Martina (7/5): - Das Frühstück war gut, es gab von allem etwas. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein aber war ok. Wir waren nicht viel im Zimmer. Am besten mit einem Rucksack reisen. Das Hotel war im Zentrum und sehr schön. Wir hatten das Gym gesucht und haben bei der Reception nachgefragt. Man sagte uns, es gibt kein Gym, obwohl ein paar Meter entfernt eines ist. Wahrscheinlich hat der Receptionist uns einfach nicht verstanden. 🙂😄

Wir hatten andere Vorstellungen, daher wurden wir enttäuscht. Für diejenigen, die mit all ihren Sinnen nur "satt" werden möchten, ist diese Unterkunft sicherlich ganz ok.

We were out alot of the time but was very easy to get in and out of the hotel at all hours. The hotel is located above a train station which is super handy and right across from a 7/11 and McDonalds.

Room was comfortable and spacious with a great view of the downtown area. Enjoyed buffet breakfast. All for a good price. There is not too much not to like. English was limited with conceirge staff. We would stay here again.

The room was very clean and pillows were good. The location is certainly very central and easy to travel with so many train line & metro options. I would say the mattress needs to be softer. For someone petite like me, a firm mattress gives me pins and needles after 4-5 hours of sleep. Also, there was a bad smell in the bathroom due to little air circulation.

So, if you are a business traveller, be ready for problems with your expense report. It was an extremely disapponting experience especially as I stayed for more than a week with them and now cannot close my expense report. In spite of several rounds with the property and booking.com customer service, I am still left along with my problems. this case completely spoiled my stay. therefore, I rate it as 2/10.

Even though the area is super busy, the moment you walk it, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful, my room cleaning was excellent every day. I particularly have to point out Mr. Yokoyama at the front desk – he really went out of his way to help me when I had a problem. There could be a lounge type of area where you could sit and wait for a friend, or just be if you did not want to wait in your room.
