispiaciuta per la situazione ... ma non ha potuto fare niente. Sconsiglio vivamente questa soluzione. Sono dovuto scappare e trovare un'altra soluzione per non passare in bianco anche la seconda notte.
• Anna (8/5): - The location was very good. All major sights were in short walking distance. The apartment was spacious. The lady at check out wasn't helpful. There was almost no hot water, we could hardly take a shower as hot water ran for 10 seconds maximum then it went cold.

Diese Unterkunft sollte von booking nicht mehr im Kontingent sein. Weiters gab es fehlende Hygiene Artikel. Die Reinigungskraft war nie da. Mussten selbst WC Papier kaufen.

Volvemos a la estancia y al ir a dormir encontramos l - SOLO UBICACIÓN EL ALOJAMIENTO NO PRESENTA UNAS CONDICIONES MÍNIMAS DE LIMPIEZA. SABANAS SUCIAS Y EN GENERAL NO ES REAL A LAS FOTOS. • Andjela (7/5): Location is the best, would definitely consider coming again, price is also good - Heating was a bit strange sometimes even tho it was on 7 (max) it wasn't heating, sometimes we had to turn the knob around a few times. Also the windows are quite old and wooden so they were getting stuck a few times.

Si la calefacción funciona, se está muy bien. El tamaño bien y dispone de prácticamente todo lo que se necesita. Muy poca iluminación en el baño.

• Svitlana Yermolaieva (10/5): - Дуже просторі та світлі апартаменти, для приготування їжі є усе, також все що е потрібне для кухні ми мали, від тарілок, сковороди, чайника до мікрохвильовки, плити, холодильника а також дуже багато дрібних кухонних речей. Дуже добре розташування апартаментів, близько центра міста. Пані з рецепції мила та привітна, ми приїхали трохи раніше від години заїзду до апартаментів, нам дали ключи і провели до номеру. Дякуємо Вам за побит, будемо Вас рекомендувати. Все було чудово

• Djordjevic (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es ganz ok. - Sehr gute Lage. Es gab eine Rezeption mit netter Bedienung. Meine Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet über WhatsApp oder booking. Parkplatz wurde auch organisiert. Der Boden war sehr laut. Im Innenhof waren Leute am trinken und die waren auch sehr laut. Die Betten waren nicht gerade gemütlich.
• pe (8/5): - Το κτήριο ουσιαστικά ειναι ενα παλιο μασονικό αρχοντικό, σαν ενα μικρό παλάτι. Το έχουν πολυ καλοδιατηρημενο αλλα η καθαριότητα σε εμάς τουλάχιστον δεν ηταν και η καλύτερη. Βέβαια με το που τους ενημέρωσα την ρεσεψιόν με βοήθησε άμεσα και την ευχαριστώ πολυ . Το μπανιο ηταν καθαρό αλλα η κρεβατοκάμαρα τα σεντονια ηταν σαν να μην είχαν αλλαχτεί απο τους προηγούμενους( ειχαν τριχες μαυρες ενω η καθαριστρια ειναι ξανθια και ειχε κιτρινους λεκεδες ).
• Caroline (1/5): Ma pire expérience en appart hotel - L emplacement uniquement Le descriptif erroné de l appartement qui indiquait 2 canapés lit dans le salon alors qu il y avait juste un lit 1 place en plus dans la chambre et pas de salon uniquement la cuisine avec une table Le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir en me disant que c'est l'appartement que j'ai réservé, oui effectivement sauf que les équipements ne correspondent pas à l'annonce Et surtout à fuir si vous espérez dormir ou vous reposer, les appartements donnent sur une cour intérieure qui est un bar de nuit en plein air avec bruits chants cris et musique jusqu à 9h du matin! L'appartement n'est pas insonorisé il y a même un jour de 2 cm sur toute la largeur de la porte Pas possible de dormir, juste envie de partir de là j'aurais dû prendre en compte les nombreux avis qui le mentionne

• Cristina (3/5): FATAL - La ubicación es muy céntrica. Las camas son partes de un sofá, literalmente colchonetas duras. La pared tenía humedades y las almohadas aparecían mojadas. Las fotos no se parecen en nada a lo que ofrecen. La verdad es que nada recomendable.
• Marshall (4/5): Good room size and location, terrible cleanliness and too noisy to sleep 1am-7am - Very conveniently located, a short walk from the Old Town, spacious rooms. Property is not soundproofed like advertised, is situated above a bar that is incredibly loud between 1am-7am. Cutlery was dirty, cups were dirty, oven was filthy like it’s never been cleaned, lacking basic kitchen equipment such as an oven tray, oven mittens, TV does not turn on, no heating.

• Helen (5/5): It was nice, but night club below is too much. - Location is great. Apartment is nice and clean. They have a nightclub below the apartments which is not mentioned anywhere in the property description. The worst thing is that the club has a terrace in the shared yard and it is very loud because everything echoes. One night I was forced to call the police because we couldn't sleep, we were woken up by drunks shouting. Then the girl who showed us the apartment didn't know how the heating works but she kept talking nonsense and she took money from us for turist tax that we already paid with booking. So we paid it twice.

• Dirga (10/5): - Great spot near the old square and walking distance to the tram stops. The rooms are sound proof, at least ours was. This is important as there is a bar down stairs the gets loud between 12pm to 9am when they close. So just be aware of that. Very nice place and area though

• Flynn (5/5): Good location but not the best room - Location was good and it was spacious The bar under was very loud only from the hours of 5 am to 8 am, the bed was very hard, and the bathroom was not very nice (shower would not drain properly and stained)

• valerie (6/5): - L’emplacement en hyper centre de Prague. On était à proximité de tout. Tout le cœur historique est facile à pieds. L’appartement était spacieux. Il y a avait du bruit la nuit provenant du bar en dessous. La télé ne fonctionnait pas alors qu’on nous avait assuré le contraire. Après une journée fatigante, on aurait apprécié pouvoir se détendre devant la télé.

• Renáta (3/5): - Pěkně zařízený apartmán Ubytování se nachází přímo nad hospodou ,která má provoz od 22.00 do dopoledne a vůbec se nedalo spát. Myslím, že klienti by na to měli být upozorněni.

• Christiane (7/5): So schön, aber leider zu hellhörig. - Unsere Wohnung war eine sehr geräumige renovierte Zweizimmer Altbauwohnung, die sehr schön eingerichtet war und sehr praktisch gelegen. Alles ist im Zentrum fussläufig. Die Küche hatte die nötige Basisausstattung für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Bad war modern. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer waren in einem Raum, aber trotzdem gemütlich. In der Beschreibung steht schallisoliert. Leider trifft dies nicht auf die Tür zu. Nachts haben die Kneipenbesucher im Innenhof gesessen. Der Krach wird nach oben in die Wohnung getragen. Wenn die Kneipentür zum Innenhof offen steht, ist die Musik extrem ruhestörend. Die Kneipe schliesst erst um 9.00 Uhr morgens. Leider ein grosser Nachteil, da die Wohnung wirklich schön ist und die Lage absolut zentral.

• Dörte (6/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, war sauber und ruhig. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und die Küche nur spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gab leider nur einen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, so dass es schwierig war, getrennt die Stadt zu erkunden

• Giuseppe (8/5): - Ottima posizione per girare tranquillamente il centro di Praga a piedi. Doppi infissi utili per isolamento acustico. Personale gentile e disponibile. Appartamento molto spazioso e dotato del necessario per un comodo soggiorno. La presenza sottocasa di una birreria con orari solo notturni, apre alle 22 fino a mattina tardi, con tavoli nell'atrio interno dove è necessario passare per accedere all'appartamento, potrebbe infastidire. I doppi infissi aiutano a sentire meno il chiasso, ma servirebbe anche una porta d'ingresso con buona capacita di isolamento acustico.

• Chiara (8/5): The apartment is spacious, generally clean, and well equipped. Its central location is perfect for exploring Prague. • Charmaine (6/5): - The location was perfect. Close to most of all popular location, bus/tram stop, restaurant and shops. Entrance of the property, did not expect it was different from the photo.The people noise and loud music, loud voices chatting downstairs every early morning outside our apartment, because of the pub underneath which is open from 9pm to 9am. It was very disturbing. I am also disappointed because of the broken television, reported to Varvara. However, told us someone will have a look at it Monday, though our checkout was a Sunday. ☹️☹️☹️

• katia (1/5): Pessimo non lo consiglio - Struttura sopra un bar molto rumoroso dalle 4del mattino Camera n4 con accesso tramite scala a chiocciola molto difficoltoso e non descritta dalla struttura .nessun prodotto per la pulizia di nessun genere , prodotti bagno non presenti mentre nell'offerta erano descritti piano cottura inesistente,n.3asciugamani per 4 giorni nessun cambio come pure lo strofinaccio cucina,ragnatele copri letti sporchi secondo letto lungo un metro e cinquanta con doppi materassini e rumoroso e cuscini in entrambi i letti deformati impossibile usarli.potri continuare ma preferisco di no

• RYSZARD (3/5): Lokalizacja wspaniała ale lepiej nie otwierac okien i mieć zatyczki do uszu - Lokalizacja, wielkość pokoju Brak parkingu hotelowego mimo tego ze zapewniano nas w ofercie że jest. Był tylko parking miejski z niepewnymi miejscami i wysoką cena za pobyt. Pub nocny na podwórzu w hotelu gdzie wychodziła od nas jedna część okien ( imprezy zaczynały się co dziennie w różnych godzinach najwcześniej od 24 do 9 rano ale i trochę później od 1 , 2 itp. ) druga wychodziła na głośną ulicę której "dźwiękowe efekty" dodatkowo zwiększała głośność gości pubu przed wejściem a więc dokładnie pod naszymi oknami. Debaty te odbywały się co dziennie od 24 godziny w nocy do do godziny 9- 10 rano. Niezbyt schludne wejście do obiektu z bardzo niską furtką.
• Mikel (6/5): Lástima los borrachos que no te dejan dormir por la noche - El tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación La habitación de a un patio interior en donde hay unas mesas y sombrillas. Pertenecen a un bar de noche y desde las 0:00 de la noche hasta las 8:30 de la mañana, hay borrachos fuera cantando, gritando y no se puede descansar. Es una pena porque la ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento está genial.

• Simon (8/5): Für junge Leute perfekt. Gleich in der nähe sehr viele Bars. - Sehr gute Lage. Sehr große Wohnung. Ein wenig Laut weil eine Bar unter der Wohnung ist.

• Fennych (1/5): Эти аппартаменты -сплошной обман!!!!! - Апартаменты находятся прямо над ночным баром, окна выходят во внутренний двор со столиками и шумными компаниями. С 22:00 до 09:00 — громкая музыка и крики. При закрытых окнах всё слышно, но при этом ещё и душно, спать невозможно. Ребёнок просыпался среди ночи в слезах. Внутри грязно ,телевизор не работал! Эти апартаменты — сплошной обман! Вместо обещанного комфортного отдыха — грязь, неисправности и ночной кошмар. Категорически не рекомендую! The apartment is located directly above a night bar, with windows facing an inner courtyard full of tables and noisy crowds. From 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. there is loud music and shouting. Even with windows closed, the noise is unbearable — and at the same time it becomes hot and stuffy inside, impossible to sleep. Our child woke up in tears in the middle of the night. The place was dirty, the TV didn’t work! These apartments are a complete fraud! Instead of the promised comfortable stay, we got dirt, broken appliances, and sleepless nights. Absolutely not recommended!
