• Paul (9/5): It was not too expensive and I was very comfortable - it was an enjoyable holiday. - The room was large, the shower was excellent, the bathroom was excellent, the television for the most part worked, and the sofa and chair were very comfortable. There was no problem with the keys. Ideally there could have been breakfast.

La douche … pas de puissance de l’eau mais cela n’est pas trop gênant pour 2 nuits L’absence de personne en dehors de l’arrivée. Il s’agit plus d’une chambre d’hôte que d’un hôtel. Indication de l’adresse située sur le quai (et très mal indiqué) alors que l’entrée est dans la rue derrière mais aucune indication et personne de présent.

Abbiamo apprezzato tanto la possibilità di lasciare lo zaino prima del check-in e post check-out per poterci godere a pieno il soggiorno. L’host è stato gentilissimo. Il letto era molto comodo. La struttura meriterebbe più attenzione nella pulizia, tutto è andato bene, ma sopratutto nel bagno e nella doccia sarebbe necessaria una pulizia più approfondita. Le lenzuola erano stirate e ben pulite, anche la biancheria era ok. Ma con il bagno non ci siamo.

The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. What really made the experience special was the owner. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I had my wallet stolen during the trip, and he went out of his way to support us, even offering an extra night free of charge so I could sort things out with the embassy. That level of generosity and care meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. Great location, excellent cleanliness, and truly exceptional hospitality. • ANGEL (8/5): Apartamento bien, accesos y localización del alojamiento muy mal - La ubicación esta muy bien, el apartamento también, la cama cómoda y limpieza todos los días, por ese lado muy bien. Es imposible localizar el alojamiento en Napoles, el GPS te intenta dirigir a un sitio que es una entrada de coches, que no pone ningun cartel de nada, estuve 1 hora con la maleta de un lado a otro, despues de preguntar a unos camareros de una pizzeria, me dicen que entre por la puerta de garaje, te encuentras en un patio interno, sin ningun cartel de nada, me pongo en contacto con el alojamiento e intuyo que hay que subir unas escaleras de caracol en una puerta semiabierta de las 10 puertas existentes, llego a una puerta con un dos teclados numericos sin tener ninguna clave previa por parte del cliente, le vuelvo a contactar y me da una clave, accedo me quedo sin cobertura y tengo que volver a salir para hablar con él, le digo que lo unico que veo es una puerta con una llave puesta, me dice que si que es ahi, al salir sali por otra calle, que observe que habia otro teclado numerico, entendiendo que era la misma clave, despues de cenar volvi por donde sali, el codigo no era, tuve que intentar acceder por el garaje que esta cerrado nada, me puse en contacto con el alojamiento de nuevo y hay dos claves mas totalmente diferentes, que no sabia y pude acceder, muy mal organizado entiendo que para visitantes que no sean de Italia, deberian simplificar esto, ademas de poner un cartel exterior en condiciones donde ponga el nombre del alojamiento.

• Johan (9/5): Affordable clean and spacious room near to transportation, beach, and the inner city. - It's within walking distance of the inner city, but far enough away so it's nice and quiet. Within a few minutes walking there's 2 different metro stations, making traveling around easy. The bed was memory foam and super comfortable. Room is fairly spacious and has air conditioning. Has a great price for the offering. As some other reviewers have also probably mentioned, communication with the host was a bit interesting. I got a whatsapp message in the morning telling me about 2 doors with codes on them, and a room number. Fortunately for me they sent the right codes, as others have had less fortune in that area. There was no one to greet me or guide me, so I had to find a green metal door on the other side of the building than what Google Maps told me. After my first night I got a message that they went into my room looking for documents. After clarifying with them, turns out they needed a picture of my passport, which is fine. But it would have been nice if they asked me about this in their earlier messages, so I could have known what to provide, instead of expecting me to be clairvoyant. When I wanted to leave, I didn't find a way to unlock the inner door. No instruction on this either. Eventually I spotted a switch in the office downstairs with a little label to open the door. Fortunately that worked.

• Cornelia (3/5): Gute Lage, ansonsten nicht empfehlenswert. - Lediglich die gute Lage in Chiaia. Unser Zimmer (und vor allem unser Bad!) war absolut nicht sauber. Bezüglich unseres Check-ins bekamen wir vorab keinerlei Informationen und wir hatten Glück, dass wir auf eine nette Putzkraft trafen, die uns den Schlüssel zur Wohnung gab. Beim besagten „Check-in“ bekamen wir allerdings keinerlei Informationen mit welchen Codes wir die beiden Eingangstüren unten am Haus bzw. vor der Unterkunft öffnen können. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kontaktierte der Eigentümer uns dann doch noch, da er von uns wollte, dass wir unsere Ausweisdokumente per WhatsApp an ihn schicken, da er dies nicht ordnungsgemäß beim Check-in selbst erledigt hatte. Generell war die Kommunikation mit ihm sehr schwierig, da er nur sehr sporadisch antwortete oder uns komplett ignoriert hat. Selbst zum verabredeten Check-out tauchte er nicht auf. Noch als kleine Zusatzinfo: Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde uns kurzzeitig das warme Wasser ausgestellt. Diese Unterkunft können wir auf gar keinen Fall empfehlen!!

Easy entrance to the property, room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, bedding and towels were changed daily when we left the room, air conditioning worked great. Chiaia is a great area to spend time in, lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access for the rest of Naples and it's surroundings to explore. Nothing to note, my expectations we're exceeded.

• Andrew (8/5): Couple of things the host could try to sort out to make it a very good place to stop - It’s just away from city centre but within 10/15 mins walking distance If you have early flights on leaving it’s a little bit hard work trying to get luggage out of appt down spiral staircase ,also on arriving it would be beneficial if you inform people that you need go up the side pathway and around the to back entrance

It was also close to the metro, and we felt very safe in the area, it felt like the best part of Naples to stay in. We also used the airport shuttle service, and the driver was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making our arrival really smooth. A big thank-you to the housekeeping as well, the room was always clean and beautifully tidied. Overall, I’m very, very satisfied with our stay.

At night we had to go through a back door and 3 flights of winding steps. Had to use codes to get in and out of the building from an alley No lobby or office We saw the manager once only when we checked in. Aside from minor street noise, the rooms were very quiet. The area was safe and close to many shops and restaurants and the location is very walkable. Close to the water where you can stroll and sit and drink espresso in the mornings. Would recommend this B&B. Web site indicated breakfast would be available at the downstairs attached restaurant however this restaurant was closed until afternoon. Check in process was a little confusing. You enter a large door into a big courtyard with several apts and businesses. The Bijoux sign was not on the correct outside door. If you are mobility impaired this may not be the place for you as there is a steep narrow winding stair case that leads to the rooms.

• Emanuela (8/5): Nice room, great location! - Good location in a nice and calm area. Not too far from piazza del plebiscito and Via Toledo. The room is quite big and we were provided with towels , soap and shower gel. Communication with the owner could be better. You are not provided with check-in instructions till you call him and the property is a bit difficult to find rather than this, I would recommend it.

However there was great cafe nearby to grab a delicious espresso or croissant 🥰 The AC wall unit was not properly functioning. Specifically in hot and humid summer months , this feature is crucial.

This is not helpful when you are standing in front of a closed door in the middle of the night, without any code to enter. Awful communication! We kindly asked the cleaning lady for additional bed sheets and spent 15 mins with google translate as she did not understand English. In the end she understood but never brought the bed sheets.
• Valeria (6/5): Does the job for one night stay in a good location - Location Looks better in the pictures. The staircase to go to the rooms is very small and steep which is not good with suitcases. The room was not too clean with dust on the bedside table. Water pressure was terrible, I had to take off the shower head.

Poor communication as to entry into old decrepit courtyard, parking lot, poor access via narrow winding staircase to B and B unit. No one elderly or disabled could gain access. Soft bedding. Bathroom smells of sulfur from the hard water, shower did not drain properly. A/C could not be set as wanted. No fire escape access, no fire detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. It is a fire trap. There was no way for us to bring our bags up or down and thankfully the owner had arranged for a woman to do so for us. If she did not show up at 6:45 am we would have been unable to leave for the airport. This should not be a B and B.

• Alexandra (8/5): Decent central base for exploring Naples - - Great location next to all the nice bars and restaurants in Chiaia and with easy access to the port - spacious room and bathroom - comfy bed - Reasonably quiet for Naples When we arrived (mid afternoon) there were no staff there and it was a bit confusing to find the entrance and get into the room. Someone let us into the courtyard from the street and we then called the hotel. He said he was out so sent me a video of the code to get in and how to get to the room. I don’t mind this but given the video was already ready, it would be helpful if they could send the instructions earlier in the day so guests aren’t left waiting around the car park wondering where to go. We are young so it didn’t bother us but the marble steps up to the hotel / apartment area are quite steep so it would be worth checking there is a lift if any guests have mobility issues.

Francesco tried his best to make this pleasant for us by helping with our bags. Very week air conditioner. I felt like this was more of a hostel than a B&B. The rooms and the interior hallways are newly renovated, but the rest of the building is in disrepair. If you have anything more than a small suitcase, it’s a tough staircase
• Alejandro (7/5): Good - The property is located 25-30min from the historic centre within easy reach from all landmarks and nightlife but sufficiently away from it to enjoy a relaxed stayed on an upmarket residential neighbourhood aside the noisy and crowded central areas. Small double room. Great cleanness done daily. Comfy bed with bedding, duvet, towels and toiletries included. Reduced size shower cabin dimensions. No complimentary bottle water. Small mini-bar arrangement within the room with pay-as-you-consume set up. Not working tv signal. Good Wi FI. Good water pressure. Nice bright balcony with shutters overlooking a quiet retail street great for people watching. My stay was in an en-suite equipped double bedroom within a residential flat of reduced dimensions that has been splitted into units to accommodate this B&B comercial set up. Although it is well presented, clean and newly refurbished there is no homey feeling to it. The room entrance was a pocket-fire door with a poor lock which might be worth considering if travelling with significant valuables. Given the reduced dimensions of the property you will listen to other guests coming in and out and circulating through the communal corridor. The small shower-cabin dimensions make it tight to enjoy a fully relaxing shower experience and is not recommended for taller/bigger people. Requested gluten free breakfast options at time of booking but upon arrival at the property I was told by the host there are no GF options and that he would not want to carry the liability of offering such. Simply offered a refund instead still pending to be arranged. No impression of host going out of his way to make guests feel at home but at a paid-accommodation.

• Josefa (9/5): Amazing place in a prime location - The accommodation is located in a prime location. One direction is the shopping mall, and the other are the restaurants along the marina. The room was perfect and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Although the stairs were narrow, staff offered their assistance by carrying our bags. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was at a very chic cafe nearby. We would certainly stay here again! Nothing.
