• Lucrezia (8/5): In generale è stato piacevole, una struttura che mi sento di consigliare - La posizione è il punto forte, via tranquilla e a pochissimi passi da piazza del popolo, veramente posizione da 10. In generale il rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta, la casa era pulita e arredata bene. L’unica cosa è che sarebbe carino trovare qualcosa nel frigo magari una semplice bottiglia d’acqua e qualche tè o tisana; in più consiglierei allo staff di sistemare i dettagli (alcune cose rotte, sbeccate, vecchie) che come sempre fanno la differenza. La cosa più assurda è che mentre eravamo fuori casa ci hanno chiesto se poteva venire un tecnico a sistemare una cosa (non fondamentale) di domenica sera, questa cosa ci ha spaventato e messo a disagio, vi consiglio di far venire i tecnici (a meno che su richiesta del cliente o in casi particolari) quando le persone sono in casa o quando la casa non è affittata.
• Georgina (8/5): Overall the apartment is great except for the door issue. - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. Location is great, most historic attractions are easily reached through public transportation or by walking. We have an issue with the front door, the door key is not working have to use the link on the phone to open the door. Tried to text and call for help but did not get an answer until the next morning.

• Lorena_Ramírez (7/5): - Ubicación ideal, éramos un grupo de siete personas y estuvimos bien. Se hizo difícil abrir las puertas muchas veces ya que el link no funcionaba, cocina poco equipada.. Los armarios muy descuidados.

• Lucia (8/5): Nel complesso l appartamento è nuovo e accogliente e le camere da letto sono molto spaziose. - La colazione ce la siamo preparati noi. La posizione molto buona, il pullman ci ha lasciati praticamente davanti alla struttura. Un po' striminzito il kit nei bagni. La mancanza di una macchina da caffè.

• YANN (6/5): Rien d‘exceptionnel à part la localisation. - La localisation. Logement spacieux. Radiateurs qui chauffent en permanence. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres. Pas de robinet pour fermer les radiateurs. Obligé de faire fonctionner la climatisation en même temps que le chauffage… Logement pas propre. Des draps sales et tachés, des miettes au sol, pommeau de douche cassé. Pas de produit d’entretien pour la vaisselle notamment, pas de savon, shampoing… c’était noté mais c’est dommage. Logement prévu pour 8 personnes mais seulement 4 chaises. L’hôte nous fait payer des frais supplémentaires pour une arrivée tardive alors que personne nous accueille. Ouverture avec serrure connecté qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps. De plus, l’hôte nous confirme pendant une journée entière que l’agent d’entretien a déposé un jeu de clé de secours sur la table… au final, après avoir insisté, l’hôte est gentiment venu nous en amener un dans la soirée.

• Breton (1/5): - Posizione buona, anche se la zona un po' buia. Apartamento molto sporco, aria condizionata che non funzionavano con un caldo terribile, asciugamani sporchi, in oltre mettendoci al letto abbiamo sentito prurito, la porta che non si apriva, siamo rimasti chiusi per piu di un'ora, con mio nipote con attacco di ansia, abbiamo chiamato, è la Signa ci disse che era un portone vecchio e ci voleva la forza, non è arrivato nessuno, la chiave di tanto forzare si rompe (non dentro la porta, per fortuna) e la signora mi chiede 50€ per i danni, dopo una sperienza del gene, pagando 450€ due notti in luogo sporco e per niente confortevole. comunque quello che si può chiamare un soggiorno da incubo.

• Mariagrazia (5/5): - Posizione Appartamento, arredi, struttura dell’appartamento poco manutenuta e con molti elementi rotti. Porta di ingresso bloccata per via di un impedimento strutturale, impossibile aprirla senza spingere con moltissima forza, maniglie delle porte che si staccano, cassetti rotti, macchie di umido e muffa sui muri, pareti sporche. Inadeguata la fornitura di stoviglie anche se dietro richiesta sono state velocemente messe a disposizione. Se dovessi dare una definizione direi che l’appartamento è un po’ fatiscente, non rispecchia le foto pubblicate e decisamente non adeguato al costo!

• ISABEL MARIA (7/5): Mejorable en cuanto a servicios del alojamiento pero muy bien situado - La ubicación es el único punto a favor de este alojamiento, muy cerca de la Vía del Corso No me gustó el baño, salía muy poca agua y mal regulada de temperatura, además faltaban cosas esenciales como gel, únicamente había dos rollos de papel higiénico y la limpieza en general era deficiente. Además pedí una cuna la cual no tenía colchón y a pesar de pagar 15 euros no pudimos hacer uso de ella
• Joseph (4/5): Staff were great but the property really needs some work and some money spent to justify its price tag. - Great Location and the staff were beyond helpful. The so called imperial suite is sparsely furnished and extremely old, understand that some things are old it is Rome after all, but a non working washer in the kitchen and barely enough hot water for 2 showers per day is not good enough for the price paid for the imperial suite.
• Sarah (1/5): Terrible! Two leaks and damaged items with no remorse from the company to make things right - Was clean I don’t like from the moment we arrive was difficult. Was not able to get into the property with the instructions given and then locals that live at the property yelling at us to leave and that we didn’t belong there. Then one nice but twice had a/c units leak. First time all over very my belongs with brown condensation. There was a washer there but we were told we couldn’t use it because it was not working properly. So had to go to a laundromat to try and save my items. With no intention of doing laundry while on vacation. Our last night the living room a/c leak all over the children’s pillows and there couch. Sent video and picture LF’s, no responds from the property on this occasion. So afterward trying to work out some type of compensation for my damage items and the fact I had to ruin part of my stay to save my items. As you’ll see in the conversation first stated they would do only 10% which never once meant about my items damaged. So I re-email asking about the damaged items. Then turns around and then states after further consideration they will now offer nothing!!!would recommend anything to do with this company clearly do not care to take ownership of anything.
• Tinesha (2/5): Good location but VERY DIRTY. Not maintained. . Blood on sink, hair on shower, everything dirty. - Great location Cleanliness and maintenance of the facility was seriously lacking and unsanitary.
• Bronwyn (7/5): Conveniently located, large apartment in Rome - The apartment was located close to the river and Via del Corso. The bedrooms were large and had nice views. The hot water supply in the shower was poor and it would have been beneficial to be able to use the washing machine. The house number is 25 (not 19 as shown in the pre-arrival information) which made things a bit challenging on arrival.
• Odeta (8/5): All in all it was a great stay and would repeat it again - Excellent location, enough space for all, very authentic house, elevator, 2 bathrooms, dark in the rooms Bad smell in the kitchen / bathroom area, noise from the street, would have loved separate sheets for all and not one for two people

• Tina (10/5): - Apartment is in a great location - walkable to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican etc. Lots of good dining options - try Pizza Re! Lots of good shopping in area. Staff was easy to communicate with and Elia was so sweet and helpful! A good place to stay in Rome.

• Don (7/5): Older apartment but good for a large group - the apartment was older… but the price was right. very spacious and adequate for our needs. having 3 separate bedrooms was great for our party of 5 people. the location was very good, walking distance to restaurants, bus, metro. unfortunately the hot water was not working so well… however, world aparts did reimburse us… I want to thank Marco the company rep for assisting us. otherwise my rating / review would not have been so nice ;) make sure they fix the hot water heater:)

• Paul (5/5): Passable - overall the accomodation did not meet our expectations. the first night we had problems with the heating system which started to work after they came to clean the filters. in one of the bedroom it didn’t work anyway. we asked for some blankets which they brought right away.
