• JimmiWinther (3/5): Ikke godt - Beliggenheden Lejlighedens stand. Den var meget slidt. Specielt badeværelset var en katastrofe. Der manglede en masse service, mulighed for selv at gøre rent og vaske op, og komfuret var ødelagt, så kun 2 kogeplader var brugbare. Badeværelset blev oversvømmet ved selv det hurtigste bad. Der mangler instruktioner. Vi manglede varmt vand i 2 dage, og det viste sig, at det bare var en kontakt i stuen, der var slået fra. Hvem havde gættet det? Personalet var længe om at svare på det, og min første besked vedr. problemet blev helt ignoreret. Jeg nåede selv at løse problemet efter flere timers fejlsøgning, så da personalet endelig svarede, havde jeg brugt en del af min ferie på at arbejde.
• Nadiia (3/5): - The location of the apartment is great Honestly, the photos on the website are very different from what you see in reality. The rooms are dark, the walls are dirty, and the sink drains poorly. All the furniture is quite old and clearly damaged, and the floor at the entrance to the bathroom is also damaged. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with children. There is basically no sound insulation — at 6:30 a.m. you can clearly hear the neighbors walking upstairs. There are also no dishwashing supplies provided. For this price, it is unfortunately a complete disappointment.

Pán, ktorý nás privítal bol velmi milý. S apartmanom sme neboli spokojny. Museli sme riesit veci ake sme snad nikdy neriesili. Bojler ,kurenie ,rozbity gauč , ktory sme vlasnte nesmeli ani pouzit , furt potopa v kupelni
• Alejandro (3/5): - Estuvimos sin agua caliente ni calefacción en enero porque estaba rota la caldera y cuando podían venir a arreglarla teníamos que dejar ya el alojamiento. Cama excesivamente blanda, se habían olvidado de dejar papel higiénico en la casa el primer día y había una tabla del suelo rota antes de entrar al baño un poco peligrosa. Por contra atención al cliente muy atentos trayendo el papel al día siguiente e intentando solucionar lo de la caldera fuera del horario laboral. Cocina y baño bien equipados aunque algo antiguos ya. Buena ubicación en el trastevere.

Total heruntergerockte Ausstattung (Gästebett mit gebrochenen Gestell, total durchgelegene Matratzen, abgeranzte Stühle, lose Bodenteile, Schimmel an mehreren Stellen im Bad). Seltsame Zahlungsabwicklung über einen Drittanbieter und anschließender Stornomeldung. Unfreundliches und anmaßenden Serviceteam. Die Unterkunft schaut auf den Bildern gut aus, aber diese scheinen schon ein paar Jahre her sein und hat aufgrund der tollen Lage sicher Potential aber der aktuelle Zustand rechtfertigt die derzeitige Preisstellung nicht im geringsten.

• TatianaDippolito (7/5): - La posizione era perfetta, personalmente adoro Trastevere come quartiere ogni volta che mi fermo a Roma. L’appartamento era spazioso, comodo e funzionale. Pulizia buona. Letto molto comodo, diversi armadi a disposizione per l’uso. Avevo già letto dei disagi per quanto riguardasse il bagno, che decisamente ha bisogno di alcune accortezze in più. Sarebbe utile avere asciugamani extra, dato che tende ad allagarsi facilmente, nonostante ci fossimo impegnati a non fare un disastro. Doccino, doccia o vasca da bagno che si voglia utilizzare, in ogni caso fuoriesce l’acqua da tutte le parti, e il parquet in camera non è una buona idea, dato questo malfunzionamento della vasca/doccia. Se si trovasse una soluzione a questo disagio, l’appartamento sarebbe da 10.

• Fabrizio (4/5): - tutto molto facile casa totalmente priva dei minimi accessori base: Acqua, Bagnoschiuma, Shampoo. Pareti luride, materasso scomodissimo (più di tutto vecchio e con la forma di chi ci ha dormito anni). Capisco la dicitura "casa Vacanza" ma andrebbe scritto con maggiore chiarezza. Se la prenoti per una sera, come nel mio caso, ti ritrovi a dover scendere e cercare acqua, caffè etc... la casa in se per se è molto carina, posizione molto suggestiva, ma a quel prezzo mi sembra che uno sforzo l'host lo possa fare. basta poco. pagamento facile, gestione delle chiavi semplice.
• Marianne (5/5): Weekendtur i Rom, perfekt beliggenhed i Trastevere, men en noget slidt lejlighed. - Beliggenheden En slidt lejlighed, en sovesofa som havde en kløft i midten, så vores barnebarn der sov der lå temmelig dårligt. På badeværelset var der vand overalt på gulvet når vi gik i bad. Det var svært at åbne lågerne på garderobeskabet, og ligeledes køkkenskabene. Lejligheden bar præg af at trænge til en kærlig hånd. Der var både vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine i lejligheden, men de måtte ikke benyttes.
• Bridie (6/5): Good location but wouldn’t come back with young children and definitely not without the sofa bed being replaced - Excellent location. The team that look after the property were very responsive to communicate with and gave clear instructions for check in, and very graciously allowed us to check in a little early which was an absolute blessing when travelling with two small children. Good air conditioning although fiddly to turn on - have to read check in instructions carefully. If you have young children, it’s probably not the safest apartment. Lots of things you have to watch out for but wouldn’t be a problem for older children and adults. The walk up the stairs is also quite difficult with luggage and a stroller so be prepared for that. The sofa bed was by far the worst we’ve encountered throughout our trip (1 month in Europe, so plenty to compare against - and we have low expectations for sofa beds ). The second you lay or sit on it, it completely sinks into the middle and is borderline unsafe, much less able to be slept on. It needs replacing completely. The main bed also sinks down a fair bit but is at least reasonably comfortable to sleep on unlike the sofa bed. The shower wasn’t the safest, and our 3 year old slipped over and banged his head. Water goes all over the bathroom floor too, so we just avoided showering after the first night. Found it quite annoying that although there’s washing machine in the apartment it’s not available for use during your stay. The noise from people walking around in the apartment directly above is very loud and sounds like someone is actually walking through your apartment which was quite startling in middle of the night.
• Yannick (6/5): Bien situé et propre, mais pourrait être mieux - Très bonne emplacement près de la vie de Trastevere et à distance de marche des différents attraits de Rome. Appartement propre et bien climatisé. L'équipement de base est très déficient. La machine à café n'était pas fonctionnel voir même "dégoutante". Même si c'était indiqué au préalable, l'hôte ne fourni aucun kit de base pour faire la vaisselles et absolument aucun extra pour la literie et serviette de douche. Les deux matelas étaient terribles. Le divan-lit était défoncé et le lit était complètement affaissé. On aurait dit qu'une personne de 200 kg y avait dormie un mois durant et qu'on son corp était resté imprégné dans le matelas. Le robinet d'évier coule n'importe comment.
• Kelly (7/5): We very much appreciated the location of this apartment for our visit to Rome, we were able to easily access all that we - The location was fabulous. Right in the heart of Trastevere, but still very quiet. The AC kept us cool at night! The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping in (even for our young children). The mattress was thin and the frame sunk deep towards the ground. It was also very difficult to manage the water flowing out of the shower onto the bathroom floor.

The sofa bed is awful for sleeping. Our 2 teenagers had back ache. Definitely not suitable for grown ups. Strange bathroom - no drain channel and always wet floor.

• Nicole (8/5): Cute apartment in great location - We enjoyed our stay at The Hide Trastevere. It was in such a great location with lots of cafes and bars close by. Whilst we didn't use most of the kitchen amenities as we ate out mostly, I can say the air conditioners and fridge worked really well. The ambience of the apartment was also great. The staff were attentive and helped us with airport transfers as well. We would recommend staying there. The main bed mattress was uncomfortable. The shower leaked water onto the floor.
• Frank (8/5): Fantastic location in an okay apartment - The apartment is big enough for a family of three or four. We booked a baby bed which was set up for us. The apartment is on the second floor and the steps leading up to it were short but very uneven as it's an old building. It offers a bit of a balcony including a rack to dry clothes. It came equipped with all the comforts for a week long stay. It looked nicely renovated compared to the rest of the building. It's a very spacious apartment which is great with kids. The location is fantastic. Right in the Trastevere area with lots of restaurants nearby (the one located beneath the apartment (Taverna 51) comes recommended!). The street is quiet. The communication with the proprietors is great, easy to reach via WhatsApp. Check in was done using a website and they provided you with the lock box code and digital door access to get into the building. The apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived. It appears that it was empty for a while. The floor was covered in a layer of dust and the fridge was off and very smelly. We had to mop the floor ourselves and could not use the fridge because of the smell. As others have mentioned the bathroom could use a good clean to get rid of the mold. The first two days there was no warm water, the boiler has to be refilled by us. On day two the company send someone over to fix it which resolved the issue. This was handled well and professionally by the company. The bed was really uncomfortable, there was a big dip in the mattress and the planks were broken and taped together. We got used to it after a couple of nights, but it was not nice. If possible; bring your own pillows. I hope they will replace the whole bed soon.

The host team is very responsive and helpful. You can chat with them directly through whatsapp. The apartment is clean, and comfortable to stay at. he AC worked pefectly The bathroom drainage was not good, there was a small flood on the floor when we took shower

• Astrit (10/5): Perfect location with even better host - Everything. Very easy to communicate with the host, very helpfull. Last day after the checkout we were offered to leave the luggages at their offices until we went to the airport. They even scheduled their taxi service to drop us off at the airport. I was very very impressed... Absolutely nothing, everything was better than i expected.
• Globetrotterperpetual (1/5): DONT stay here! - We thought we would like the location and from the official photos all seems new, , but it turned out noisy, broken, neglected and very dirty neighourhood. It is a touristy restaurants and party area, so noisy until morning hours and dirty until 11am when the streets get cleaned of broken glass, general waste thrown everywhere, even seen dirty dipers and dogpoo bags.. Smelly dirty and broken glass dangerous in the morning if you are early riser amd want to enjoy a coffee and pastry italian style breakfast.. Wash rinse repeat every morning the same Remote Management wasn't too troublesome... . The appartment is in a very old dated and unmaintained building with very dangerous worn down steps. Upon arrival I even had to kick a dead roach aside (restaurants around so plenty of food source with lack of hygiene... The appartment seems recently renovated and it's a shame it felt like a wild bachelor party damaged the furniture. Upon my complaint the only answer I got was "sorry, we have notified the technical team" - no problem was addressed or solved: - extra bed was broken and dangerous to use.. Ducttaped together lol.. ... a part of the family had to sleep on the floor. Yeey holiday - handles broken - window facing the street damaged and can't be closed completely - very noisy bedroom to morning hours - walls dirty need painting - curtain stained of what I hope was red wine - I had to fix the water heater myself to have hot water - kitchen basically equipped, but also there cabinet door was missing I am a very frequent traveler both for business and leisure, I've been to Rome probably 7-10 times . One of worst stays so far. Ever... Very disappointing
• Genevieve (1/5): Be the god of Poseidon while also traveling with an additional roller for all your apartment needs! - The location was great for walking to the tourist areas. Large grocery store close-by. It’s very easy to catch a cab to/from the airport. Check-in was smooth and thought out. AC did not work but was advertised as an amenity. Advertised two beds but there were no linens nor pillows for the second bed. (They assumed if we booked for two people we were sharing a bed). Shower “leaked” — you’re lucky if any water goes in the drain. No mop, paper towels, extra towel, sponge, dish soap, cutting board, wine glasses.
• Vicky (1/5): Avoid. - excellent location bathroom was full of mould. Slats missing on master bed. Sofa bed broken and held together with cable ties.
• Rachel (7/5): Great place but could have been better - great location in trastevere close to all bars and restaurants couldn’t ask for better. had a fan which was nice because there was really no air in the apt. Could have had toiletries as listed. They only had 2 tiny shampoo bottles, not even hand soap. Walls were dirty like they have never been wiped down. Keys were hard to figure out because weren’t sure what went with what they are many types, took awhile to get in. I think a little more effort would totally transform this place to stay!
