- Francesco (8/5): -
- Zeilova (10/5): Our stay was excellent! We loved services and management of World Appartments who were always in touch with us and very - The property is situated in the very center of Rome, everything was close ! Wonderful location, clean rooms , for a big family is an excellent option. Clean washed windows and clean floor. The bed linen and dishes were new. The small problem was the second toilet in the property emitted a bad smell
- Herdman (6/5): - Had to walk with cases to leave cases as we arrived early. I nearly booked another hotel on first night as the bed was so uncomfortable. I could not operate the washing machine. Kettle did not work but there were two but would rather one that worked. Shower was cold and unreliable. Would not stay again or recommend

- Margaret (6/5): - This apartment is in an excellent location - within 10 mins walk of the main train station and Trevi Fountain. However the place itself was pretty underwhelming. There were no dishcloths, scrubbing brush etc to do dishes, there’s a washing machine but it’s not usable by guests (?), and both toilet seats were loose. Note there is no lounge area, it’s bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen only. For a quick stay in a central location it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend for kids and families wanting to cook to save money.
- Mary (10/5): - Our stay in Rome was amazing. I feel like we were .6 miles from walking everywhere. The apartment was very big and they were very responsive when I messaged them. Would definitely stay again.
- HATIM (10/5): - Great property located in a quite street, easy access, walkable and plenty of shopping, highly recommended.
- Julieta (4/5): - Amenities was good.
No elevator!
I did not like the bed in the main bedroom was dirty.
- Mohamed (6/5): I would chose a hotel next time - Location was ok Old buildings, although looks very modern in the photos
- Venkataraghavan (8/5): Nice apartment close to everything with all amenities - Location was good. Not too far from attractions. Electricity was lost twice while using even basic appliances.
- Georgiana (6/5): It’s been just ok, not as advertised in the pictures and the smell of sewage was nauseating - The location is very central and quite perfect to get everywhere. It’s not quite as advertised, the pictures should be updated.
There’s a strong smell of sewage as soon as you walk in. The paint on the bathroom taps is coming off and the leather on the beds is peeling off. The pictures are at least from 10/15 years ago which is a little misleading.
The rooms were covered in dust, we could see balls of accumulated dust as soon as we were lifting stuff of the floor and also on the furniture.
One of the bidets had a tube in it where brown water was coming out of it from the boiler. Not a nice look. For the 3 nights, we were given 4 toilet rolls for 3 people and tiny tubes of 2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo. There was no water in the fridge and the kitchen was quite unwelcoming with a cheap feel to it. The bigger room has a hand shaped chair with the fingers broken, looks very cheap and out of place under the TV screen.
- Wallace-ihakara (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, spacious and has all the facilities you need. The location was great, 15mins walk to the Trevi, 22mins walk to the Pantheon, 12mins to the Rome Termini. Plenty of shops around the corner and it's situated on a quiet private street. Great value for the money spent. It would be better to do check ins at 32 Modena instead of our group of 10 having to go to the office first which is a 10mins drive away from the residence. We had to pay the cab driver extra because of this.
We struggled with the electronic key when our phones were flat due to touring all day. That happened a few times to our group members as you never know how long transport, tours etc will take. A physical key or key card would be great.
- Tracy (1/5): Don't do it. A filthy apartment. - Location. Everything else was terrible. Worst place I have ever stayed with booking.com. False advertising. A filthy apartment, broken furniture, paint peeling off walls, no toaster, filthy heavy oven like contraption you have to lift out of bottom cupboard to use, no kitchen sink plug, nothing to wash dishes with, no cleaning products, filth falling off the bed heads onto your head while you sleep, broken bidet, mucus on the bathroom walls, uncomfortable beds (two with springs poking out), booked for 4 people and they only made up 3 beds and when I complained about it they tried to charge me more money. Terrible service. I want my money back, especially the cleaning fee. Why should we pay this if it was not clean when we arrived? Worst booking.com experience ever!!
- Martha (5/5): Passable -
- Yasser (8/5): - apartment on second floor with no elevator.
excellent communication with timely responses
very nice staff
- Peter (8/5): The Air conditioning in the main bedroom wasn't as efficient like the other bedrooms. - Location was fine, no breakfast provided. The place didn't have a washing machine. This is fine if you are staying for a day or two, however, if one has been travelling from other cities, a washing machine would be handy.
Some power point weren't secure.
- Arman (8/5): Very good -
- Michael (5/5): If not for the mattresses would have had a much better rating., - Quiet location off main streets, 20 min walk to most sites. All of the mattress were terrible with coils poking through. Some of the most uncomfortable we have used anywhere in last 20 years of travel. One was so bad we took the mattress off the sleeper sofa to stack them. Out of 4 places stayed in 3 weeks these were hands down the worst. There was also a faint sewer smell coming from one bathroom so we kept door closed. Checking in window is super short when coming in by plane or train 3-6pm. Anything later results in a charge. Also note to travelers, they offer to book a taxi to airport at €75 cash/€ 80 card. We booked direct to taxi company for €50 cash or card which is the mandated fixed rate for all airport taxis from Rome so check first
- Aline (5/5): Too expensive - Location, very close to Coliseum and Fontana Beds are not comfortable. All mattresses have a hole in the middle .
Sofa bed too noise
There is an infiltration on the wall one of the bedrooms.
No toaster
- Anna (6/5): Don’t recommend to stay if you have a luggage. - The hosts should wrote in the booking.com description that the flat is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This should be written there, not in instruction which we received after paying. By the way, ask for that instruction before paying: there are a lot of obligations for visitors. They were surprised why we didn’t call them before booking to check everything….
We understand that Rome is a millennial city, buildings are old and there are no elevators in a lot of buildings.
However, to our request to help with suitcases, they replied that it is not possible, the staff starts to work at 12pm.
- Mohamed (4/5): Very bad value for money! - The bathrooms were clean! That was basically it. The apartment had very bad vibes. Was poorly decorated and is in desperate need of renovation! Its a very old building with chipped off paint. Everything, from the moment you go inside the apartment the energy is so bad! The apartment itself is hard to find, no number or sign whatsoever on the door! The apartment has no taste and it is in desperate need of renovation.
- Fong (6/5): Pleasant -
- Liset (10/5): Exceptional -
- Igor (8/5): Very good - The location and the size of the apartment since we were 7 adults. One of the toilets could not be locked.
The extra bed in the third bedroom was very bad.
No balcony,
- Praveen (7/5): Good - Location
- Saloua (8/5): Very good -
- Mariya (9/5): Superb -
- Lucille (7/5): well located, great for few days only - location
clean Even if advertised for 8, table is really small. you won’t be able to eat together, we had to do two rounds
don’t expect a living room neither
the mattresses were not comfortable at all, we struggled to sleep (8 of us)
really noisy in the morning (from 6/7am)
- Erik (8/5): Very good -
- Viviane (1/5): Avoid at all cost. Great pictures to make a crappy place looks nice. - The fact that we were in Rome. Luckily we could get out of this place to enjoy ourselves. There is no living room.
Cheap furnitures : cheap and uncomfortable beds, cheap chairs in the dining room. We end up with back aches.
The place was dirty, we had to wash all floors ourselves. All walls are dirty as hell.
Everything is malfunctioning : shower in the left bathroom is broken, can't use AC while cooking or the breaker turns off, the breaker stopped at least 3 times during our stay, the AC in the kitchen is leaking, the ACs everywhere in the apartment are unable to cool the place properly, can't use both showers at the same time or the pressure is too low and much more things broken in that apartment.
We had nothing to wash dishes or wash the table, no dishwasher, no clothe, no dish soap.
There is no washing machine.
Such a cheap accommodation with careless owners. It was our worst accomodation of 3 weeks of trip in Europe.
It could be such a great place if only it was taken care of. Such a shame.
- Brian (10/5): Great value in great location! - It is a great value in a great location. The apartment is in excellent condition and the communication with the staff was also very good and much appreciated
