• Franz und Astrid H. (8/5): - Waren mit den Zimmern sehr zufrieden, das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U-Bahn). Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist auf jeden Fall auch erwähnenswert. Mir fällt nichts wichtiges ein. Vielleicht könnte man die Zimmer noch mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausstatten.

• Daniela (10/5): Super Hotel wenn man Wien erkunden möchte - Ausgezeichnet für einen Kurztrip in Wien, kann mir aber auch vorstellen, dass es dort sehr angenehm ist, wenn man vorhat länger in Wien zu bleiben…Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel mit direktem Zugang ins Hotel. Dort kann das Auto auch gut stehenbleiben, da quasi vor der Haustür super Öffi-Anbindung. Alles sehr sehr freundlich, Frühstück TOP Da gibt es nichts zu erzählen

• Helga (8/5): - Immer wieder Gast in diesen Hotel .Personal freundlich,gute Lage ,sauber Bin Gast seit 2023 das erste Mal Zimmer auf Straßenseite ist schon sehr laut gewesen.Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht abschalten deshalb ziemlich kalt im Zimmer .Aber sonst passte alles wieder.

• MoKa2006 (8/5): - Die Lage. Das die Betten in einem Doppelzimmer auseinander gehen, obwohl es eben ein Doppelzimmer ist. Da erwartet man sich schon ein Doppelbett in dem 2 Personen liegen können, ohne das dieses Bett auseinander fährt.

Schon beim Betreten spürt man, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Wort ist, sondern gelebt wird. Das Team an der Rezeption arbeitet aufmerksam, herzlich und mit einer Professionalität, die den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm macht. Die Zimmer sind modern, großzügig und sehr sauber. Besonders positiv fällt auf, wie ruhig es trotz der zentralen Lage ist. Man schläft hervorragend und startet erholt in den Tag. Das Bett ist bequem, die Ausstattung durchdacht und alles wirkt gepflegt und hochwertig. Das Frühstück überzeugt mit einer großen Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch die Lage ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Die direkte Anbindung an das Donauzentrum bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Shoppen und Ausgehen. Gleichzeitig ist man mit der U1 schnell im Zentrum. Insgesamt ist das ARCOTEL Donauzentrum Wien ein Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Es verbindet Komfort, Stil und herzlichen Service auf eine Weise, die den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem macht. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wien entspannt und zugleich komfortabel erleben möchten.

• Betim (10/5): - The location was perfect, hotel was within a 5‑minute walk of metro station, and several top attractions. Yet the street itself was calm and quiet at night. Breakfast was stunning, each morning started with a spread that exceeded expectations. Freshly baked pastries, a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, seasonal fruits, and even local specialties that changed daily. The staff was incredibly helpful, from check-in to checkout, every team member greeted me with a genuine smile. When I needed directions, restaurant reservations, or advice on public transport, they provided clear, detailed answers without hesitation. Unbeatble location, stunning breakfast, a wonderfully helpful staff made this stay memorable. I would return in a heartbeat. Didn't have the slippers in room!

• Sarah (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert. - In den Zimmer war es sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern, sauber und ein echter Hingucker. Das Frühstück war super. Die Damen und Herren, die die Tische abgeräumt haben beim Frühstück waren nicht besonders freundlich.

• Helga (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Habe das Hotel schon öfters gebucht .Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer war sauber .Das einchecken ging online sehr schnell mussten nur mehr die Zimmerkarte an der Rezeption abholen .Die Lage des Hotels ist toll.Die Öffis nur wenige Schritte entfernt ,Einkaufszentrum , Kino,Restaurants alles um die Ecke.
