- hiroko (7/5): ゆったり寛ぐことができました！ - 設備は古めですが、清潔でゆったりと過ごす事ができました。広めのツイン部屋で、タオル類、アメニティー等も倍の数が備えられていてありがたかったです。 落ち着いた高級感を感じる室内ですが、洗面所の石鹸置き（固形石鹸も最近では珍しい）が古びていたり、ソファーの一部が破れている等、設備の老朽化が少し残念でした。

The following day I changed the hotel with less price a very good hotel. Why i must hide the reality?

- James (2/5): - ひどいホテルでした。一晩分の宿泊を予約していたのですが、夜遅くに到着し、チェックインのためにベルを鳴らすと、スタッフの女性が「チェックイン時間を伺うメールをお送りしましたが、ご返信がなかったので、その部屋は満室になりました」と言いました。しかし、私は数週間前に一晩分の宿泊料金を支払い、クレジットカードの請求も済んでおり、その部屋は翌朝11時まで私のものであるはずでした。 その結果、私は午前3時に路上に放り出され、携帯のバッテリーも切れ、結局、始発電車が来るまで駅で寝ることになりました。寒さで体調も崩しました。 それだけでもひどいのに、ホテルはせめて宿泊料金を返金すべきでしたが、それすらもありませんでした。

- Ramsay (7/5): Good - Chech in isn't until 9PM. Other then that all good. Loved the washroom with the huge jetted tub. The room was more traditional Japanese style, bed was comfy, room was big.
- Caroline (7/5): Good - The huge bath tub was great. Good value for money and not too far from Ikebukuro station. If you're fine with love hotels, it's not a bad option, especially that you get a bigger room than in business hotels, and a great bath tub. It felt slightly old, needs a bit of refurbishing here and there. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy at night even if overall we were fine.

- Tony (7/5): Ok - Location is good Booking.com does not have the correct instructions on when to check in. The website states I could check in at 1100am. The hotel does not allow check in until 9pm. Someone needs to make sure that folks aren't confused about that. It is a big deal when a person has luggage and visiting from afar. To check in and find our is probably nor a good thing for the customer.
- Tsuyoshi (10/5): - プレミアムツインルームに宿泊。 大きいお風呂目当てで選びました。 ジャグジーは180cmの私でも足を伸ばせるほど大きく、ベッドもゆったり寝られるサイズで満足でした。 アメニティも充実してて好みのシャンプーやヘアアイロンも借りられて嬉しかったです。 おまけにカラオケも楽しむことができました。 部屋の照明のバリエーションを変えるスイッチが反応しづらかった点だけ気になりましたが、池袋駅に近くて便利で十分満足いく設備とサービスでした。
