• Brigitte (10/5): - Personne très aimable, chambre propre, emplacement pas trop loin du centre, pour ceux qui aiment marcher pas de problème, ensuite trastevere est super le jours comme la nuit ça bouge toujours, nous y sommes aller vers le15 décembre ont a adoré c est pourquoi on a voulu y retourner, mais on était moins dans le centre de trastevere mais il y a que 10mn à pied de différence, et surtout c est bien sécurisé policier dans tout les coins de rue je recommande et pour les marcheurs, ont fait tout a pieds et le logement est bien sécurisé avec des codes pour chaque portes ,et ils y a des transports à côté, la directrice est super Rien à redire on est prêt pour repartir

• Arbel (7/5): Petit, bien situé et pas cher - Très bien situé à 10min à pied des ruelles animées de Trastevere et juste à 20m des arrêts de trams et bus, Le prix est super intéressant pour le quartier. C'est propre et la dame qui fait le ménage tous les jours et accueille les voyageurs est gentille, même si elle ne parle aucune langue que l'italien. Le loueur est très réactif sur chacune de nos demandes. le petit déj (café jus d'orange pressé bmvienneoiserie et petits sandwiches triangles à la demande) est dans un petit snack situé à 30m ou la serveuse est absolument adorable ! possibilité de laisser les valises dans l'établissement avant le check in et après le check out La chambre pour trois est vraiment petite (17m2), sur les photos ça semblait plus grand, idem pour la salle de bains avec une douche si petite qu'on ne peut pas de baisser dedans pour se laver les pieds, mais apparemment c'est normal vu le quartier Le confort est spartiate : un petit couloir commun qui dessert les 4 chambres (nous aurions aimé un salon commun pour se poser après les visites) . Dans la chambre : le lit double avev ses 2 tablettes de chevet le lit de camp simple, un minibar frigo (1 bouteille d'eau offerte le 1er jour, le reste est payant) 1 petit bureau, 1 chaise et 1 petit fauteuil (il n'y a pas de place pour mettre plus). le lit simple pour la 3ème personne est un petit lit de camp près de la porte, Nous n'avons pas réussi à renseigner nos propres codes sur Netflix. Nous n'avions pas reçu les consignes d'arrivées au moment de la réservation et avons dû contacter le loueur pour acceder à l'immeuble (3 portes à codes), heureusement il a été très réactif ! Situé sur la rue centrale Trastevere on entend quand même le bruit continue des voitures, trams et bus jour et nuit mais ça reste largement supportable.

• Riera (10/5): Muy buen lugar para hospedarse - Encontramos el lugar tal cual se presenta en las fotos, muy limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos caminando del centro de trastevere, y con una parada de tranvía en frente qué te deja en el centro histórico en 15 minutos. Tuvimos un leve problema con el ascensor y al instante nos respondieron y asistieron. Recomiendo el lugar 👌🏼

• Stella (10/5): Our stay was great. I would stay there again and highly recommend - The location is very good,secure and comfortable for transportation. Although its not in the center all nice places of Rome were near with bus. There was bus station and train station near In our reservation we thought there would be breakfast in the price included but it was not.

• 303AY (1/5): - . Absolut Desaster. Das war in ein gefährlicher Gegend wo man sich nicht traute abends allein raus zu gehen. Nach Ankunft haben wir sofort in ein andere hotel was anderes gebucht und sind sofort dort wieder raus. Alles hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen das ganze Gebäude. Die Besitzer waren nett, bringt uns aber nichts wenn man sich nicht wohl fühlt. Möchte zumindest halbe Geld zurück, da unsere Aufenthalt ca 20 min war

Bien por los Aire acondicionados y los frigobar El lugar es un alojamiento compartido con otros huespedes. hay cuatro habitaciones con su baño independiente, pero el desayunador y cocina es una zona común. Cometimos un error al reservar y llegamos un día antes de la fecha prevista, pero nos ofrecieron otra habitación disponible para esa noche, lo que fue un gesto realmente amable y valorado. En cuanto a la ubicación, si bien estaba en una zona práctica, no la consideramos destacada dentro del barrio de Trastevere. Un punto muy importante a considerar como positivo es que el hospedaje cuenta con ascensor, algo que aporta comodidad y accesibilidad, especialmente en una zona con construcciones antiguas. No tuvimos una mala experiencia, pero creemos que el alojamiento podría mejorar en varios aspectos. Agradecemos la amabilidad del personal. La habitación originalmente asignada contaba con una cama matrimonial y una cama adicional, ya que éramos tres adultos. La cama principal no resultó cómoda, y la cama adicional era un catre que podría funcionar para un niño, pero no fue adecuada para un adulto, lo que afectó la calidad del descanso. El aire acondicionado funcionaba, pero no enfriaba lo suficiente, y el baño era demasiado pequeño, dificultando su uso con comodidad.

Dice que tiene para guardar equipaje, pero no es así. Nos dijeron que podía dejarse en la zona común sin vigilancia. Tiene ascenaor pero hay que subir un primer tramo de escaleras para cogerlo. La ducha tenía las cortinas sucias, y sólo salía agua de arriba. Deberia indicarlo. Solo dejaron dos cápsulas de café para toda la estancia, y sin leche. Sería algo a mejorar.

The location in Trastevere is lovely - a bit away from the bustle but with good access to walk lots of places and trams on the road outside. Tree lined road. Communication was really good and self-checkin was simple and quick. Comfy, large bed, good space in the room and everything you need. Nothing.

• goranb856 (2/5): Terrible and I DON'T recommend this guest house - This guest house is worst place to stay in, I'm very disappointed ,terrible and dirty place and please don't believe if anybody say different or in review i have bed experience so you don't have to, I got red room for 6 nights with balcony which was used buy the way like storage and so dirty and after check in i was sorry for booking this dump, you have to carry with you 4 keys to enter building, neighborhood is terrible with lots of homeless people, stores and restaurants are unfriendly to English speaking tourist and overpriced ,bathroom is small and shower is so small and rust everywhere and broken tiles, only one free electric outlet in room, balcony door is not closing its dirty smelly room, very noisy street

• Goran S (2/5): - Please let me be clear; this is my honest opinion about this guest house, spend little more money for hotel and any hotel because this place is nothing like on photos on Expedia, same moment i arrive i contact Expedia because this room i book is terrible and dirty and smells and i book with balcony but owner use balcony like storage for tiles and other cleaning products. Area around guest house is not very good with lots of homeless people Pictures are from 10 years ago and older for sure, balcony door is not closing all the way, you have to carry set of 4 keys with you, building is old with small elevator, its noisy, old beds, small shower like 25 inches, broken tiles and rusty edges so you have to be careful, after first night i complain about room to owner and Expedia this property manager Andrea blocked me Wi-Fi and tv channels and it's really sad to treat guest that way. Not good and please don't believe in photos and some reviews because they are not honest, I pay price for staying there so you don't have to make same mistake. Please this is my honest opinion about this guest house.

For us, this was a comfortable distance. The appartment had a lot of beautiful authentic details and the minimalist enterior enhanced these features, very much my style. The appartment was in the centre of the shopping- and restaurant street. It was very lively and nice, everything nearby. The neighbourhood was lovely. In the weekend, it was a bit noisy, but it didn't interfere with sleep so it was good enough. What struck me most, was the kind support, information about the best features of the surroundings, how to take public transport, where to eat etc. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! There were no real drawbacks that would make me advise against this appartment. Some improvements would be more space (both in the bathroom and the bedroom) to store items, like more planks to put something on. The shower curtain was unwieldy, a better option might be considered

• Lyvia (10/5): - Os quartos são excelentes e a acomodação está super bem localizada do Trastereve com tram e ônibus praticamente na porta. No final da rua tem a estação Trastevere com trem direto pro aeroporto por 8 euros, subindo a rua vc encontra o fervo do Trastevere, vários barzinhos, música e bons restaurantes. Realmente o box do banheiro é minúsculo como vi em várias avaliações, mas essa é uma realidade em todas as acomodações na Itália: todos os box são pequenos. Custo-benefício excelente, me hospedaria de novo. Deixando claro que não tem luxo ou muitas comodidades, mas é o básico que funciona: conforto, boa localização, limpeza e organização.

• claudia (6/5): No es buena idea quedarse aquí - Si quieres bañarte la noche antes de salir, lo es el lugar ideal. No hay agua caliente y nadie te resuelve. La habitación es muy cerca de la calle y se escucha todo el ruido incluyendo el tranvía. Hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y el baño es pequeñísimo. Por otro lado la limpieza y atención de Rossy es muy buena!

The apartment is right next to a tram station which is convenient (however slightly noisy in the night) Andrea, the host, was friendly and accommodating enough to allow us to leave our bags after checkout and pick it up later. Would definitely recommend ! Just be mindful of the tram line right in front of the building as you could hear it all night

Within a walking distance from the center. I think the window's sound isolation is not that good. The tram's noise during the night is sometimes annoying.

• Gord (9/5): Clean and comfortable room conveniently located in the desirable Trastevere neighbourhood. - Clean, well appointed room, ideally located in the cool neighbourhood of Trastevere near piles of good cafes, restaurants and bars, and adjacent to a stop for the very useful tram-line 8. Andrea is helpful with questions and assistance. Great value. Just a bit noisy but earplugs are graciously provided.
• Ara (8/5): - Es muy tranquilo el lugar y Andrea fue muy amable en enviar con anticipación el proceso de auto check in, tiene frigobar y aire acondicionado que agradecimos muchisimo, ademas de que dejan capsulas para un cafe antes de salir a pasear por las mañanas. Lo unico que puedo decir que no me gusto fue la ducha es muy pequeña incluso para alguien pequeña como yo.
