- Kazutoshi (10/5): - 全般的に清潔で部屋も広くくつろげました。立地もよく心斎橋PARCOまで徒歩10分圏内です。飲食は2Fの共有スペースのみで部屋での飲食は禁止です。小さいお子さんがいる場合はつらいかもしれません。また給湯器やコップなども部屋にはなく、冷蔵庫も簡易のもので冷やすというよりは保冷くらいの機能でした。宿泊者は海外の方がほとんどですがマナー悪いとかはありません。シェアハウスくらいの感じで考えると良いと思います。

- Nicholas (10/5): - Our family (2 adults, 8yr old son) stayed in a private 2 double bed room for 6 nights in March 2025. We were extremely happy with our experience. The room was very spacious and the bathroom/shower rooms were wonderful. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to small families. There is a shared lounge and kitchen which we utilized to cook additional veggies as we found it lacking when eating out. There are two induction ranges and pots of water come to boil very quickly. The kitchen tools were sufficient for our needs. We found the staff and other visitors to be pleasant during our stay. There is luggage service but the company used does not ship to every location so you will need to confirm via shipping website. We were able to use this service to forward luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo with no issues. Impressed and loved our stay here.

Also the mattresses and pillow were extremely uncomfortable which made it hard to get a good sleep. Also, the pods aren’t sound proof at all so you can hear if someone is climbing onto the bed above you. The location is good and convenient.

Good sized bathroom. Had breakfast booked for 7am pick up, they didn't arrive to prepare it until 7.10am, and we ended up getting it 30 minutes late. Not a huge big deal, but goes to show the attitude of the staff which we felt was a little tired for Japan.

- David (10/5): - Relatively convenient location 10 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and accompanying Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Arcade. Overall great stay with clean amenities and covering essential needs. Bunk Bed was spacious and had individual lockers as part of your bed side table.. Within the dorm, there was adequate space to store luggage, re-arrange contents and a drying area for towels/clothes. Staff are super friendly and helpful, lobby area is spacious with tables and charging ports to do a bit of work or planning. Things to be aware of: - From Shinsaibashi Station, it can feel like a bit of a trek with rough road terrain especially pulling heavier luggage. - There are only 2 toilets on the guest floor (depending on time of day, availability may fluctuate). - It can be a get warm inside the Bunk Bed as cooling comes from a a small ventilation fan, drawing colder air from the wider dorm's air conditioning.

- Jessica (10/5): Great location and friendly staff - Staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave great recommendations for food etc. The location is great for public transport. The room and bathrooms were very clean. I also got a free towel and slippers my first night. The common room has 2 big comfy couches perfect for chatting or settling down with a book. The only negative thing would be that my mattress was a bit hard to my preference but nothing too uncomfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

- denisse (4/5): - Ladies beware: unlike every other hostel in Japan I’ve been to, even though this is advertised as a women only dorm, you are in a floor shared with men. Every other hostel separates men and women by entire floors, so imagine my surprise when I go to shower and walk in to men in there. So the floor, washrooms, and showers are still all shared with men. I was pretty upset with this false advertising. On top of that, they really cheap out compared to every other stay. You get ONE towel for your entire stay. No toiletries. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Bunks are extremely hot at night. Everyone is very loud and messy overall compared to my other stays. Kitchen is great if you want to cook. But that was the only plus side. You can stay at other similar priced stays where they provide fresh towels and pyjamas daily, all the toiletries you’d need, and a properly made bed. You get ONE set of sheets for your entire stay and you just make the bed yourself.

- Elena (10/5): Excellent, propre, spacieux et bonne localisation - Excellent rapport qualité prix. L’hotel est très bien situé (5-10min à pieds de dotonbori et à 1min d’un metro). Nous avons reservé une chambre pour deux avec salle de bain privée. La chambre était très propre et les lits individuels étaient spacieux et confortables. La salle de bain est aussi suffisamment grande et avec toilettes séparées (ce qui est assez rare pour etre souligné). Le staff est serviable et parle bien anglais. Enfin les espaces communs sont bien equipés (cuisine, machines à laver…). Attention à noter qu’il est interdit de manger dans la chambre (mais possible dans les espaces communs), que les machines à laver sont payantes (2-4€) et que le séchoir des machines à laver est assez fort (deux de mes vêtements ont retrecis). J’y retournerais si l’occasion se présente ou le recommanderais à des proches qui voyagent à Osaka

- Mi Sun (10/5): - 아이한명과 부부 이렇게 3명 묵었는데, 기대이상 이었습니다^^ 담에도 오사카온다면 묵을거같애요~~ 물론 아이가 있으니 도미토리는 어렵겠고, 방으로 되어있어야될거같애요~ 근데 도미토리도 좋아보여서 혼자였다면 경험해보고싶더라구요^^

- Kenny (10/5): Høj standard for et hostel. - Vi havde bestilt et værelse til to med eget bad og toilet. Det var lige så godt som de fleste hotelværelser vi har været på i visse tilfælde endda bedre. Rent og pænt, og gode senge. Eneste ulempe er, at der ikke må spises eller drikkes på værelset.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 추천합니다. - 2023년 7월 중반 여행이라 많이 덥고 힘들었지만 시원하고 깨끗한 숙소덕에 잘 쉬면서 여행할 수 있었어요. 호스텔 전체가 너무 깨끗하고 쾌적한 환경이라 지내는 동안 너무 만족스러웠어요. 오사카에 다시 여행가게되면 또 이용하고 싶어요😊

- Yao Kang (8/5): - Good price good location. But only 1 toilet for my room type at my level. One shared bathroom is too little for 8paz roomm
- Alexander (8/5): - It was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly, though we had limited interaction with them. Location could have been better, but the subway station near the property made travel fine.
- Hayley (10/5): - This hotel is very conveniently located near Dotonbori, the Nagahoribashi metro station and many restaurants/cafes. The room was clean and the staff were really lovely at reception. We would stay here again!

- Anna (10/5): - I’ve stayed here twice while visiting Osaka! When I first saw the photos after booking a room, I assumed it was too good to be true for that price but the pictures are true! Very nice, clean room and the lobby/bar/kitchen area is very nice. The staff are very friendly as well. I’ll be staying here again.
- Lelaii (10/5): - Had a very pleasant stay! Staff was nice and friendly. Clean rooms and common area. We got the private family room and they gave us 1 complimentary room service which we didn't use ;) Hotel is very near the subway and around 10mins walk to Dotonbori. Also, food is not allowed inside the room. All food must be eaten on the dining area on the 2nd floor. They serve same breakfast everyday. Please remember that you have to wash the plates/utensils yourselves. Only request is to allow guest to atleast be allowed to drink coffee inside the room and also have a kettle. :)

- Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious & Quiet area near Dontombori - Stayed in the female dorm. Super SPACIOUS. The dorm room had a huge section for bags and a vanity area. No lockers, but the storage in the bed is big enough for a backpack (and had a cut out so you can charge your valuables while they’re locked up). The bunk bed was very big. I’m 5’7 and width was arm-span. While laying down, I can put my legs straight up. Near all the action, but it was really quiet in the neighborhood. Nice staff, clean kitchen, and there were fun food events on the weekend. Didn’t like: 1. it was HOT. The hallway and bathroom were hot all the time. The AC unit in the dorm was always off unless I turned it on. However, there is a small fan in the beds that blows air into the bed. 2. the female dorm is on a floor with private rooms, so there were men on the floor, but they didn’t use the female bathrooms. 3. there weren’t paper towels in the bathroom, only shared towels. 4. Only 2 showers in girls dorm, so you could get stuck in the mixed dorm showers if you’re in a rush. 5. All rooms are accessed with a keycard. I prefer the dorm room have a pin code, so I don’t have to remember a key card during a 3AM bathroom break
