- Katarzyna (8/5): - Lokalizacja i obsługa właściciela super

- Eugeniusz (10/5): Dziękuję za czas kiedy mogłem wypoczywać w Waszym apartamencie. - Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Wszelkie udogodnienia. Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Nic nie trzeba poprawiać.
- Amanda (6/5): Great location for exploring across Rome. - Lots of space and well located to explore Rome. The air con units were not standard units and did not function properly. Had I have known that these units were not the standard units, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. It was very hot and stuffy in the apartment.
- Ivey (1/5): Disgusting. We moved within a couple hours of arriving and asked for a refund. - N/A Floor was wet when we arrived - just wiped. Placed smelled stale. Rubbish was in the bins. Towels were torn. Bed sheets were discolored. Toilet was running. We called and asked for a refund.
- Giedre (7/5): Good -
- Aina (5/5): Family vacation - That it was very central :) However, before your arrival you hva to fill out an application to give them the information on when u arrive which is fine, that makes the check in much smoother, however we arrived at 12 o’clock, but we couldn’t check in before 15 o’clock which is fine, but when we arrived at 15:10 to go in there was a lot of issues - first because there was only check in from 15:00 we walked around in Rome and did some sighting to kill time which is totally fine because you’re already informed about this, but during our sightseeing my phone died, so when the time finally arrived for check in (we arrived at 15:10 and had check in at 15:00) we had to call from another phone and one of the travellers (whom was also on the check in list we had to fill before arrival) spoke Italian so I gave the phone to him so he could speak in Italian with the reception (I though that would be easier for them as well) but the employee got so rude and non cooperating when I as well tried to explain that my phone is dead and that’s why we are calling from a different number (I understand that there’s security reasons to why they could’ve gotten a litte stressed because of this) I also tried to explain that my phone is dead because we have been waiting for so long and that’s why we are calling from another phone number — they eventually opened the door for us so we could do in.
However when we went inside we were meet with another sight ( the cleaning staff wasn’t done cleaning {latest check out is at 10:30 and we arrived at 15:10}) so we stood almost an hour waiting to do in and put our luggage in the rooms so we didn’t have to drag them along, and when we finally got to enter the apartment it wasn’t properly cleaned (one of the toilets smelled like pee) there was some damage to the walls, and the blanket had blood stains on them (I also think it’s time to change the beds).
- Bharat (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wenshuo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stracciatellashine (10/5): Thanks - Very close walking to the Coliseum My kids had bites in their legs, maybe you can double check for bed bugs or other insects, since is a place that a lot of pple had stayed.
- Teresa (8/5): Good place to stay with walking distance for food and activities. - Good location, enough beds for our group. Only one air conditioner worked good in one room the rest of the place was warm.
- Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bader (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christopher (6/5): - Overall our stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to the Colosseum and to the metro / Termini station. The apartment itself was ok, with plenty of space for the five of us. It is a little tired and could perhaps use a bit of modernisation. On the whole we had a good stay
- Yvonne (7/5): perfect location for last minute overnight stay - excellent location - so close to many sights. the instructions were very clear and the host was quick to respond to queries. the property had big rooms and bright the a/c units were noisy, even on sleep mode
there was mold in bathroom ceiling (bathroom near front door) - easily fixed
cobwebs near ceiling of room near the front door - easily fixed
- Richard (6/5): - Large and spacious suitable for groups. Was pretty clean too. However the apartment is in the basement with no lift. Pictures look nice and airy, definitely set up! Kitchen, dining area and both bathrooms are in the basement side of the apartment so there was mould on the bathroom ceilings and doors are warped from damp. On arrival you can smell damp from lack of ventilation. Bedrooms however do have natural light. Check in was over-complicated and charged for late check in even though its the same contactless entry with the app as daytime arrivals. Lack of utensils in the kitchen and microwave was dirty with no plate, didn't use! There was only one tea towel to last a 4 day trip. The bins must be taken to a communal drop off area which is a 10 minute walk away. Beds and upholstery in dire need of updating or at least cleaning. Mattress very uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy like they'd been in the washing machine. Some loose wall sockets, not great for the kids. The wifi is patchy as well. It just felt very dark and dingy and I feel they supplied the absolute bare minimum of what they could get away with and not even in the best condition.
- Jora (9/5): Superb -
- Rebeka (10/5): Amazing - It was amazing place ehere i can relax. Everything was really good.
- Jessica (8/5): Very good - great location the pillows
- Francisco (8/5): Cheap, but not very memorable - Large place, big enough for ten people, kitchen, fridge etc, its almost more of an airbnb, so great value for the money its in the basement, no elevator, no natural light along one length of the place, no outdoor area, the decor is sparse and not very pretty. It's basically a 3 bedroom 2 bath flat that has beds in it.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Near to the metro, near to colosseum, great location Everything was great
- Paola (8/5): Very good -
- Charlotte (7/5): Good -
- Ronny (9/5): Superb - Good location No housekepping
- Xinzhu (1/5): Bad -
- Masoumeh (7/5): Good -
- Andreea (7/5): fair - very well situated near almost every place in center of the Rome, Rossella was very helpful with the accommodation. in a bad need of a painting, lots of stuff left in the apartment like boxes, painting buckets, internet and cable sockets out of the wall, the sofa bed really uncomfortable, very noisy as well
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, great apartment perfect for my little family to stay, plenty of room, very comfy beds I wouldn't say 'what didn't you like' but the only down fall was as I have a young family carrying the pram down the stairs
- Sonia (7/5): good stay, good location - location was good, price ok, interesting to note that there’s no one on site, check in done online with very good instructions, so you need to have good internet connection. needs a bit of refreshing, not sure if it was cleaned very well.
- Allia (5/5): good location for tourist sites and size but lacks everything else - location was brilliant
host was very good, helpful and efficient on responding to queries via message only
attempt at being a modern styled apartment
3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and dining room/kitchen
tv’s in two bedrooms only the apartment is in the basement ! those with mobility issues be aware it’s down quite a few spiral steps - if I wasn’t in a group it felt a little unsafe
overcomplicated checkin - if your flight is later you pay an extra fee but I don’t see why as it’s self checkin and your sent a link! no one is going out of there way to check you in!
it’s very noisy outside - tbh it’s acceptable as it’s in a busy part of rome but other residents close by can get noisy - there is a school
directly across the street and on the first morning I was awoken early to the sounds of a kids outdoor dance class!
the communal areas are rundown and the whole apartment although clean needs a full update and painting. it lacks some basic facilities and unfortunately lots of areas left unfinished ie paint tubs and unopened boxes in the apartment just covered with cloth - scuffs all over walls and loose sockets surely if they knew guests are coming these should be completed first!
checkout 10.30 - fair but cleaners arrived a little early literally waiting at the door for you to get out !
you can store your luggage if your flight is later than checkout which is very nice - at the sister apartment - no 68- which is much nicer and more modern but it’s in a building under construction too -lift not working at time we went so you have to carry your luggage to the fourth floor!
when we asked about some of the facilities the host was quite blunt and seemed more preoccupied on her phone and just said you don’t need to book then do you ! noted - but very blunt attitude if your in the hospitality industry .. it’s nice to be nice!
overall 5 out of 10
- Rebecca (5/5): would be really nice if they put some money into painting it - we liked having the separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. we had quite the experience when we first got there with the caretaker having his bag taken by our Uber driver. we helped him get it back but took up the first couple of hours of our trip. the place was not clean when we got there, there was food on the chairs in the kitchen, the soap and things were empty packages and not refilled. the entire place needs a paint as you can see the mildew and mold on the walls from the humidity and just general scratches and gouge’s out of the walls.
- Lima (9/5): Superb -
