• Ellen (9/5): Great location to base your Singapore trip from - We lived the location, so handy to Chinatown and metro stations. The room and facilities were great! Only small issue was the self check in was a bit complicated, but staff responded quickly on WhatsApp to any issues we had.
• Axel (9/5): Small but comfortable Room with good Kitchen and Bathroom etc - Great property in one of my Fav Songapore locations close to Chinatown and walking distance to Maxwell hawker market but also the financial district and South Bridge Rd A bit tricky signing up and logging in to network and then to download App for key - but there was a staff member there in afternoon to help out

• Kaan (9/5): Singapur koşulları için bu fiyat aralığında kalınabilecek en iyi yerlerden - Konumu gerçekten harika. Önce 2 gün ayırmıştım ama bir gün daha uzattım.China Town'da Mrt'ye çok yakın ama Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the bay ve Merlion Park gibi Singapur'un merkezindeki yerlerin hepsine yürüyerek de ulaşmak gayet kolay. Yataklar çok rahat. Ayrıca çok da güvenli bir bölge gece 2'de dışarıya çıkarken hiç rahatsız olmuyorsunuz. Gerçi bu Singapur'un hemen her yeri için geçerli. Oda gerçekten çok küçük ama Singapur koşullarını düşününce bunu çok sorun etmiyorsunuz. Odaya telefona indirilen uygulamayla girmek biraz stresli olabiliyor. Gece geç saatlerde dönerseniz telefonumun şarjı biterse ne olacak gibi şeyler düşünebiliyorsunuz.

• Nadja Pi (10/5): - The rooms was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The washing rooms & toilets were well maintained. Although the check-in is automated, I received immediate assistance from the on-site staff when I had a question. Very good option if you travel Singapore on a budget! :)

• Christine (9/5): Would stay again. Good value for Singapore - Location was great, very central in Chinatown. It was close to Maxwell station. Shared toilets and showers which were very clean. Hairdryer provided in one area. Tea bags and sugar provided in the kitchen in the morning. Microwave, cooker, fridge facilities in shared kitchen. There are 12 large lockers for storage of bags but these weren’t available during our stay. However we were able to leave our bags all day in the lobby area. Bed was comfortable. You need a phone to download the App to check in. Your phone then acts as a key card to access the room.
• Jasmine (9/5): Convenient location. Less than 10 mins walk to bus stops. Very clean, quiet place to stay. - It’s better than I expected. It’s clean. The place feels calm, luxury vibe (though it’s budget accomodation). I feel safe too. Female toilet is a bit far. It’s on the other floor. For female, would highly recommend you to request for 3rd floor, easy access to toilet. Also it doesn’t provide toothbrush and past. Other than that, all great.

Transport, food, shopping, Banks & money exchange, peace and quite eventhough its on a busy street in the middle of China Town...secure & private. The 1st room they put me in. Door shorter then me, Hitting my head everytime I entered it. Plus it is so small i got scared/ costerfabic. Plus door locks behind you. Computerised key. What scare me also is theres a blackout. Stuck in tha low ceiling tiny room with no windows. No escalater. If you got heavy luggage...be ready to muscle up, and carry them up to whatever level you allocated.

The staff members are very friendly and have a good attitude, patiently explaining the check-in procedures. The room is very clean and quite comfortable. The location is in the city, making it convenient to go anywhere. However, the soundproofing is not great, so there are occasional disturbances.

• Inna (7/5): If you’re looking for a budget stay for one night in Singapore and plan to explore the main sights, this place is a good - Great location in a safe area. We paid €57 for one night, which was good value. The beds were comfortable. When booking this place, keep in mind that it’s very small. One night is okay, but I wouldn’t stay longer. There were two of us in the room. It also had an unpleasant smell, as there are no windows and no proper ventilation, so the space feels stuffy. I would recommend airing the rooms for a couple of hours between guests. The shower and toilet were comfortable, but the shower could be cleaned more thoroughly. The sockets are not standard European ones, so travelers from Europe should bring an adapter.

• Madeleine (8/5): A suitable option for a few nights in Singapore - Perfectly decent stay for 3 nights.The location is great to explore Chinatown and near MRT station so perfect to explore the city. Room is very small but for one person worked well. TV in room, good AC, water fountain and kitchen appliances available in the kitchen. Bathrooms are functional and relatively clean. - self check in, no staff on site so feel slightly lifeless - small room with no ventilation so room smells very stuffy on arrival - breakfast vouchers are for cafe opposite hotel (did not enjoy this breakfast)

• Ursina (8/5): - Right in the heart of chinatown, close to subway. We had a 24hrs layover and came straight from the airport. Easy to find and walkable to mayor sites. Very good restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean especially for a shared space. You have to download an app to open your room door. Not too much of a hassle though.
• Amin (8/5): - Top Lage! Super Kundenservice per Chat bis spät in die Nacht! Von mir verursachte Probleme wurden direkt gelöst. Jederzeit wieder! Hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Die Badezimmer sind super! Die Steckdosen am Bettende waren komisch. Hab nachts mit meinen Füßen die Kabel gezogen und Schalter betätigt und ich bin nur 178cm groß :) Das Zimmer hat immer beschlagen. Es tropfte von allen Wänden und Spiegeln, sobald die Klimaanlage mal nicht 22°C hatte.

• Elaine (6/5): Fantastic location, questionable experience - The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was small but suitably sized for one or two travellers staying together. The location is the best part - almost next door to Maxwell Center and minutes' walk away from metro station. Although the staff who helped me check in via text messaging were friendly and welcoming, this staff-less hostel felt uneasy because if there were any issues, it still feels like there is nobody there to help. This is especially unnerving if you are like me, a female whose flight arrived at midnight and couldn't get into her room after multiple tries. (Had to stand around going through app permissions and phone settings to finally get in). For another example, there is no way to open your room door without your phone. This means that I have to take my phone with me to the shared showers (phone has to go in the hot, humid shower stall with you). If my phone is taken, lost, dropped in water, runs out of battery, can't open the app, etc, what am I supposed to do? Or my phone is charging, that means I have to wait for it to take a shower? The room I used had huge windows, but because they are locked shut and cannot be opened, the room smelled bad from lack of circulation. It was noticeable every time I came back inside. Fan + A/C couldn't air it out. I liked that the ironing board was available to share in the hallway, but so are the hairdryers. This meant that there was someone loudly blow-drying her hair for half an hour in the open hallway... at 00:30!! The walls are pretty thin and you can hear people having conversations in neighboring rooms. I thought the model was interesting so I gave this hostel a try, but I've now learned it's not a very pleasant experience.

• Anna (9/5): Great value at an excellent location. - It a great option for a budget traveler, as the place is modern and clean and the location is the best for foodies, as it is in between 2 best hawker markets. I stayed twice - in double and in single rooms, both had comfortable beds, AC, a safe. Check-in and the key are via app, good instructions are at the reception, and there is a staff member during the day (until 6pm) to help. WiFi worked great. Nothing much. I didn’t like the fact that it’s impossible to open the windows for fresh air, but it seems to be common in Asia. Overall, the place is quiet, but it depends on the room location, as the windows are old. The room is dark for reading in the evening.

• Zheng Qian (10/5): Affordable hotel in Chinatown - The location was very strategic, staff was friendly, room and even the public toilets is clean. Bluetooth check in, maybe the hotel can provide a temporary password for entering the room. Sometimes we might forget the phone in room or just simply run out of battery.
