• Serife (9/5): Fantastische locatie, super vriendelijke personeel. Ruim apartement. - De locatie was perfecte De slaapbank. Je slaapt op kussens, dekens met een hoeslaken erop.

• Francisco jose (7/5): No vale casi 300€ la noche - Espacioso y asistencia de los trabajadores Lo peor las camas la principal muy hundida y el sofá cama un desastre súper hundido y partido el colchón subo foto y te clavas los muelles, falta de mantenimiento: cables colgando en baño y antenas TV , esquinas sin limpiar, ducha no cierra bien, persiana del dormitorio rota no se podía cerrar… y para terminar 3 pisos sin ascensor
• Nadja (7/5): Alles in allem, ist diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für alles. - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Wir konnten vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Auch das Appartment war gross und sauber. Auch das Check-In / -out und Korrespondenz war gut erklärt. Das einzige was für uns nicht so toll war, war der Lift und das Sofabett. Aber die Jungen haben darauf geschlafen 😉.
• Martin (7/5): - Sehr guter, geduldiger und netter Support via Whatsapp, um die Schalter für die Heizung und Warmwasser zu finden (etwas älteres Modell, hat aber letztlich funktioniert). Grundsätzlich sehr sauber. Alles etwas abgewohnt, aber wie erwähnt, sauber und funktionell. Couchbett sehr durchgelegen, eher für kleinere Kinder geeignet.

• Giovanni (5/5): Frequento strutture come la vostra due volte al mese ma in questo caso non tornerei. - Posizione centrale Servizi interni modesti. Forti odori di fogna nell’immobile. Televisori inutilizzabili. All’esterno delle finestre grande sporcizia e guano di uccelli. Scarsa disponibilità nel gestire gli orari di check in e check out.

• Daniela (10/5): Krásný byt ve skvělé lokalitě, ochotný personá, který komunikoval do poslední chvíle, aby vše klaplo, jak má - Lokalita v naprostém centru veškerého dění, dostupnost památek do několika par minut. Prostorný byt. Negativně bohužel musím zhodnotit stav rozkládacího gauče, cestovali jsme ve čtyřech a tak bylo nevyhnutelné jej využít, ale stav opravdu špatný, proležený. Dale asi jen doporučujeme lépe označit byt pro nalezení.

• xrisa (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία και η καθαριότητα Η συνεργασία με την εταιρία που διαχειρίζεται το διαμερισμα ήταν προβληματική, ως προς το να βρούμε ποιο ακριβως ηταν το διαμέρισμα- το όνομα "frattina royal" δεν υπήρχε πουθενα και αφού ανεβοκατεβηκαμε 3 ορόφους σκάλες 2 φορές (η χρηση ασανσερ "δεν προτεινεται", μας ειπαν), με τηλεφωνικές οδηγίες, το βρηκαμε. Η ταμπέλα έξω από την πόρτα έγραφε τη διεύθυνση και οχι το όνομα της εταιρίας, όπως μας είχαν πει στο μειλ. Όταν διαμαρτυρηθηκαμε για την ταλαιπωρία, η απάντησή τους ηταν "υπήρχε το logo της εταιρίας μας" - πώς και γιατί εμείς που κλείσαμε το διαμέρισμα "frattina royal", να ξέρουμε το logo της εταιρείας που το διαχειρίζεται, το ονομα της οποιας ειναξ εντελως διαφορετικό, ειναι ενα θέμα... Επισης, ελεος με τα μονο 2 χαρτιά υγείας για μια οικογένεια για τρία βραδια...
• isabel (10/5): - Ubicación excelente para moverse andando a los principales puntos de interés. Espacioso y buena decoración Solo que nos picaron unos cuantos mosquitos para nuestra sorpresa. El sofá cama del salón incómodo.

• Nikita (10/5): Великолепное место в центре! - Отличное расположение в центре города. До всех основных достопримечательностей нужно просто завернуть за угол и пройтись 5 мин. Апартаменты очень просторные и удобные. Отличная большая ванная комната. Ремонт не самый свежий и современный, но при этом очень чисто и в целом комфортно! Единственный минус это высоко, третий этаж и высокие потолки. Ходить по лестнице напрягало, а до лифта с чемоданом дойти непросто. Но это мелочи.
• Gulbanu (5/5): - Лестница совсем кошмар, не советую, таскаться с тяжелыми чемоданами до 3 этажа это было целое испытание. Лифт находилась с другой стороны и этажом выше вовсе не удобно. Не советую

• Giovana (4/5): Disappointing - Location Shower with dirty mildew in grout 3 people stayed and only left 2 SMALL toilet paper for 5 days and requested additional one they say They couldn’t. Unbelievable. Paid over a 1000 usd and we had to buy our toilet paper … Plus entrance every day soak water that turns bad smelling after so many days and nobody took care of while we stayed even though I did tell the accommodation. Using elevator with luggage was a pain also …

Very nosy every morning and you can't sleep after 08.00, because building (in another apartment) renovation was in progress. Not equal value for money we spent.

• Neli (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was great. The apartment was perfect, close to all the sights of Rome. It's clean, has everything, warm and cozy. We are satisfied. I had read a comment that the water pressure was not strong, but that is not true - the pressure was no problem. Thanks for a nice stay, we will be back!

• Anders (3/5): Location great, everything else very poor! - Location is great and a good sized flat. Kitchen looked ok but we really did not use it much as we didn't like staying in the flat. The flat is run down and needs a lot of work done to it. The walls are awfully dirty at several place in the flat and needs a complete repaint. The photos on Bookings must have been taken a long time ago. The walls look grubby, the sofa bed was dirty and very creaky. The bathroom is very run down, the shower leaks on the floor, the shower head is blocked due to calcium build up. The bin in the bathroom is disgusting. The master bedroom looks out over the back of the building, and just outside the window the air conditioning unit is covered in pigeon droppings. The master bed faux leather upholstery is falling apart which they tried to cover with a blanket and the bed is not comfortable. In the master bedroom the air conditioning unit has been leaking and has made the wall damp, hence paint is peeling off the wall. There is black mould starting to grow between the wall and the window to the bedroom.
• Thora (6/5): Really good location in central Rome. - Location was perfect for us. The material on the headrest in the bedroom was falling off. Really needs to be fixed.
• Sourayas (2/5): - The apartment was nice but make sure to ask about the extra hidden charges because it keep adding up to become rip off for tourist . The apartment has no WiFi all my stay which is ruin my vacation and the guy kept saying he have no control over the WiFi which is rubbish everyone has WiFi I. The building and at the stores , he didn’t provide hand soap no toiletries of any kind other than 3 tiny body wash for 2 days and we are 4 peoples. The shower is so tiny that you can’t save your hair from the wash .overall the apartment is nice but his customer service sucks, opportunist takes advantage from tourist
