• liana (7/5): - La posizione. Le dimensioni dell appartamento I divani letto: le reti sono sfondate e curve al centro, il materasso praticamente insistente, è difficilissimo riposare. Inoltre non mi è piaciuto il modo per accedere all appartamento: serratura " on line" ; dice la loro guida di assicurarsi di avere una buona connessione internet.....DEVONO SOECIFICARLO AL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE . Non c erano abbastanza prodotti per la doccia.
• Francesca (7/5): - La posizione top anche se ci sono 4 rampe di scale per arrivarci senza ascensore e non era menzionato! I cuscini di bassissima qualità e anche lenzuola e biancheria dei letti. No prodotti per il bagno e poca carta igienica essendo noi in 5! Avrei lavato i bicchieri usati ma non c era la spugna per i piatti… direi di dare delle direttive più precise alle donne che puliscono…
• Martina (8/5): buono ma poteva essere un 10 con dei piccoli accorgimenti - molto carina e si trova praticamente a piazza di spagna pulizia un po’ da riguardare e da fare piccoli controlli, come lo scarico del bagno un po’ rotto
• Adlich (7/5): Original, endroit magnifique, manque d'équipement & literie catastrophique. - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement plein de charme. Le logement est atypique, original. L’emplacement est tout simplement magnifique, idéal pour découvrir Rome et profiter pleinement des environs. Cependant, quelques points importants sont à améliorer. L’appartement manque clairement d’équipements, ce qui peut rendre le séjour moins confortable au quotidien. La literie est vraiment à changer : les lits sont très inconfortables et après trois nuits, nous avons ressenti de fortes douleurs au dos.

• Alessia (6/5): - posizione letti e cuscini molto scomodi . Luci molto basse e stanze fredde . Abbiamo dovuto comprare carta igienica perchè 1 rotolo insufficiente per 5 persone . No possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo checkout.

• Maria Clara (10/5): Súper recomendable la atención del administrador y la ubicación del departamento excelente - Excelente ubicación, la amabilidad de quien nos recibió orientándonos y explicándonos todo. La iluminación no era suficiente y podría mejorar la instalación eléctrica ya que no se pueden usar 2 cosas enchufadas al mismo tiempo como secador de pelo y calefacción. El resto todo excelente
• Ilaria (6/5): Soggiorno che data la posizione poteva essere migliore se non fosse stato per i divani che avendo dormito male hanno re - La posizione della struttura ottima in pieno centro , a due passi da via del corso , condotti piazza di Spagna , fermate di autobus e posteggio taxi. Dopo ore di cammino in una città come Roma ci aspettavamo di rientrare nell’ appartamento e riposare in un ambiente confortevole. Essendo in 5 nella casa, abbiamo dovuto dormire su divani letto che si sono rivelati essere di scarsa qualità e inadeguati per un riposo confortevole. Riteniamo che una struttura che si fa pagare per i propri servizi debba offrire un livello di comfort e qualità adeguato ai propri ospiti. I divani letto in questione non hanno soddisfatto queste aspettative, causando dolori al corpo e un riposo disturbato. Abbiamo segnalato il problema al Vostro personale, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta concreta o soluzione efficace. Le risposte ricevute sono state generiche e senza soluzioni alternative : -Buon pomeriggio, Mi sto confrontando con l'amministrazione. -Mi dispiace ma noi del front desk non possiamo fare molto su alcune dinamiche, se non confrontarci con l'amministrazione. L’ unica colpa che mi do è di non aver letto tutte le recensioni, perché non risulto essere l unica a reclamare ciò. Ci domandiamo come sia possibile che, nonostante le numerose recensioni negative e le lamentele degli ospiti, la Vostra struttura non abbia ancora preso provvedimenti per risolvere questo problema. Sul mercato esistono divani letto di qualità che potrebbero essere utilizzati per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti.
• רביע (10/5): שהייה מצויינת עם דירה מרווחת ומארחת מקסימה - המיקום במרכז קרוב מרחק הליכה מהמדרגות הספרדיות מזרקת טרווי וקולסיום החדר גדול המיטות נוחות והמקלחת ענקית שאין מעלית למי שמגיע עם ילדים יתקשה קצת כי הדירה בקומה השלישית אבל לא נורא אפשר להסתדר
• James (9/5): - Great location, short walk to the northern parts of the city. Staff were very helpful with access and the facilities. They were also very helpful in booking a transfer for us.
• Dilia (7/5): En general fue buena… - Espacioso y muy bien ubicado. En real avión al Aseo personal, lo que ofrecieron fue 1 jabón de tocador y 5 champú individual para 5 personas por 5 noches. Un aire acondicionado goteaba. Y no hay para lavar utensilios de cocina.
• Ashraful (8/5): - Great location—close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The photos accurately reflect the property’s condition, although the shower is in poor condition with yellow staining and peeling. Unfortunately, the host experience was disappointing. Only minimal essentials were provided: the welcome kit included just one toilet paper, a tiny 5ml shampoo/shower gel, and a small soap for a family of six on a five-day stay. Basic amenities like salt, pepper, hand wash, dish soap and sponge etc were entirely absent. Additionally, the host attempts to charge a 'late check-in' fee, even though there’s no reception desk and guests are required to use a self check-in system that relies on their own data/internet access. This as well as other charges are unreasonable.
• Karine (5/5): Passable - The location was amazing. There were no laundry facilities. No basic amenities olive oil, coffee/ tea/ Sugar. Bedding/mattress was so soft no support. Towels were terrible.

• Ismaray (4/5): Not so great - I loved the location, and the nice lady who helped me ,she was great Ok, let me start saying it was on the 3rd floor, no elevator .Imagine the struggle with luggage. The sofa-bed was so uncomfortable 😫, so hard. The bathroom is nasty. The shower is stain yellow and the pain scratch. The towels are older than my son. The window was missing a door, meaning the light and neighbors looked at you. Let me say I paid 1000 plus for 3 days staying. It wasn't cheap. Be prepared. Maybe your credit card doesn't work, I had to try 3.
• Narine (9/5): Superb - Location is perfect. the only thing I want to mention, that the sofas were not comfortable for sleeping. There was a noise and the metallic materials of the sofa are hindering a lot. And the other thing I didn't get, the wall separator between bathroom and the room was transparent.

The house is very spacious and has a kitchen equipped with everything someone may need for food or breakfast preparation. Beds are not that comfortable. There is no elevator in the building and the property is on the 3rd floor. We were OK, but some guests may find it difficult .

• Bayara (9/5): I would like to come back - The location was perfect! Near in 3-5 minutes metro station “Spagna”, a lot of great places to visit and restaurants. There were SMART TV👏🏻 We had 6 girls and only one mirror🥲 2 sofa were comfortable but they creaked a lot

• Khomenko (8/5): Family holiday - The apartment was clean and tidy, good location. Within walking distance was the metro, the main shopping street, some touristic places. The apartment had all the utensils for cooking. There was no tea or sugar in the apartment. No shampoo enough for four people. The electric kettle did not boil water but only heated to hot. The transformed beds were very tight and moved when we turned over.
