- Melanie (6/5): - Die Lage ist super und für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt ok. Das Bett ist für japanische Verhältnisse gros und sehr bequem. Der Fernseher und seine Nutzungsmöglichkeiten war gut und das Badezimmer war super.Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind winzig und eher für Business- Aufenthalte geeignet, der Schreibtisch könnte gern einem kleinen Schrank weichen, in 10 Tagen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gestaubsaugt. Das Frühstück war für uns preisleistung nicht gut…Kaffee gibt es nur in Pappbechern… die Säfte waren alle aus der Tüte und sehr verwässert. Sehr viele warme Sachen zum Frühstück kein dunkles Brot kein Aufschnitt… das Rührei war zu 90 % nicht fertig und noch sehr roh…. Auf die Kleiderordnung wird nicht geachtet, viele Gäste mit hauslatschen… die Glastür zum Frühstücksraum war 10 Tage lang extrem dreckig… der Boden in Restaurant wurde nicht täglich gereinigt und ein Blick in die Küche zeigte starke Verschmutzung.

Pero las habitaciones son extremadamente chicas. Quizas para una estadia de uno o dos dias puede ser, pero realmente son demasiadas chicas, mas chicas que un camarote de crucero. The cleaning is done every 3 days from check-in, even if you request it on day 2 so you can sleep in a bit longer on day 3. It was done on day 2 and also on day 3, not really necessary, plus no sleeping in allowed. Very thin walls (you can hear the neighbor snoring..) Pillows not so comfy.

The view of the room was really great (I added the picture) There was a queue in the laundry room for dryers. The dryers don’t dry the clothes in 30 mins, I had to wait for 1 and half hours.

Ez az APA hotel lánc nagyon szuper. Az onsen is nagyon különleges volt, még sosem volt korábban ilyen élményünk. Nagyon kedves személyzet. Elhelyezkedés kb 2 perc séta egy fő metró állomástól. Nagyon szuper volt.

- Maeva (5/5): - I stayed 4 nights at APA Hotel Otsuka with a friend. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional, and the room was well equipped. The bed was also comfortable. Great location ! I was very disappointed by the size of the room. For two people, the space was extremely small to the point where we were constantly walking into each other. Once we opened our suitcases, it became even more difficult to move around. It was honestly very uncomfortable to stay in such a tiny space for several nights. I think it should be clearly mentioned in the description that rooms with a double bed are also extremely small for two guests. In addition, the photos on Booking were not representative of the room we actually received. We came to Japan mainly to explore the country, so thankfully we did not spend all day in the hotel, but it was still impossible to properly enjoy or relax in the room because of how cramped it was.

- Melanie (5/5): War ok - Die zentrale Lage neben dem Bahnhof. Das Onsen ist zwar klein aber hat dafür sehr lange auf. Das Personal beim Frühstück war unorganisiert und wenig freundlich. Es war oft so voll das man warten musste weil es ein viel zu kleiner Raum war. Das Buffet wurde ab 9 Uhr nachdem das Personal sich essen beiseite gestellt hatte abgeräumt. Hygiene Vorschriften wie Haarmasken sollten Pflicht sein. Man musste jeden Vormittag ewig auf die Fahrstühle warten da es keine Treppen als Alternative gab.

- LEANDRO (9/5): Ottima posizione, ottima pulizia e gentilezza dello staff - Posizionata a un paio di centinaia di metri dalla stazione Otsuka della linea Yamanote (la più importante di Tokyo). Il quartiere è tranquillo con molti ristoranti, quindi se stanchi da una giornata in giro per Tokyo potete anche restare in zona. L'hotel non ha il servizio ristorante e non ha un bar, ma Vendor machines. Le stanze sono piccole (normale per il Giappone) ma ben organizzate. Non manca nulla e non soffri per gli spazi un pò esigui. Pulizia OTTIMA. Personale gentilissimo, ma parla poco l'inglese. Colazione abbondante e buona. Chiaramente non molta scelta per quella dolce, ma tanta per la salata (ho mangiato per la prima volta il pollo fritto alle 8 la mattina) Nulla, nel senso che la camera è piccola ma ci si può sopravvivere soprattutto per come ben organizzata e il fatto che il personale parli poco l'inglese lo sopperiscono con una grande gentilezza, usando a volte il traduttore del cellulare.

- Lovell (5/5): Would not recommend... - The hotel was in a good location with lots of shopping and stores. It was also super close to the train station and walking distance to Sunshine 60 mall. The rooms are insanely small, smell musty, and aren't well ventilated. The air conditioning system is functional but stops cooling well if you run it for a few hours. The building is huge, yet only has 4 barely functional washers/dryers. The baths arent tattoo friendly, although they have a water heating issue and encourage guests to use them. This is especially ridiculous seeing as a large portion of the business caters to foreigners who often have tattoos!

Śniadania bardzo smaczne i obfite gdy sie je zakupilo Częsty brak cieplej wody wieczorami a w ostatnią naszą noc pobytu w ogóle cieplej wody nie bylo nawet słabo z kranu leciało. Śniadania malo urozmaicone przy 5 dniu pobytu juz sie nudziło jeść to samo z rzędu bo codzinnie bylo to samo aczkolwiek smaczne. Mało dan stylu japońskiego. W pokoju strasznie gorąco trzeba bylo uruchamiać klimatyzację jednak żeby nie zachorować to ja wyłączyliśmy i znowu sie robiło gorąco.

- aiste (6/5): Overall good stay but was let down by the lack of hot water past midnight. - It was really close to the train station, a family mart and a Lawson. Being on the top floor really provide amazing views, but took a hot minutes for the lifts. The hotels also provided toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, hairbands etc which were replaced every 3 days when the room got cleaned. There was no hot water past midnight, so the options were shower with cold water, don’t shower or use the onsen. The issues with the onsen was that they didn’t allow people with tattoos which was fine unless you want to shower in hot water past midnight. They provide ‘fake skin’ to cover tattoos but you were only allowed 2 squares of it.

- erwan (10/5): nice clean quiet hotel in quiet area yet short distance from all the busy tokyo places - Otsuka is a nice little quiet spot and so is the hotel. It's walking distance from the JR station and the rooms were so quiet. In terms of cleanness, the even call you if they can't come to clean two days in a row! rooms are really tiny, it would be tough to stay long if not alone
