- Thatpakorn (9/5): Extremely Hot Room – Had to Move to Another Hotel - Big Bed The room was very hot even at night. It made my back sweat so much that I could not sleep, so I had to find another hotel to stay at that night. / It was okay if a lower bed was not available; I was not concerned about that. However, I did not expect the room temperature to be so hot that the air conditioning could not cool the room properly. It became unbearable, and I had to urgently move to another hotel that night.

- Napilan (7/5): - Staff was nice and accommodating specially the guy at the reception and the other guy that speaks english well and explained everything to us when we needed our help. The shower heads has plenty of moulds and would be better if it was cleaned as well. Though they always clean the shared bathroom and toilet area. Only the showerheads are the problem and I think they can improve more but overall our stay is fine.

- Kateryna (7/5): Great, but hope they can fix the AC - The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet you can easily walk to the nearest BTS station. There are also plenty of local cafes and small restaurants around, so if you’re traveling but want to stay somewhere calm and relaxing — this place is a great choice. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. My friend and I stayed in a twin room, and overall, everything was fine. The breakfasts were amazing — huge portions and very tasty! We had breakfast on the terrace, which was nice, but later moved inside because it got too hot. The stuff is very nice and friendly! Give them 10/10 for service and communication!!! When we first checked in, about 15 minutes later I noticed that water started dripping from the air conditioner. At first, we tried to clean it up, thinking it might just be condensation, but it didn’t stop. About 30 minutes later, we informed the guy at the reception. They sent someone to clean the floor and put a towel under the leak so that the water would drip onto it. However, the dripping continued the whole time the AC was on. It was really hard to sleep at night because of the constant dripping sound, so we had to turn it off. But since the room had no windows to open, it became really hot and stuffy, and we ended up waking up again in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the issue during our stay, but they said they would report it and that a technician would come soon
- Rahma (9/5): great, fun, comfortable, clean - the staff is really friendly and nice, me and my friends do enjoy live there for a while. also one of my friend had a crush on the receptionist haha, the free water is a lifesaver. it’s also near cafe, street foods and 711, i would recommend to go 711 on the back (left side road after out from hostel) because there’s 3 pickpockets in the front (right side road) 711, the bigger 711 that connects with apartment when i realized that i got the fifth floor with many baggage i knew it would be really exhausting…..my back is encok (hurt a bit)

- Daniel (5/5): My least favorite part about Silom/Sathorn - 1. Smart TV 2. Water available at ground floor, but you need your own bottle 3. Toilet is the same size as the bedroom 1. Location is a little inconvenient and hard to find 2. You need to remove shoes at the ground floor 3. Place is really small to move luggage around 4. Only one staff (the receptionist) was friendly. Everyone else just ignores you or is really unwilling to answer your question 5. Sewage smell from the shared toilets seeps into the private room every day 6. The walls and door are not soundproof and you can hear everyone outside 7. Lots of ants in the room 8. Room fixtures like the tv console, bedside panels and lights are warped or appear to be very fragile from lack of maintenance My general advice as a frequent traveller to Thailand: Do not book a private room here, better value to spend that money on a serviced/hotel room instead

In summary this place has potential but because it is so small and so many people it's hard to maintain.

- Diana (10/5): A great place that I recommend for those who plan to explore the city and have a spot to relax. - I really liked the accommodation: there is a relaxation area, the place is well-maintained and cleaned, the beds are comfortable (firm, but I liked it), and there is a wonderful city view from the rooftop. There is a 7/11 nearby, nice cafés, as well as the BTS and parks.

- Diaz (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for a low cost accommodation in Bangkok this is a very good option. The hostel is nice, clean, organized and most importantly, no noise at night. The staff is very friendly, with easy communication in English and very willing to help you. We needed to check in late due to our flight and the staff did not hesitate to help us, everything was very easy. There is a supermarket 20 minutes away on foot, a subway station 15 minutes away and several 7-elevens less than 10 minutes away.

The rooms are extremely small, even for a hostel, and I found the experience challenging. The staff were unresponsive when we tried to reach them, making communication difficult. Checking out early was a hassle because no one was available, and we had to figure out how to hand off our key and retrieve our deposit ourselves.

- Olorato (9/5): An affordable and convenient stay. - The staff is kind, the breakfast is affordable and delicious, and the rooftop is a great place to hang out. I also like the storage set-up in the rooms - wish more hostels could offer the shelf option in their lockers. The showers are small and need more care - they have great potential, but there is little room to move around which increases your chances of accidentally touching the shower walls (which is not fun seeing as they aren't that clean-looking, in my opinion). Just an FYI: If you have a lot of luggage, be aware that this hostel can go up to five floors which can turn into quite the workout.
