• Amy (10/5): Great accomodation. Great location. Great staff. - Room was beautiful and clean, with a good sized bathroom/shower. Chairs and table by the window and TV were a nice addition in the room. Able to use the kitchen and the coffee machine was used lots! Great location right on the tram stop, and a short walk from all local attractions. Staff and owner were incredibly helpful from the point of booking until the time of departure. Assisting with parking information, tourist information and providing assistance throughout the stay. The double bed was two single beds put together. Found the beds separated during the night and had to be pushed back together each morning.

• Maggie (7/5): We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Rome - Excellent location that was within walking distances to the majority of the main tourist attractions. Very close to good quality restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was next to a busy road, so unfortunately you could here the traffic both day and night. No communal comfortable seating area.
• Camtu (10/5): - Great location, 1 minute of walking from a taxi stand, 3-5 minutes from many good restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Paola, her daughter Costanza and her staff Valentina are very pleasant and helpful. We will stay here again next time we're in Rome.

• Azmat (10/5): - This is a lovely BnB at a very central location in very happening Trastevere district. The staff especially Constanza are amazing. Some may find this place a bit noisy as it is close to a main road, but the windows are double glazed. We did not find it noisy at all.

• Viviane33 (9/5): - O lugar é um charme. Decoração linda. Cama muito confortável, travesseiros e lençóis excelentes, tem uma cozinha de acesso comum para os hóspedes. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, sempre tinham alguns lanchinhos disponíveis na recepção. O bairro é cheio de restaurantes. Excelente custo benefício. A Constanza super atenciosa. Apenas o metrô fica distante, mas passa ônibus bem em frente.

Se perder pelas ruas de Trastevere. Atenção apenas para o fato de não termos metrô próximo. É preciso uma caminhada considerável. Mas tem ônibus, que atende a necessidade de locomoção. Gostei de tudo.

• garrett (10/5): Fantastic Rome home base! - Clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It’s an easy walk to all the major attractions, but just far enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep. Costanza was awesome and readily available to help with anything we needed. The bed and linens were super comfortable, and the bathroom is excellent. Definitely a great spot if you want to be close to everything in Trastevere without the late-night street noise. Nothing not to like.

• Karl Martinscroft (10/5): Perfect, informal, friendly & comfortable accomodation in an ideal setting. - This property is ideally located to visit the lively Trastevere area of Rome which provides many varied restaurants in which to eat. In a traditional Italian property our host provides clean, comfortable accomodation that delivers a relaxed, informal vibe. Ideal for a holiday exploring this marvellous city. Our host, Costanza, was wonderful, ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. Her communication was spot on, her attention to detail & provision of those little 'treats' were above & beyond. A delight...thank you. Perfect in every way, no improvements necessary.

O checkin e o checkout foram bastante simples e fizeram o possível para nos atender nos ajustes de horários por conta dos nossos tours já agendados. O wifi funcionou bem e o quarto possui janela com isolamento acústico, então apesar de estar de frente para uma avenida bastante movimentada, fica completamente silencioso. Com certeza retornaria a hospedagem, pois fomos muito bem recebidas e o local atendeu totalmente as nossas expectativas. O único ponto negativo foi na nossa última noite em que outro hóspede chegou de madrugada e direcionaram ele para o nosso quarto incorretamente. Acordei com o barulho porque ele ficou tentando abrir a nossa porta, que estava com a chave na parte de dentro, até que conseguiu. Mas eu havia levantado e ele me viu, pedindo desculpas e informando a quem estava atendendo que o quarto estava ocupado. Então uma preocupação que fiquei é que provavelmente a mesma chave abre as portas de todos os quartos. Acredito que este fator de segurança deva ser melhorado.

• Neha (8/5): Overall enjoyable, comfortable, clean space! - Lovely room and bathroom, all super clean and comfortable. Worked really well for our trip as we just needed a comfy place to sleep + unwind. Bus and tram stops are really close by for ease, and it’s about a 20 mins walk to piazza navona which worked really well for us. The toilet flush is a little loud, and the walls are a little thin so you can hear guests in other rooms. Our room also faced the main road so it can get noisy - but none of it was a dealbreaker.

• Ieva (9/5): Perfect location stay in Rome - Very good location for Rome visit, public transport just next, also 30 min walking distance to main attractions. Perfect location for foodies- many restaurants in 5-10 min walking distance. Room cleaning on daily basis, kitchen well equiped. We had room with terrace and it was perfect for breakfest. Prepare exact amount for city tax in cash, they do not give exchange! Bed covers could be better. Sound issolation sometimes felt not so good.

Restaurants right out the front door, secure building and private bathrooms. Walking distance to both the Vatican and the Colosseum, although nearly a mile to both. All in all, we recommend the place. The staff communicated well, but they had limited hours on site.

• Afroditi (7/5): Καλή τοποθεσία, αλλά ο χώρος δεν ήταν καθαρός και χρειάζεται συντήρηση — κακή μόνωση και φθαρμένα λευκά είδη. - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς. Οι κυρίες που μας εξυπηρέτησαν ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν. Η καθαριότητα γινόταν καθημερινά. Ο χώρος δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρός — βρήκαμε τρίχες στην ντουζιέρα και τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες χρήζουν αλλαγής. Γενικά, το δωμάτιο φαίνεται να χρειάζεται μια συντήρηση, ενώ η μόνωση ήταν κακή, καθώς ακούγονταν όλα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια. Αν δεν ήταν για την τοποθεσία, μάλλον δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.
• Sofie (9/5): Lovely Place, clean, comfortable with nice hostess that really cares. - Very good service with extra care. Paola even went out on the street to check our taxi arrived as booked when going to AirPort. The Place is perfectly located, nice room, very clean and with good access to kitchen. It was quit noisy from the street evening and sometimes at night.
• Maturo (10/5): ESPERIENZA TOP - La gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari e dello staff; posizione super centrale; anche se la Ns camera affacciava su Viale Trastevere abbiamo dormito benissimo grazie agli infissi che isolavano perfettamente; camera assolutamente pulita ed ordinata; i consigli dello staff in termini di bar/ristoranti nella zona super apprezzati (abbiamo fatto colazione da Giselda - consigliatissimo); camera con tutto l'occorrente e possibilità di fare colazione in struttura. Esperienza fantastica. Unica pecca: avendo un bagno cieco, avere un aspiratore sarebbe stato ottimale, anche semplicemnte per aspirare i vapori della doccia.

Il y avait également des choses fournies qui ont agrémenter le séjour ex: café, biscuits, prise, etc. Rein, tout était la perfection!

Was very clean, shower was lovely, bed was comfortable, 10/10 Only problem we had was the sky tv didn’t work, which wasn’t an issue at all but the signal was bad so not sure if it needs sorting but didn’t affect our stay at all!

Majoituksen sijainti Trasteveressa on keskeinen, lähellä on useita ravintoloita ja jonkin verran kauppoja. Bussilla pääsee helposti joka paikkaan ja suurimpaan osaan nähtävyyksistä vaikka kävellen.

• Shannon (9/5): - Excellent response and assistance from staff/owner. Wonderful air conditioning. My room allowed the tram sounds to be quite rumbly and disturbing. They didn't effect my sleep until early morning, but since they were such a low frequency my white noise generator couldn't block them out. Otherwise I slept quite well.

• Susan (10/5): A great find! - Charming apartment, right in the heart of Trastevere! From the moment we opened the huge brown front doors, to taking the antique elevator, we knew we were in for a treat. The host was also very helpful with our late check-in, leaving the keys for us at a local flower vendor. My only regret is that we were only there one night!

Entretanto, possui várias comodidades que o coloca em situação similar a de horel e até com vantagens. Oferece café da manhã, no estilo self-service, com poucas opções mas saboroso. A gente fica à vontade devido à gentileza da Sra. Paola. O local é excelente, com 2 supermercados perto, muitas opções de restaurantes excelentes e facilidade de deslocamento à pé para os principais locais turísticos e de lojas!

• Earle (10/5): A gem of an apartment, you won't regret staying here! - Beautiful apartment, the lift was amazing architecture, and a mini fridge in the room to store drinks in. Shared kitchen facilities with microwave, cooker, and free snacks. Super location and less than €20 Uber from/to the train station if you don't want to walk. Paola is lovely, glad to meet the owner before we departed 😀 The other check in staff are also very helpful and easy to contact. Leaving 😉
