• Eva (8/5): - Krásná terasa s výhleden na Sarande a moře orientovaná na severní stranu. Pozdější check out nebyl problém. Milí hostitelé! Celkově vybavení by sneslo trochu péče, nejlepší léta už má za sebou a i vybavení kuchyně by potřebovalo obnovit.

• Guest (3/5): Money driven people / - We were in the month of 7-9 October 2025. Cleanliness 9/10 I am talking about the 3rd floor room number 6. I requested before arrival to know if the Air Conditioner was working , they answered me yes. When I arrived there was no air conditioner or any kind of heater inside the sleeping room. Just one in the living room. We were 4 , 2 slept in the living room and me and my wife in the sleeping room. During day time it was warm but during night the temperature dropped to 6 degrees Celsius. Not having an air conditioner I decided to look for another hotel room. I left the next day. The host was very cold in my requests , no hello very cold approach which I wouldn’t care if everything was alright. He didn’t even care to tell me that there was no air conditioner in the sleeping room ! I will definitely never go back to their apartment eventhough the price is cheap.

• Caro (9/5): - Schönes, sauberes Apartment mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Zu Fuß läuft man 3 Minuten zu einem kleinen Strand. Man ist ein wenig außerhalb von Sarandë und abseits vom Verkehr. Vom Balkon aus, hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

• Pinotti (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! La casa è molto grande, pulitissima e con una vista sul mare davvero mozzafiato. A soli 5 minuti a piedi si trova una bellissima spiaggia, dove con 10 euro si può avere un ombrellone e due lettini: davvero perfetto per rilassarsi in totale comodità. I proprietari sono persone fantastiche: vivono in Italia quindi la comunicazione è stata semplice e immediata. Sempre gentilissimi e disponibili in qualsiasi momento, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliatissimo!

• Małgorzata (9/5): Superb - Very pretty view and two balconies with one fro the bedroom!!! (sea view room) truly hospitalable owners shared some washing machine powder & softener!!!! Thank you :) absolutely adorable teenage daughter of the owners speaking native English:) very pleasant 2 day stay!!! The kitchen is slightly missing appliances like knives and coffee cups but I'm sure it will be provided when the season starts. It is a very large kitchen, with fridge, cooking stive, big table for at least 4. We visited first week of May and I'm certain that during the season it's fully equipped additionally I'm sure you could ask. We didn't as we already asked for the washing supplies 😊
• Yuliia (10/5): Great location if you come by your own car! - The location is excellent for those who want to relax in a quiet area with incredible views. The beach is located very close - about 5 minutes on foot. The owners are friendly and happy to help, as well as friendly people living nearby - children were often treated to various fruits and tomatoes :) There is a small shop 50 m away. The apartments are well-maintained, with incredible views of the sea and illuminated Sarandë at night. Sarandë is just over 1 km away, where you can already visit the first supermarket. It is also worth visiting the resort town of Ksamil, on the way to which you can also stop at the fish market to grill fish. The pebble beach is nearby, so aqua shoes should be bought for small children or adults. The sea is incredibly clean, half of the days since our holiday there were waves. There are also a variety of beaches nearby, including Mirror Beach, which is also worth a visit.

• Annarita (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts are great. The apartments are fully furnished with all needed appliances and very clean. There's a mini market just a few meters from the house and a beach at a five minute walk. The house is one hour walking from Saranda, a car is needed to move around but there's a lot of rental places just outside Saranda's port.
