- Oshin (7/5): It was ok - Location was great. Very close to the train stations. It was spacious enough for four people. Beds were comfortable. We had all the necessary equipments to use. Communication with the host was very bad. It seems more than one person is replying to messages without being bothered to understand the previous conversations. We had back to back bookings altogether total for 5nights. We were told we need to check out and check back in if we need the room cleaned as there are no daily HSK services. We decided to opt out hsk as we can clean after ourselves and requested the host to help us to remove the garbage accordingly which they agreed to. We were told if garbage disposal is needed inform them before 8pm and leave the garbage outside the door and cleaners will pick it up. This was back in july when we made the reservation. However, when we actually needed the garbage disposed we were asked to leave it in the room as we checking out even though we actually were not supposed to and later again asked us to leave the garbage outside the door. At the end garbage were sitting outside the door for 2 days until we check out which was very disappointing. It was frustrating because it did not look good on us because some random garbage was sitting outside the door and we couldn't leave it in the room as-well so it will start to smell. At the end of the day no one came to clean the room for 5 days nor disposed the garbage for us as our original conversation.

- Donghua (9/5): 性价比高，地理位置优越，设施齐全。 - 地理位置方便，隔壁有大众超市24小时营业，离难波和道顿崛，心斋桥不算远，吃饭买东西非常方便。步行去道顿plaza坐车去机场很方便。房间沙发床可以扩展，开放式厨房物品齐全，可以自己简单做饭。 厕所空间狭小，个头大的腿可能会不舒服。沙发上面可能是以前客人留下的食品污渍，已经清洗不掉了，虽然不影响入住，建议加个沙发套。

- Margarita (6/5): - Nice room for 2 people, however for family with 2 teenagers I am not recommended. Biggest issues was a garbage that you can not trashed must keep in room due to complicated recycling processes in Japan. Therefore we did not cook in apartment, and went to eat outside only.

- Judith (10/5): - Very much enjoyed our stay. We moved apartments due to dates so started off in 903 then moved to 501. Both apartments were lovely but beware of the low bed frame in 903 which has hard sharp edges and is hidden by the duvet cover (I whacked my leg on it when walking round to the balcony!) The sofa beds are ok for sitting on but would be a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped. The area was very central and the supermarket right across the road was a bonus. Close to the subway station and we would highly recommend the okonomiyaki restaurant at the end of the street.

- Robert (8/5): Good value, convenient to subway. - Nice sized apartment. Traveling with my wife and daughter, the apartment was big enough to move around. Kitchen was well equipped, market was right across the street from the building. About 5 minutes to subway. Good value over staying in a cramped hotel room. It was all good. If you are looking for some super modern air b&b type place, this probably isn't for you. It was perfect for us.

- Harshdeep (10/5): Great apartment in an ideal location - Near the dotonbori area and within 30 minute walking distance to plenty of sites. Clean apartment and all the necessary amenities. They also have a dehumidifier which was a nice extra. They have a drying rack and you can turn the temperature up to heat the room. Just something to be aware of if you decide to wash your clothes.

Everything you could need for a short getaway. Apartment was very close to train station and bus stops. Many options for grocery store and convenience stores very close by. Quite neighbourhood. Getting there was easy. And getting in was easier. Directions were excellent. Overall a very nice stay. Kettle was inoperable. Informed the host but no action was taken. Didn't really matter since tap water is quite clean and there was a microwave oven to make coffee with.

- Cindee (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay - House condition was clean and as per description. It has everything you need for a complete stay. All electrical equipments are working well. The location of the house was easy to find and key collection was a breeze given the clear instructions from the owner. Apartment environment is quiet. There is a supermarket and coin laundry just across the street. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori area. Owner is friendly and responsive, patiently answered all my enquiries which was very helpful. The washer doesn't have a drying function but luckily there is a coin laundromat across the street so I brought my laundry over to use the dryer. Due to having 2 double beds in one of the room, the door couldn't close. Apartment is good for max 4 pax otherwise not much space to open up the luggages.

Loved the drying room made washing cloths easy and then drying them. Didn't realise there were no condiments( salt , pepper or oil to cook with) but only small thing could get them locally

- BRIANNA (10/5): 5 stars - Everytbing was exaclty as the pucture showed. Plenty of staroage room. Tons on towels and blanckets and pillows. Slippers for all the guests. Qr codes for 4 different languages including English. Very easy to access even after check-in time. I would definitely stay here again for another trip to Osaka.

- Van (8/5): Nice two-bedroom apartment within walking distance to many Osaka attractions. - The apartment was on an upper floor with a nice view of the city and quiet at night. The host provided a very well written guide on how to get in. The room was as described. The air conditioning was fast and the rooms were well decorated. The beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to have a 24-hr grocery store right next door. There was a little cart of items like toothbrushes, facial wipes and combs if those items had been forgotten. The wifi did not work while we were there but fortunately, we had brought our own pocket wifi. The apartment would have benefited from a good vacuuming around the edges.
- Inge (6/5): Too warm and too worn - We visited in July, with 33-36 degrees Celsius outside (90-97 degrees Fahrenheit), and the room temperature was almost the same when we arrived. The AC wasn’t very efficient, and we never got the temperature down as much as we wanted. Also, the general standard was lower than we expected based on the three star rating. But the location was nice, and the washing machine and other equipment were easy to operate. The information from the owner was thorough and helpful.
- Harry1122 (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is excellent! Very clean room, stable WiFi, great location with a supermarket right next to the apartment. The information provided by the host is very detail with almost ininstant response to my enquiries. Nothing. Only flaw is that the bed seems to be too soft.

Place was perfect and close to everything - particularly Dotonburi :) There was a supermarket next door and lots of convenience stores/restaurants nearby which was perfect! Apartment was cosy and there were lots of amenities for us that came in handy! Little bit cluttered, could do without some of the furniture to make more space for our luggage but otherwise no complaints here :)
- takayoshi (10/5): - 先ず観光には立地が最高です。建物も感じが良いし部屋も綺麗でした。4人での生活に適してますね。シャワーだけしか使いませんでしたが、バスタブも深くて大きかったです。徒歩10分の所に温泉があったので、そちらも使えて楽しかったです。隣がスーパーだったので、弁当も食材も調達できて便利でした。また次回もお願いしたいと思います。
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 民家が立ち並ぶので、地理に詳しくない人は大通りに出たほうが分かりやすい。また、人通りの多い、立体駐車場など利用したほうが車場荒らし対策になる。

- Dez (6/5): - We were to get 500 MB of data a day but we only got it on our first and last day. The map that was sent to find our way from the station to the hotel was at least 2 years out of date, the exit that we were to start from had been closed for 2 years. then there was building work going on and everything had changed. But the apartment itself was OK and in a good area.
